Description

【0001】

That is, in the self-urinating catheter 81, a urine inlet 84 is provided at a front end side surface of a main body tube 82 of a predetermined length having a main lumen 87 as a urinary tract, and a urine outlet 85 is provided at a rear end side surface. Self-urinating catheter 81 used in the case of urination disorder, in which a portion provided with the urine outlet 85 is formed in a connector portion 83 having a larger diameter than the other portion. The urine outlet 85 is opened at the front end side of the longitudinal direction center portion of the connector portion 83, and the length of the connector portion 83 at the rear end side from the urine outlet 85 is a length that can be sufficiently grasped by a finger. And the urine diffusion preventing projection 88 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the connector portion 83 around the rear end side of the urine outlet 85 at a height of at least 0.5 times the inner diameter of the main lumen 87. Features The self-catheterization catheter 81, when not in use, is adapted to be sealed stored by a cap 810 in a state of being accommodated in the carrying case 811.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-253548
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although the self-urinating catheter 81 as shown in FIG. 9 described above has an effect of not soiling fingers and clothes during urination, the main lumen 87 is long (approximately 250 mm for a standard male). Therefore, when this is stored in the portable case 811, it becomes longer, which is not only inconvenient for carrying, but also when stored and carried, when not in use, it is stored in the portable case 811 to lay down the space. And, when it is put upright, there is a problem that it is necessary to separately prepare a container for standing up, or it is necessary to attach a hanging tool to the portable case 811 in advance. . Further, when the self-urinary catheter 81 is used, since the cap 810 is removed from the portable case 811, the disinfectant is easily leaked, and there is a problem in this respect.
[0005]
The urinal according to the present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, and disposes by disposing the main lumen in the connector portion connecting the main lumen forming the urinary tract and the urine discharge tube. A first storage portion for storing the liquid in a liquid-tight manner, and a second storage portion for folding and storing the urine discharge tube back to back with the first storage portion are formed, and when the urinator is not used, the main lumen and Provided is a urinary tube that can be compactly stored in each of the storage sections, takes up little space, is portable, and has no liquid leakage when the urinal is used. Things.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present inventor has focused on the fact that the main lumen of the urinal is inherently provided with kink resistance and is bendable. The urine tubing is connected to the main lumen so that the urinator can be carried in a compact form, which is convenient if it is rolled up and stored in the container. Considers that if a urinary tube can be folded and stored in a container by using a flexible and flexible elastic material having resilience, it is possible to make the urinator more compact. Reached.
[0007]
Then, as a result of repeating various tests, a partition plate was provided at a connector portion connecting the main lumen and the urination tube, and a first storage section with an opening / closing lid was provided on the upper surface side of the partition plate, and immersed in a disinfecting solution. The intended purpose can be achieved by wrapping and storing the main lumen in a liquid-tight manner and providing a second storage section with an open / close lid on the lower surface side of the partition plate to fold and store the urination tube. Was made.
[0008]
The present invention has been made from such a viewpoint. Hereinafter, a specific configuration of the present invention will be described. That is, in the urinator according to the first aspect of the present invention, the main lumen having kink resistance forming the urinary tract and the urine tube having soft elasticity are connected via the connector fixed to the partition plate. And a first storage portion in which the main lumen is wound on the upper surface side of the partition plate and is capable of storing the disinfecting solution in a liquid-tight manner, and the urine discharge tube is folded and stored on the lower surface side of the partition plate. A container comprising two storage sections is provided.
[0009]
As described above, the first storage portion that allows the main lumen and the disinfecting solution for disinfecting the main lumen to be sealed and formed is formed on the upper surface side of the partition plate to which the connector is fixed, and urine is discharged on the lower surface side of the partition plate. Since the second storage portion capable of storing the tube is formed, when the urinator is not used, the main lumen and the urine discharge tube can be compactly stored in each of the storage portions, so that no space is required for placing the urinator. The effect of being able to be a portable form is obtained.
