【解決手段】
PET/ナイロンMXD6/PETの3層構成またはPET/ナイロンMXD6/PET/ナイロンMXD6/PETの5層構成を有し、温度23℃及び相対湿度80%の条件下で測定したナイロンMXD6層の酸素ガス透過係数が6.0×10-14cm3・cm/cm2・sec・cmHg以下である多層二軸延伸ブローボトル、及び低延伸温度と高延伸倍率での二軸延伸ブロー成形による該ボトルの製造方法。

Description
モダンコントロール社製OX−TRAN2/20を用い、温度23℃及び相対湿度80%の条件下でナイロンMXD6層(フィルム)の酸素ガス透過度を測定し、その測定値とフィルム厚みから酸素ガス透過係数を求めた。
プリフォームが延伸ブロー成形機の再加熱ゾーンを通過した直後に、該プリフォームの温度を赤外センサー方式の温度測定機により測定した。
三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製ナイロンMXD6(商品名「レニー6007」)を中間層(8重量%)とし、内外層にイーストマンケミカル社製ポリエチレンテレフタレート(商品名「EASTAPAK 9921W」)を用いて、多層射出成形機(Kretec社製IN90)により、内外層の射出温度(シリンダー先端温度)を280℃、中間層の射出温度を270℃、金型温度を5℃として、重量28g、全長110mm、口部下の長さ89.1mm(口部長さ20.9mm)、外径22mm、内径14.7mmの多層プリフォームを作製した。
実施例1と同様にして、重量28g、全長110mm、口部下の長さ89.1mm(口部長さ20.9mm)、外径22mm、内径14.7mmの多層プリフォームを作製した。この多層プリフォームを用いて、実施例1とは異なるブロー金型を使用し、縦方向の延伸倍率を2.30倍から2.80倍に変えたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。このようにして得られた多層二軸延伸ブローボトルは、口部下の長さが249mm、胴部の外径が72.9mmであった。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1と同様にして多層プリフォームを作製した。この多層プリフォームを用いて、再加熱温度(延伸温度)を88℃から92℃に変えたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。結果を表1に示す。

実施例1と同様にして多層プリフォームを作製した。この多層プリフォームを用いて、再加熱温度(延伸温度)を88℃から100℃に変えたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例2と同様にして多層プリフォームを作製した。この多層プリフォームを用いて、再加熱温度(延伸温度)を92℃から100℃に変えたこと以外は、実施例2と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1と同様にして多層プリフォームを作製した。この多層プリフォームを用いて、実施例1とは異なるブロー金型を使用し、再加熱温度(延伸温度)を88℃から97℃に、縦方向の延伸倍率を2.30倍から1.90倍に、横方向の延伸倍率を4.90倍から4.50倍にそれぞれ変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。このようにして得られた多層二軸延伸ブローボトルは、、口部下の長さが169mm、胴部の外径が66.2mmであった。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1と同様にして多層プリフォームを作製した。この多層プリフォームを用いて、再加熱温度(延伸温度)を88℃から97℃に変えたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。このようにして得られた多層二軸延伸ブローボトルは、容積が710mlであり、口部下の長さが207mm、胴部の外径が72.9mmであった。結果を表1に示す。
実施例3において、実施例1とは異なるブロー金型を使用し、縦方向の延伸倍率を2.30倍から1.90倍に、横方向の延伸倍率を4.90倍から4.50倍にそれぞれ変更したこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。このようにして得られた多層二軸延伸ブローボトルは、容積が710mlであり、口部下の長さが169mm、胴部の外径が66.2mmであった。結果を表1に示す。
実施例3において、異なる金型を使用し、横方向の延伸倍率を4.90倍から4.50倍に変えたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。このようにして得られた多層二軸延伸ブローボトルは、口部下の長さが207mm、胴部の外径が66.2mmであった。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、再加熱温度(延伸温度)を88℃から84℃に変えたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして延伸ブロー成形を行い、多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを作製した。このようにして得られた多層二軸延伸ブローボトルは、口部下の長さが207mm、胴部の外径が72.9mmであった。結果を表1に示す。
三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製ナイロンMXD6(商品名「レニー6007」)を押出機(プラ技研社製PEX40−24H型)を用いて、シリンダー温度280℃でTダイから押し出し、厚さ280μmの未延伸シートを作製した。この未延伸シートの酸素透過係数を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
比較例9と同様にして、厚さ280μmのナイロンMXD6の未延伸シートを作製した。この未延伸シートを東洋精機製作所製の二軸延伸装置を用いて、延伸速度7m/分、延伸温度92℃、縦方向(MD)の延伸倍率2.50倍、横方向(TD)の延伸倍率4.50倍で二軸延伸してナイロンMXD6単層の二軸延伸フィルムを作成した。酸素ガス透過係数の測定結果を表2に示す。
延伸温度及び縦横の延伸倍率を表2に示すように変更したこと以外は、比較例10と同様にしてナイロンMXD6単層の二軸延伸フィルムを作成した。これらの二軸延伸フィルムの酸素ガス透過係数の測定結果を表2に示す。

- ポリエチレンテレフタレート/ナイロンMXD6/ポリエチレンテレフタレートの3層構成またはポリエチレンテレフタレート/ナイロンMXD6/ポリエチレンテレフタレート/ナイロンMXD6/ポリエチレンテレフタレートの5層構成を有する多層二軸延伸ブローボトルにおいて、温度23℃及び相対湿度80%の条件下で測定したナイロンMXD6層の酸素ガス透過係数が6.0×10-14cm3・cm/cm2・sec・cmHg以下であることを特徴とする多層二軸延伸ブローボトル。

- 縦方向の延伸倍率が2.10倍以上、かつ横方向の延伸倍率が4.65倍以上である請求項1または2記載の多層二軸延伸ブローボトル。
- ナイロンMXD6層が、無機フィラーを含有しないナイロンMXD6からなる層である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の多層二軸延伸ブローボトル。
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートとナイロンMXD6とを共射出成形して、ポリエチレンテレフタレート/ナイロンMXD6/ポリエチレンテレフタレートの3層構成またはポリエチレンテレフタレート/ナイロンMXD6/ポリエチレンテレフタレート/ナイロンMXD6/ポリエチレンテレフタレートの5層構成を有する多層プリフォームを成形し、次いで、該多層プリフォームを延伸温度86〜94℃で、縦方向の延伸倍率2.10倍以上、かつ横方向の延伸倍率4.65倍以上で二軸延伸ブロー成形して、温度23℃及び相対湿度80%の条件下で測定したナイロンMXD6層の酸素ガス透過係数が6.0×10-14cm3・cm/cm2・sec・cmHg以下の多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを得ることを特徴とする多層二軸延伸ブローボトルの製造方法。
- 該多層プリフォームを延伸温度87〜93℃で二軸延伸ブロー成形する請求項5記載の製造方法。
- 該多層プリフォームを縦方向の延伸倍率2.15〜3.30倍、かつ横方向の延伸倍率4.70〜5.50倍で二軸延伸ブロー成形する請求項5または6記載の製造方法。
- 温度23℃及び相対湿度80%の条件下で測定したナイロンMXD6層の酸素ガス透過係数が5.5×10-14cm3・cm/cm2・sec・cmHg以下の多層二軸延伸ブローボトルを得る請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- ナイロンMXD6が、無機フィラーを含有しないナイロンMXD6である請求項5乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
