Abstract
Description
フロントガラスワイパーブレードにおいてはワイパーブレードが自動車のガラスの輪郭にできるだけ良好に適合することができ、種々の温度で柔軟性であることが重要である。従ってワイパーブレードは一般にエラストマー形材から製造され、その際主に天然ゴムまたはクロロプレンゴムのようなゴム材料を使用する。このほかにシリコーンゴムまたはポリウレタンゴムからなるワイパーブレードが公知である。
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも部分的に摩擦を減少する被膜が備えられ、前記被膜が滑り塗料により形成され、滑り塗料がポリウレタンおよびシロキサンを有する、特にフロントガラスワイパー用ワイパーブレードにおいて、前記被膜が乾燥減摩剤としてグラファイト、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリプロピレンおよび/または二硫化モリブデンを含有することを特徴とするワイパーブレード。
- 被膜が付加的にポリエチレンおよび/またはポリアミドを含有する請求項1記載のワイパーブレード。
- 乾燥減摩剤が30μm未満の粒度を有する請求項1または2記載のワイパーブレード。
- 被膜が乾燥減摩剤少なくとも6質量%を含有する請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のワイパーブレード。
- 滑り塗料が一成分系としてワイパーブレードに被覆可能である請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のワイパーブレード。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のワイパーブレードを被覆する方法において、ワイパーブレードをまずプラズマ前処理し、その後滑り塗料を被覆し、硬化することを特徴とするワイパーブレードを被覆する方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のワイパーブレードを被覆する方法において、ワイパーブレードに塗料または滑り塗料を被覆し、その後塗料または滑り塗料に乾燥減摩剤を乾燥した形でまたはアルコール溶液または水溶液として被覆することを特徴とするワイパーブレードを被覆する方法。
- 塗料または滑り塗料に、乾燥減摩剤を被覆する前に、乾燥熱処理および/または少なくとも塗料または滑り塗料を熱架橋する熱処理を行う請求項7記載の方法。
- 塗料を被覆したワイパーブレードに、乾燥減摩剤を被覆する前に、乾燥熱処理および/または少なくとも塗料または滑り塗料を熱架橋する熱処理を行う請求項7記載の方法。
- 塗料または滑り塗料および乾燥減摩剤をワイパーブレードに押出の直後に被覆し、その後塗料または滑り塗料および乾燥減摩剤を備えたワイパーブレードを加硫する請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 塗料または滑り塗料および乾燥減摩剤を加硫したエラストマー形材に被覆する請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
