Claims (21)
- 強化ガラス板(2)を備えるパネル要素において、このガラス板は電極(7)により電圧を加えることにより加熱される導電性の全表面コーティング(3)を備え、コーティングの一部区域が分割線によって電気的に分離されるパネル要素であって、コーティング(3)の内面区域が、少なくとも1本の周分割線(4)によってコーティング(3)の外縁部領域(5)から電気的に分離され、電極(7)が分割線(4)によって囲まれた表面区域内に配置されることを特徴とするパネル要素(1)。
- 2本以上の平行な周分割線(4)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル要素。
- 分割線(4)によって囲まれた表面区域内のコーティングを局所的に絶縁分割することにより得られる所定の経路に沿って、2本の電極(7)間に電流の流れが毎回通されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパネル要素。
- 国内電気ネットワークの電圧を2本の電極(7)に加える際に所定温度を超えないように、加熱コーティング(3)の電気抵抗が、この国内電気ネットワークの電圧で動作するよう調節されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- コーティング(3)が、高い熱負荷に耐える層のシステムによって形成され、ガラス板(2)を強化する前にその表面上に被着されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 電極(7)の接続が、縁部領域(5)と接触することなくコーティングされたガラス板(2)から導かれることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 電極の接続が、縁部領域の上で外側に向かって導かれ、それによって縁部領域から電気的に絶縁されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 別の板(13)がガラス板(2)のコーティングされた側部に積層されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 絶縁ガラス取り付けユニット用スペーサ枠が、コーティングの分離された縁部領域(5)に接着結合されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 少なくとも1つの凹部(15)が、コーティングされたガラス板(2)に組み付けられた別の板(13)内に設けられて、電極(7)に対する電気接続を引き起こすことを特徴とする請求項8および9のいずれかに記載のパネル要素。
- 電極(7)用のプラグ接続部(17)が凹部(15)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のパネル要素。
- 加熱コーティングの実際の温度を検出する温度センサを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 所定の温度閾値を超える場合に、加熱電流を切断するまたは減少させるため、温度センサによって制御される切換要素を特徴とする請求項12に記載のパネル要素。
- コーティング(3)の分離された縁部領域(5)が、少なくとも1本の分割線によって分離され、電流経路として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 少なくとも電極(7)の領域がマスクにより視野から隠されていることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 視覚マスキングが、強化ガラス板(2)に不透明なガラス成分を使用することによって得られることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のパネル要素。
- 視覚マスキングが不透明な装飾要素(19)によって作られることを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載のパネル要素。
- 不透明な装飾要素(19)が、ガラス板(2)の表面と加熱コーティング(3)の間で平らに配置されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のパネル要素。
- 加熱コーティング(3)を被着させる前または後に、導電性スクリーン印刷ペーストを被着し焼成することによって、電極(7)が作られることを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載のパネル要素。
- 電極が可視装飾要素を形成することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のパネル要素。
- 電気接続導体を係合させるプラグ接続部(16)が電極(7)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項19または20に記載のパネル要素。
