Claims (21)
- カッターシステムであって、
複数の取付ポケットを有するフライス本体と、
少なくとも1つの螺旋状の群を形成するために前記フライス本体の取付ポケットに取り付けられた複数の切削インサートであって、各切削インサートが、正面及び背面と、少なくとも2つの対向する側壁と、前記正面と少なくとも1つの前記側壁との交点において画定された少なくとも1つの切削エッジとを含む切削インサートと、を有し、
真に螺旋状のインサートを形成すべく、少なくとも1つの前記インサートの前記正面が前記フライス本体の切削直径に略等しい曲率半径を有することを特徴とする、
カッターシステム。 - 少なくとも1つの前記側壁が螺旋状のカット面を含む、請求項1のカッターシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記インサートが略菱形の形状である、請求項1のカッターシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの対向する側壁がカッター本体の中心軸に対して略0〜60°の範囲の角度を有する、請求項3のカッターシステム。
- 前記角度が略30°である、請求項4のカッターシステム。
- 前記フライス本体がエンドミルカッター本体を備える、請求項1のカッターシステム。
- 前記フライス本体がシェルミルカッター本体を備える、請求項1のカッターシステム。
- カッターシステムであって、
複数の取付ポケットを有するフライス本体と、
前記フライス本体の取付ポケットに取り付けられた複数の切削インサートであって、各インサートが、正面及び背面と、少なくとも2つの対向する側壁と、前記正面と少なくとも1つの前記側壁とが交点において画定された少なくとも1つの切削エッジとを含む切削インサートと、を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの側壁が螺旋状のカット面を含むことを特徴とする、
カッターシステム。 - 真に螺旋状のインサートを形成すべく、少なくとも1つの前記インサートの前記正面が前記フライス本体の切削直径に略等しい曲率半径を有する、請求項8のカッターシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのインサートが割出可能である、請求項8のカッターシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのインサートが略菱形の形状である、請求項8のカッターシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの対向する側壁がカッター本体の中心軸に対して略0〜60°の範囲の角度を有する、請求項11のカッターシステム。
- 前記角度が略30°である、請求項12のカッターシステム。
- カッターシステム用のインサートであって、
正面と、
背面と、
少なくとも2つの対向する側壁と、
前記正面と少なくとも1つの前記側壁との交点において画定された少なくとも1つの切削エッジとを含み、
真に螺旋状の切削インサートを形成すべく、前記正面が前記フライス本体の切削直径に略等しい曲率半径を有することを特徴とする、インサート。 - 少なくとも1つの前記側壁が螺旋状のカット面を含む、請求項14の切削インサート。
- 前記切削インサートが割出可能である、請求項14の切削インサート。
- 前記切削インサートが略菱形の形状である、請求項14の切削インサート。
- 前記少なくとも2つの対向する側壁がカッター本体の中心軸に対して略0〜60°の範囲の角度を有する、請求項17の切削インサート。
- 前記角度が略30°である、請求項18の切削インサート。
- 前記切削インサートがフライス本体の取付ポケットに取り付けられた、請求項14の切削インサート。
- 前記切削インサートが三点取付システムを用いて前記取付ポケットに取り付けられた、請求項20の切削インサート。
