Abstract
【解決手段】電磁作動弁10は、ハウジング11と、励磁コイル13を内蔵して下面に吸着面16aを有するステータ14と、ステータ14に対向して配置するアーマチャ16と、ステータ14に内嵌するストッパ部材15と、を備えている。ステータ14は外周面をインジェクタボディ3の上部3aに内嵌するとともに、ステータ14を、上部にハウジング11の下面と、下部にストッパ部材15の挟持面15cと、で挟持することによって、軸方向を保持している。また、アーマチャ16には、ステータ14の吸着面と対向する部位に吸着面16aを形成し、ストッパ部材15の下面に対向する部位に吸着面16cから突出する突出リング16cを形成してアーマチャ16の移動規制をしている。

Description
請求項1記載の発明によれば、ステータの軸方向の挟持手段とアーマチャの吸着移動する際のストッパ手段とを1部品で構成することによって、コスト低減化を図ることができる。また、例えばステータの磁極面拡大化を図ることもできる。

Claims (4)
- 燃料噴射装置本体の上部でハウジングとリテーニングナットで一体的に結合され、前記ハウジングに固定されて励磁コイルを内蔵するステータと、前記ステータに向かって接近離隔する方向に往復移動するアーマチャと、前記アーマチャの往復移動で開閉可能に配置されるシート部と、を備え、前記ステータと前記アーマチャとは、対向する面において磁気回路を形成するように構成された燃料噴射装置における電磁作動弁であって、
前記ステータの軸方向の挟持手段と、前記アーマチャの吸着の際における前記アーマチャに対するストッパ手段とを1部品で構成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射装置における電磁作動弁。 - 前記ストッパ手段が、前記アーマチャと当接可能に配置されるストッパ部材を備え、前記ストッパ部材には、径方向に突出する突出部が形成され、前記ストッパ部材が、前記突出部において前記ステータを挟持可能な挟持面を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置における電磁作動弁。
- 前記挟持手段が、前記ステータを挟持するケース体を備え、前記ケース体には、径方向に突出する突出部が形成され、前記ケース体が、前記突出部において前記アーマチャと当接可能な当接面を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置における電磁作動弁。
- 前記ステータの周りには、前記ハウジングと前記ステータとを軸方向で挟持するケース体が配置され、前記ケース体のステータ保持部側には、前記アーマチャと当接可能なストッパ部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置における電磁作動弁。
