受信部分入力(712)と、受信部分出力(710)と、該受信部分入力(712)と前記受信部分出力(710)との間に結合された受信信号ブロック回路(718)とを含む受信部分(708)と、
を備える送受信器回路(700)。 - 前記送信部分出力(706)が前記受信部分入力(712)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信器回路(700)。
- 前記送信部分入力(704)が前記受信部分出力(710)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信器回路(700)。
- 前記送信信号ブロック回路と前記受信信号ブロック回路のうちの少なくとも1つが複数のクランプダイオードを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信器回路(700)。
- 前記受信信号ブロック回路(718)が、前記送信部分出力(706)に結合されたクランプダイオードと、前記送信部分入力(704)に結合された逆並列接続ダイオードとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信器回路(700)。
- 複数のトランスデューサ素子間に結合された逆並列接続ダイオードを更に備え、該逆並列接続ダイオードが送信中に前記複数のトランスデューサ素子間で短絡を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信器回路(700)。
- 複数のトランスデューサ素子間に結合された逆並列接続ダイオードを更に備え、該逆並列接続ダイオードが受信中に前記複数のトランスデューサ素子間で開回路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信器回路(700)。
- 前記送信信号ブロック回路が、前記受信部分入力(712)に結合されたクランプダイオードと、前記受信部分出力(710)に結合されたクランプダイオードとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信器回路(700)。
- 前記送信部分入力(704)と前記送信部分出力(706)との間に結合された電圧設定回路を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信器回路(700)。
- アレイ状のトランスデューサ素子を含むトランスデューサアレイ(102)と、
受信信号ブロック回路(718)を介して送信アパーチャを含む送信トランスデューサ素子に結合された送信部分出力(706)と、前記送信トランスデューサ素子から選択された多重化されたトランスデューサ素子に結合された受信部分入力(712)とを含む送受信器回路(700)と、
