Abstract
【解決手段】燃料用配管12は、樹脂製材料から細管状に形成される管部材23の両端部にそれぞれコネクタ24a、24bが設けられ、前記コネクタ24a、24bを介して二輪車10等の燃料タンク18とエンジン20に燃料を供給する燃料噴射装置22との間に接続されている。この燃料用配管12の管部材23に、その途中における少なくとも1箇所以上の屈曲部26を形成している。

前記管部材の端部に設けられ、前記燃料タンクと前記駆動部とをそれぞれ接続する接続部と、

Claims (4)
- 車両において一端部を支点としてボディから離間する方向に傾動自在に支持される燃料タンクとエンジンを含む駆動部との間に接続される燃料用配管において、
前記燃料用配管は、可撓性を有する樹脂製材料から撓曲自在に形成される管部材と、
前記管部材の端部に設けられ、前記燃料タンクと前記駆動部とをそれぞれ接続する接続部と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料用配管。 - 請求項1記載の燃料用配管において、
前記車両には、前記ボディに対して前記駆動部が揺動自在に装着され、前記管部材は前記駆動部の揺動動作に追従して撓曲することを特徴とする燃料用配管。 - 請求項1又は2記載の燃料用配管において、
前記管部材には、成形により屈曲された屈曲部を有し、前記屈曲部が前記管部材に少なくとも1箇所以上設けられていることを特徴とする燃料用配管。 - 請求項1記載の燃料用配管において、
前記管部材は、熱可塑性樹脂材料から形成され、前記管部材の外周径が直径7mm以下に形成されることを特徴とする燃料用配管。
