Abstract
【解決手段】MR分光法に関して、代謝産物成分に対する改良型の臨床解析が得られるように代謝産物信号間の信号オーバーラップを減少させることが可能な技法を提供している。本技法は、スキャン寸法にわたってエコー時間を変化させる工程を含む。ある収集寸法に関するエコー時間のスパンが決定され、かつ収集データ点の数が既知となると、エコー時間の間の変化量を決定することができる。次いで、各フレーム(102、104、106)に対して様々なエコー時間を有するパルスシーケンス(100)を印加し、さらに、データを収集した後に、代謝産物の信号分離を大幅に改善させた画像を再構成させている。

Claims (10)
- 代謝産物からの信号オーバーラップを減少させるためのMR分光法あって、
複数の異なるエコー時間(TE)を決定する工程と、
前記複数の異なるエコー時間の間にデータを収集する工程と、
前記収集したデータを平均化する工程と、
代謝産物信号の空間分布を検出し、前記平均化したデータから臨床解析のための代謝産物信号を分離する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 収集したデータを平均化する前記工程は、
初期エコー時間(TE0)を決定する工程と、
データ収集点の数を決定する工程と、
前記データ収集点の数及び前記初期エコー時間(TE0)に基づいて、TE平均化寸法にわたって各データ収集ごとにエコー時間(TE)の長さを変更する工程と、
前記複数の異なるエコー時間にわたって収集したデータを蓄積する工程と
前記蓄積したデータを前記データ収集点の数で割り算する工程と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - あるデータ収集から次のデータ収集に移る際に前記エコー時間を増分させる工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記増分が直線的であり、このためt1バンド幅に逆比例している、請求項3に記載の方法。
- Glu(134)とGlu(134)+Gln(136)に関する信号分離を提供する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エコー時間を最小値から少なくとも115msまで増分させている請求項3に記載の方法。
- 指定された治療に関する空間分布を検出する工程と、
前記指定された治療に関する分子構造の画像を再構成する工程と、
前記再構成された画像に基づいて前記指定された治療に関する投与量を調整する工程と、
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記データ収集点の数は概ね7から128までの範囲にあり、かつ前記エコー時間は概ね30msを始点として増分させている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ボリューム選択用の2重スピンエコー収集シーケンスを印加する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 代謝産物の絶対組織信号レベルを計算する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
