Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a column for a joint supporter, and more particularly to a column used by being attached to a supporter body in order to strengthen the holding and fixing action of a joint part when the joint supporter is mounted.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since the joint supporter is mounted and used at the joint, it is required to be flexible. Therefore, since the support used for the support is required to be flexible, conventionally, a metal stay with a hinge (see, for example, Non-Patent Document 1) and a urethane tube have been generally used.
[0003]
However, in the case of a metal stay with a hinge, there is almost no resistance in the bending direction by the hinge and it is easy to bend excessively, but it does not bend in the other direction at all and cannot cope with the delicate twisting movement of the joint. In addition, there is a problem that it is heavy because it is a metal and lacks fit.
[0004]
In the case of a urethane tube, since it is easy to bend in all directions equally, there is a problem that the ability to hold and fix the joint part is lacking, and because of the tube, the circular protrusion causes pain when the supporter is mounted. There was a problem that it was likely to occur.
[0005]
[Non-Patent Document 1]
"JIS Welfare Related Equipment Terms [Prosthetic Limbs and Orthotics Division]" Japanese Standards Association, revised on August 1, 1986, P89
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and while flexing smoothly in the bending direction of the joint, it is difficult to bend in the other direction, and the joint site is firmly fixed while accommodating subtle twisting movement of the joint. It is an object of the present invention to provide a support column for a joint supporter that can be held and fixed and is excellent in mounting fit.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention achieves the above object by embedding a flat core member, which is harder than the column member and has flexibility, in the flat column member having flexibility so that the flat directions cross each other. Is achieved.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is a front explanatory view of the supporter support column according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional explanatory view taken along the line II of FIG.
[0010]
In both figures, 10 is a flat column member, and any material can be used as long as it is flexible so that it can be bent. For example, elastomer, polyurethane, rubber, vinyl chloride, silicon, etc. Is preferable. The specific shape of the flat column member 10 is not particularly limited as long as it does not cause pain when worn. However, as shown in FIG. 2, the flat short side has a curved surface and no edges. It is desirable to use a flat body because of excellent fit.
[0011]
Reference numeral 20 denotes a flat core member, which is embedded in the flat column member 10 in a positional relationship in which the flat longitudinal directions, and hence the flat short directions, intersect each other. The flat core member 20 is not particularly limited as long as it is harder and more flexible than the flat column member, and for example, ABS resin, EVA resin, urethane, nylon, polyester, Preferred examples include polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, and polyacetal. The specific shape of the flat core member 20 is not particularly limited as long as it can suppress the bending of the flat columnar member 10 in the flat transverse direction Y at the time of mounting. As shown, forming the bulging thick portion 21 at the central portion of the flat longitudinal side can further suppress the bending of the flat column member 10 in the flat transverse direction Y while reinforcing the flat core member 20. So desirable.
[0012]
Reference numeral 11 denotes a hollow portion formed in the flat column member 10, which improves the bendability and the fitting fit due to the cushioning action, and enables the weight of the entire column to be reduced. Although the specific formation site and shape of the hollow portion 11 are not particularly limited, as shown in FIG. 2, each hollow portion having a substantially elliptical cross section is line-symmetrically formed on the flat longitudinal side of the flat core member 20. It is desirable to form them one by one because there is no problem in strength. The size of the hollow portion 11 is appropriately selected according to the thickness of the flat column member 10, but the shortest distance L between the outer edge of the hollow portion 11 and the outer edge of the flat column member 10 is 0. It is desirable that the size is 5 to 2 mm, particularly about 1 mm, because there is no problem in strength.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional explanatory view showing another embodiment of the joint supporter column of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the shape of the hollow portion 11 is slightly wider on the flat core member 20 side in order to make the bending of the flat column member 10 in the flat longitudinal direction X smoother. It has a hollow portion with a substantially trapezoidal cross section.
Moreover, in this embodiment, in order to reinforce the flat column member 10 and further suppress the bending in the flat transverse direction Y, the bulge thickness is formed at the central portion of the flat long side of the flat column member 10. A meat part 12 is formed.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As shown in FIG. 4, the post for the joint supporter according to the present invention is attached to the joint supporter 30 by appropriate means such as sewing, post pocket insertion, etc. If a supporter is mounted and used on the joint, the flat longitudinal direction X of the flat column member 10 is bent when the joint is bent due to the action of the soft flat column member 10 and the hard flat column member 20 existing therein. While curving smoothly, it is difficult to bend in the flat transverse direction Y and is restrained to the extent that it bends. Therefore, it is possible to hold and fix the joint part firmly while sufficiently dealing with subtle twisting movement of the joint. .
Moreover, the joint supporter 30 to which the support column of the present invention is attached has no pain at the time of mounting, is lightweight, and particularly excellent in mounting fit.
[Brief description of the drawings]
