本発明はシリコーン材で一体成形されたことを特徴とする特に家事用の保護手袋に関する。

本発明は、特に家事用の保護手袋に関するものである。

家事用の保護手袋については、特に形状及び／又は素材の異なる種々のタイプのものが既に提案されている。

しかしながら、現在入手可能な家事用保護手袋には家事用のものとして完全に満足できるものは存在しない。
【０００４】
特に、公知の家事用保護手袋は、耐熱性、耐炎性、強反応性化学剤に対する耐性に劣っており、蒸気や加熱油又は熱水などによる火傷に対しては何ら保護機能を与えていない。

本発明の課題は、従来公知の保護手袋よりも特性の優れた新規な家事用保護手袋を提供することにある。

本発明によれば、係る課題はシリコーン材で一体成形されたことを特徴とする特に家事用の保護手袋によって解決される。

本発明において、「シリコーン材で一体成形されている」という語句は、保護手袋が、他の如何なる成分材料、特に補強繊維又はその均等物も含むことなくシリコーン材で作られていることを意味する。

本発明の好適な特徴の一つによれば、保護手袋は左右両用形状を有している。
【０００９】
即ち、この場合の保護手袋は、左利きのユーザーの左手にも、また右利きのユーザーの右手にも同じように嵌めて使うことができる。

本発明のその他の特徴と目的及び利点は、限定を意図しない実施例に関する以下の詳細な説明及び添付図面から一層明確となる。

添付図面に、全体がシリコーン材製の左右両用保護手袋１０を示す。

手袋１０はミトン形である。即ち、本発明による手袋１０は親指のためだけの単一の仕切を有するものである。

更に詳しく説明すれば、手袋１０は４本の指、即ち、人差し指、中指、薬指及び小指を受け入れる第１ポケット２０を有している。

第１ポケット２０はほぼ長円形状の開口２２を有し、この開口は使用時には楕円形となる。

この開口から第１ポケット２０の横断面形状は前方へ向かって徐々に細くなっている。第１ポケット２０は全体的に丸味をつけられており、開口２２から遠い方の先端部２４で閉じている。この先端部２４において、第１ポケット２０は外側へ向かって膨らむようにカーブした端縁２６を備えている。

このミトン手袋１０は親指を受け入れる第２ポケット３０も備えている。

第２ポケット３０は第１ポケット２０に通じており、第１ポケット２０のほぼ中程の位置で第１ポケット内に開口している。

第２ポケット３０も、第１ポケット内に開口する開口部３２から先端へ向かって横断面が徐々に細くなっている。

第２ポケット３０も全体的に丸味をつけられており、その開口部の反対側では丸味のある先端縁３４により閉じられている。

第２ポケット３０の長さは第１ポケットの長さよりも短い。

上述のように、ミトン手袋１０はその中央縦断面を対称面とする左右対称形状である。この対称面Ｓは、図１、図２及び図４では紙面と直角であり、図３では地面と平行である。

本発明において、第２ポケット３０側とは反対側に位置する第１ポケット２０の背側の面２３は手袋の手の甲側の面となるが、この面２３は、外方へ向かって膨らむような曲面とすることが好ましい。これとは逆に、第１ポケット２０の前部手の平側の面２５は、親指用の第２ポケット３０側へ向かって曲がるように全体的に内方へ凹んだ曲面となっている。

このように第１ポケット２０を緩く曲がった形状にしておくことにより、ユーザーが手袋に手を挿入しやすくなる利点が得られる。

ふさわしい場合には、第１ポケット２０と第２ポケット３０の双方には内面側又は外面側或いはその両方に突出補強リブを設けてもよい。このようなリブは、補強効果に加えて手袋とその取り扱い対象物との接触面積を少なくする効果があり、従ってユーザーの手に対する熱の伝達を制限することができる。

