Description

【0001】

【Technical field】
The present invention relates to an antenna mounting nut and an antenna mounting structure for mounting an antenna to an object to be mounted, and more particularly to an antenna mounting nut and an antenna mounting structure that are preferably used for mounting a vehicle antenna on a vehicle.
[0002]
[Background Art]
Conventionally, a bolt portion projecting downward from an antenna body is inserted into a through hole formed in a roof of a vehicle, and a nut is screwed into the bolt portion to mount a vehicle antenna on the roof of the vehicle. BACKGROUND ART An antenna mounting device is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Further, in such a vehicle antenna mounting device, a nut is screwed into the bolt portion of the antenna body with a washer portion having a toothed portion formed at the upper end interposed between the bolt portion and the nut portion of the antenna body. There is known a method in which a toothed portion of a washer portion is made to bite into a vehicle roof by using the pressure contact force as a result, thereby securing an antenna ground to the vehicle roof (for example, see Patent Document 2). ).
[0004]
However, according to this method, since only the biting of the tooth portion into the roof of the vehicle due to the press-contact force generated when the bolt portion and the nut portion are screwed together, the tooth portion is formed on the roof of the vehicle. It is difficult to sufficiently peel off the coating layer and penetrate to the metal layer, so that the conduction between the washer and the attached body becomes unstable, the ground becomes uncertain and noise is induced.

It is a figure which shows the method of temporarily fixing the antenna mounting nut to the bolt part of such an antenna main body, FIG.6 (A) shows the state before temporary fixing, FIG.6 (B) shows the state after temporary fixing. .
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, an antenna mounting nut 4 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is connected to an antenna element 2a capable of receiving, for example, a telephone band, an FM band, and an AM band, and includes an amplifier, a duplexer, and the like. , For example, for mounting an antenna body 2 containing a multiplexer or the like to a roof 1 of a vehicle such as an automobile, and more specifically, a mounting through hole formed in the roof 1 in advance. The antenna main body 2 is mounted on the roof 1 by screwing the antenna mounting nut 4 into a bolt portion 3 inserted into 1 a and protruding downward from the antenna main body 2.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 2 (A) and 2 (B), the antenna mounting nut 4 is provided with a washer portion 5 located upward, that is, on the side of the antenna body 2, and an antenna with the washer portion 5 interposed therebetween. And a nut 6 screwed to the bolt 3 of the main body 2.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the washer portion 5 of the antenna mounting nut 4 is a substantially annular washer made of, for example, a metal, and is disposed at substantially regular intervals along the outer periphery. It has four first projections 5a arranged. As shown in FIG. 3 (B), each of the first protrusions 5a protrudes upward and outward toward the roof 1 and has a sharp tip. I have. Further, the washer portion 5 has a through hole 5c having an inner diameter through which a bolt portion 3 described later can be inserted. At the periphery of the through hole 5c, three ribs 5e extending below the washer portion 5 are arranged at substantially equal intervals, and are temporarily fixed to the bolt portion 3 of the antenna main body 2. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 3B, a first temporary fixing engaging portion 5f having a shape inclined so that the wall surface on the center side is widened is formed toward the center. A projection is formed at the tip of each rib 5e to engage with a groove 6c of a nut 6 described later.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, the nut 6 of the antenna mounting nut 4 is a substantially annular nut made of, for example, metal, and has a through hole 6 b having an inner diameter into which the bolt 3 of the antenna body 2 can be inserted. An annular groove 6c is formed on the inner peripheral surface above the through-hole 6b so as to be engaged with the entire circumference for the engagement of each rib 5e of the washer portion 5 described above. At the same time, a female screw portion 6a which is screwed to the male screw portion 3a is formed on an inner peripheral surface below the outer peripheral surface of the bolt portion 3 described later.
[0019]
In the antenna mounting nut 4 including the washer portion 5 and the nut portion 6, first, each rib 5 e of the washer portion 5 is inserted above the through hole 6 b of the nut portion 6 and further press-fitted. Thereby, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, each rib 5e of the washer portion 5 is elastically deformed and engages with the groove 6c of the nut portion 6, so that the washer portion 5 The antenna mounting nut 4 is held so as to be rotatable. After inserting each rib 5e of the washer portion 5 into the through hole 6b of the nut portion 6 without forming a projection at the tip of each rib 5e of the washer portion 5, the rib 5e is moved outward with respect to the groove 6c. The diameter may be increased so that the washer 5 is rotatably held by the nut 6.
[0020]
Next, the bolt 3 of the antenna body 2 will be described. The bolt 3 of the antenna body 2 projects downward from the antenna body 2 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the bolt portion 3 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and is a male screw that engages with the female screw portion 6a of the nut portion 6 of the antenna mounting nut 4. A screw portion 3a is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and an inner hole 3c is formed therein. At the lower end of the bolt portion 3, a second temporary fixing engaging portion 3d having a shape inclined so that a wall surface on the center side is widened for temporary fixing of the antenna mounting nut 4 is provided. It protrudes toward the center of the inner hole 3c. In addition, when the bolt 3 is inserted into the through hole 5c of the washer 5 on the side surface of the bolt 3, interference with the first temporary engaging portion 5f of the washer 5 is avoided. Therefore, a slit 3b slightly wider than the width of the first temporary engaging portion 5f is formed along the longitudinal direction.
