Abstract
【解決手段】一端にドライバーのスクリュービットに嵌合する頭部1を有し、他端には尖鋭な先端部2を備え、胴部3の先端側には先端側及び頭部側がほぼ等角で加工された等角ねじ部4が形成されており、胴部3の頭部側には先端側が鋭角で頭部側が緩やかな角度に加工された不頭角ねじ部5が形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 一端にドライバーのスクリュービットに嵌合する頭部を有し、他端には尖鋭な先端部を備え、胴部の先端側には先端側及び頭部側がほぼ等角で加工された等角ねじ部が形成されており、胴部の頭部側には先端側が鋭角で頭部側が緩やかな角度に加工された不頭角ねじ部が形成されていることを特徴とする木ねじ。
- 前記先端部側の等角ねじ部と頭部側の不等角ねじ部とは、連続して形成されているか、又は、小径の無ねじ部を介在させて不連続に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の木ねじ。
- 前記頭部側の不等角ねじ部は、先端側から頭部側へ向けて、ねじ径が徐々に大きくなるようにテーパー状に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の木ねじ。
- 前記不等角ねじ部の緩やかな角度に加工された頭部側斜面には、このねじに交叉する筋溝又は筋状突起物を施してあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の木ねじ。