従って、図示の好適な実施形態においては、３条のリブ４０、即ち、手の甲側の面２３に設けられた中央長手リブ４２と、第２ポケット３０と接触する領域上で手の平側の面２５に設けられた２条の平行な長手リブ４４，４６とが設けられている。

本発明による保護手袋は、種々の様式に従って特別な形状及び寸法に具現化可能であるが、好適な実施形態の各部寸法は以下に列挙する通りである。
・平らにした状態において開口２２の幅寸法は約１３ｃｍ
・使用時において開口２２の面積は約３０ｃｍ２
・第１ポケットの全長は約２５ｃｍ
・第２ポケット３０の長さは約８ｃｍ
・平らにした状態において第１ポケット２０との接続部である開口３２より前方の第２ポケットの長さは約９ｃｍ
・平らにした状態において第１ポケット２０の開口から約２０ｃｍの位置における第１ポケットの幅寸法は約９ｃｍ

本発明による保護手袋は従来公知の家事用手袋に比べて種々の優れた特性と利点を提供するものであり、特に、
・密封性が高い
・絶縁性に優れる
・溶融しない
・洗濯機で洗える
・滑らない
・左右両用である
・燃えない
・破けない
などの利点を備えている。

本発明は以上に述べた特別な実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の理念に適合する全ての変形態様を包含するものであることは述べるまでもない。

例えば、本発明による保護手袋には、開口２２の近傍の外周部に保護手袋を手首に保持し易くするためのストラップ５０を装着することができる。
【００３０】
このストラップは二部材構成、即ち、互いに離れて手袋に固定され、ストラップを手首のサイズに合わせて長さ調整できるようにそれぞれ相補的な留め具（例えば雄雌ホック、スタッドと穴、ボタンなど）をつけた構成としてもよい。或いはまた図５に示すようにストラップを単一部材とし、その第１端部５２に上記のような留め具６０の一方を設けて第１端部５２を保護手袋に固定し、自由端であるその第２端部に上記留め具の相方となる相補的な留め具を設けた構成とすることもでき、この場合、ストラップ両端の留め具は第１端部５２が手袋に固定されている位置の近傍とすることが好ましい（同時に、手袋の手の甲側の位置とすることが好ましい）。ストラップ５０はシリコーン材製とすることができ、手袋と一体成形又は適宜な手段で手袋に固定される別部材として構成することが可能である。

Claims (11)

  1. シリコーン材で一体成形されていることを特徴とする特に家事用の保護手袋。
  2. 左右両用形状を有することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の保護手袋。
  3. 対称面（Ｓ）を有することを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の保護手袋。
  4. 使用者の親指以外の４本の指を受入可能な一つの第１ポケット（２０）及び親指を受入可能な一つの第２ポケット（３０）を備え、第２ポケットが第１ポケット（２０）の内部に通じていることを特徴とする請求項１〜３のいずれか１項に記載の保護手袋。
  5. 第２ポケット（３０）が第１ポケットの内部で開口していることを特徴とする請求項４に記載の保護手袋。
  6. 手の甲側の面（２３）が外方へ膨らんだ曲面となっていることを特徴とする請求項１〜５のいずれか１項に記載の保護手袋。
  7. 第１ポケット（２０）の前部手の平側の面（２５）が内方へ凹んだ曲面となっていることを特徴とする請求項１〜６のいずれか１項に記載の保護手袋。
  8. 手袋内面又は外面の少なくとも一方に突出補強リブを備えたことを特徴とする請求項１〜７のいずれか１項に記載の保護手袋。
  9. 手の甲側の面（２３）に１条のリブ（４２）を備えたことを特徴とする請求項１〜８のいずれか１項に記載の保護手袋。
  10. 前部手の平側の面（２５）に２条のリブ（４４，４６）を備えたことを特徴とする請求項１〜９のいずれか１項に記載の保護手袋。
  11. 使用者の手首に固定するための留め具（６０）を有するストラップ（５０）を備えたことを特徴とする請求項１〜１０のいずれか１項に記載の保護手袋。