[0021]
Next, a method for attaching the antenna body to the roof of the automobile using the antenna attachment nut according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0022]
First, a bolt portion 3 projecting downward from the antenna body 2 is inserted from above into a mounting through hole 1a having an outer diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the bolt portion 3 formed in advance on the roof 1 of the automobile.
[0023]
Next, as shown in FIG. 6A, the first temporary engaging portion 5 f of the washer portion 5 rotatably held by the nut portion 6 is aligned with the slit 3 b of the bolt portion 3, and 1, the washer portion 5 of the antenna mounting nut 4 and the through holes 5c and 6b of the nut portion 6 are inserted from below the roof 1 of the vehicle into the bolt portion 3 inserted into the mounting through hole 1a. The first temporary engaging portion 5f of the washer portion 4 is brought into contact with the second temporary engaging portion 3d of the bolt portion 3.
[0024]
Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, the antenna mounting nut 4 is further inserted and pressed into the bolt portion 3, and the first and second temporary fastening members of the washer portion 5 and the bolt portion 3 are pressed. The joints 5f and 3d are elastically deformed to each other, and as shown in FIG. 6 (B), the first temporary engaging portion 5f of the washer portion 5 becomes the second temporary engaging portion of the bolt portion 3. The first temporary fixing engaging portion 5f of the washer portion 5 and the second temporary fixing engaging portion 3d of the bolt portion 3 are engaged with each other so as to be located above 3d, and the antenna is attached to the bolt portion 3. Temporarily fix the nut 4 for use.
[0025]
Next, the nut part 6 is rotated with respect to the bolt part 3, and the female screw part 6a of the nut part 6 is screwed with the male screw part 3a of the bolt part 3. Since the washer portion 5 is rotatable with respect to the nut portion 6 and the first temporary fixing engagement portion 5f of the washer portion 5 is regulated by the slit 3b of the bolt portion 3, The washer portion 5 does not rotate with the nut portion 6.
[0026]
Then, as shown in the sectional view of the main part of FIG. 1, the outer side of the washer 5 is pressed by the pressing force against the roof 1 caused by the screwing of the male screw 3a of the bolt 3 and the female screw 6a of the nut 6. The first projecting portions 5a projecting obliquely are spread apart, peeled off so as to cut off the lower coating layer 1b of the roof 1 of the automobile, and penetrate to the metal layer 1c.
[0027]
As described above, the first protrusion that is inclined and protrudes toward the body to be mounted is provided on the washer portion of the antenna mounting nut, and the first protrusion is pushed and spread by the pressure contact force generated when the antenna is mounted. By peeling off the coating layer of the roof of the automobile as the attached body and penetrating the first protrusion to the metal layer, it is possible to reliably conduct the ground of the antenna to the attached body.
[0028]
In addition, at the time of mounting the antenna, in order to prevent the antenna mounting nut from dropping, it is general to provide a fall prevention mechanism by adding a temporary fixing resin component or the like. In the nut and antenna mounting structure, in addition to ensuring the grounding of the antenna, the first and second temporary fixing portions that protrude from the inner periphery of the washer portion and the inner hole of the bolt portion and can be engaged with each other are provided. By providing engaging portions and engaging them at the time of mounting the antenna, the number of parts such as the addition of resin parts as described above for temporary fixing is increased, and the lower portion of the bolt portion is formed in the same manner as in the related art. The antenna mounting nut can be temporarily fixed only by inserting the antenna mounting nut from the above.
[0029]
[Second embodiment]
FIG. 7 is a schematic view of an antenna main body and an antenna mounting nut mounted on a roof according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and a cross-sectional view of a main part of a second projecting portion. FIG. FIG. 8B is a cross-sectional view taken along line VIIIB-VIIIB of FIG. 8A, and FIG. 9A is an antenna mounting according to a second embodiment of the present invention. 9B is a plan view of a washer portion of the nut for use, and FIG. 9B is a cross-sectional view taken along line IXB-IXB of FIG. 9A.
[0030]
In the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7, the antenna element 2a, the antenna body 2, the bolt 3 and the nut 6 have the same structure as in the first embodiment.
[0031]
As shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the washer portion 5 of the antenna mounting nut 4 according to the present embodiment is a substantially annular washer made of, for example, metal, and extends along the outer periphery thereof. It has four teeth 5d arranged at substantially equal intervals. As shown in FIG. 9B, each tooth 5d protrudes only upward without being inclined outward, unlike the first protrusion 5a in the first embodiment.
[0032]
Further, the washer portion 5 has a through hole 5c having an inner diameter through which the bolt portion 3 can be inserted, and four second projecting portions 5b projecting upward substantially along the peripheral edge of the through hole 5c. Are arranged at equal intervals. As shown in FIG. 9 (B), each of the second protrusions 5b has an inner peripheral surface standing upright in the radial direction, whereas an outer peripheral surface thereof has an inner peripheral side. It has such a shape that it is inclined toward.
[0033]
More specifically, each of the second protruding portions 5b extends above the toothed portion 5d formed along the outer periphery of the washer portion 5, and the upper end of the outer peripheral surface thereof is 1 are arranged so as to have an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting through hole 1a. The outer peripheral surface of the first protrusion 5b extends downward and is arranged so as to have an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the mounting through-hole 1a. For this reason, at the time of mounting the antenna, the upper end of the outer peripheral surface of each second protruding portion 5b of the washer portion 5 enters the mounting through-hole 1a, and the outer peripheral surface thereof is The mounting through-hole 1a is pushed open.
[0034]
The washer portion 5 extends downward similarly to the first embodiment, and three ribs 5e each having a projection formed at the tip are arranged at substantially equal intervals along the periphery of the through hole 5c. As shown in FIG. 9 (B), a second temporary fixing engaging portion 5f having a shape inclined so that the wall surface on the center side is widened is formed toward the center.
[0035]
Each of the ribs 5e of the washer portion 5 is inserted above the through hole 6b of the nut portion 6 and further press-fitted, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B. 5, each rib 5e is elastically deformed and engages with the groove 6c of the nut portion 6, and the washer portion 5 is rotatably held by the nut portion 6, thereby forming the antenna mounting nut 4.
[0036]
Next, a method of attaching the antenna body to the roof of the automobile using the antenna attachment nut according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0037]
As in the first embodiment, first, the bolt portion 3 of the antenna body 2 is inserted into the mounting through hole 1a of the roof 1 from above, and the first portion of the washer portion 5 rotatably held by the nut portion 6 is formed. The nut part 6 is inserted into the bolt part 3 while aligning the temporary fixing engagement part 5f with the slit 3b of the bolt part 3, and the first temporary fixing engagement part 5f of the washer part 5 of the antenna mounting nut 4 is formed. Is brought into contact with the second temporary engaging portion 3 d of the bolt portion 3. When the antenna mounting nut 4 is further inserted and pressed, the first and second temporary fixing engaging portions 5f and 3d are elastically deformed to each other, and the first temporary fixing engaging portion 5f of the washer 5 and the bolt are connected to each other. The second temporary engaging portion 3 d of the portion 3 is engaged, and the antenna mounting nut 4 is temporarily fixed to the bolt portion 3. Next, when the nut portion 6 is rotated and screwed into the bolt portion 3, the press-contact force against the roof 1 caused by the screwing causes the inner portion of the washer portion 5 as shown in the sectional view of the main part in FIG. Each of the second projecting portions 5b arranged on the periphery pushes the mounting through hole 1a of the roof 1 into and out, and cuts and exposes the coating layer 1b on the inner wall surface of the mounting through hole 1a. The second protrusion 5b contacts the metal layer 1c of the roof 1.
[0038]
As described above, the washer portion of the antenna mounting nut protrudes toward the mounted body, and the second protruding portion that contacts the inner wall surface formed on the mounted body is provided. The second protruding portion pushes and expands the through hole of the attached body, scrapes off the coating layer, and brings the second protruding portion into contact with the metal layer, thereby reliably connecting the antenna ground to the attached body. It is possible to do.
[0039]
Further, in the antenna mounting nut and the antenna mounting structure according to the present embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, in addition to ensuring the grounding of the antenna, the inner circumference of the washer portion and the inner hole of the bolt portion are provided. Protruding and mutually engageable first and second temporary fixing engagement portions are provided, and these are engaged at the time of mounting the antenna, thereby increasing the number of parts such as addition of resin parts for temporary fixing. Instead, the antenna mounting nut can be temporarily fixed only by inserting the antenna mounting nut from below the bolt portion in the same manner as in the related art.
[0040]
The embodiments described above are described for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and are not described for limiting the present invention. Therefore, each element disclosed in the above embodiment is intended to include all design changes and equivalents belonging to the technical scope of the present invention. For example, by providing the washer portion of the first embodiment with the second protruding portion described in the second embodiment, the ground of the antenna may be more reliably secured. Further, for example, in the above-described first and second embodiments, it has been described that four first and second protrusions are provided at substantially equal intervals along the outer periphery and the inner periphery of the washer portion. However, the present invention is not particularly limited to this, and it is possible to arbitrarily arrange any number of the first and second protrusions on the washer. Similarly, in the first and second embodiments described above, the three ribs protruding downward are described as being arranged at substantially equal intervals along the inner periphery of the washer portion. The invention is not limited to this, and any number of ribs can be arbitrarily arranged.