[0010]
The urinator according to the second aspect of the present invention has, in addition to the structure of the first aspect, a part having a soft elasticity integrated with a part of the surrounding side wall of the first storage portion of the container. And a longitudinal cut is made in the center of the part, and the cut is formed so as to be an outlet to the outside of the main lumen.
[0011]
In this way, by providing a portion having soft elasticity on a part of the surrounding side wall of the first storage portion and leading the connector to the outside from the cutout opening formed here, even during use of the urinator. FIG. 4 is a transparent bottom view showing a state when the urinal according to the present invention is not used. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a modification of the urinal shown in FIG.
[0019]
As shown in the figure, the urinator 1 of the present invention comprises a kink-resistant main lumen 11 forming a urinary tract, a soft elastic urination tube 13, a connector 12 for connecting the two, and a fixation of the connector 12. The first storage portion 14a in which the main lumen 11 is wound and the disinfecting solution D can be stored in a liquid-tight manner on the upper surface side of the partitioned plate 141, and the urination tube 13 is mounted on the lower surface side of the partition plate 141. And a second storage portion 14b that can be folded and stored.
[0020]
The outer diameter and length of the main lumen 11 of the urinary device 1 are standard numerical values set in anatomical statistics for women, and are changed according to the patient. For example, for adult males, the length and outer diameter can be changed according to the patient's body type, such as a standard outer diameter of 3 mm to 4 mm and a standard length of about 250 mm. The material of the main lumen 11 is selected from non-polyvinyl chloride resin such as polyurethane, 1,2 polybutadiene, a copolymer of ethylene and other monomers, and a copolymer of propylene and other monomers. These are excellent in chemical resistance (resistant to disinfectants, etc.), have appropriate flexing properties and elastic resilience, and twist during insertion from the urethra to the bladder. It has kink resistance that does not cause buckling or bending.
[0021]
On the other hand, the urination tube 13 connected to the main lumen 11 via the connector 12 is preferably selected from among silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, butyl rubber and the like having chemical resistance and extremely excellent flexibility. Used for
[0022]
The connector 12 for connecting the main lumen 11 and the urine discharge tube 13 includes a hard short tubular first member 121, a second member 122 made of the same soft elastic material as the urine discharge tube 13, 1 to 3, one end of the first member 121 is connected to the joint 111 at the lower end of the main lumen 11, and an intermediate part thereof is, as shown in FIGS. The other end is connected to one end of the second member 122 at a portion to be inserted into the cutout port 144 formed in the soft elastic portion 143 of the surrounding side wall 142 of the first storage portion 14a. One end of the third member 123 is connected to the other end of the second member 122, and an intermediate portion thereof is positioned at a middle position from a position deviated from the center of the partition plate 141 of the container 14 as shown in FIG. Is startup formed by refracting the deviation, the lower end is adapted to be connected to the upper end of the urination tube 13.
[0023]
The first member 121 of the connector 12 is a hard short tube made of, for example, polytetrafluoroethylene, olefin-based resin, polyamide-based resin, or polyester-based resin having chemical resistance. As shown, it is preferable that both ends are true circles and the middle part is a vertically long ellipse. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 3, when the intermediate portion of the first member 121 is inserted into the cutout opening 144 formed in the soft elastic portion 143 of the first storage portion 14a from the direction of the arrow, the soft elastic portion 143 is formed. The elliptical portion in the middle portion is sealed so as not to be crushed by the resilient pressure, and the antiseptic solution D in the first storage portion 14a is prevented from leaking out of the first storage portion 14a.
[0024]
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, a packing 145 is provided around the upper edge of the surrounding side wall 142 of the first storage portion 14a of the container 14, and the surrounding side wall 142 of the first storage portion 14a is provided. Are provided at two opposing positions, a resilient locking portion 146 formed by raising a locking claw 147, and the first lid 15 is attached to the first storage portion 14a via a hinge 151 so as to be openable and closable. . That is, the resilient locking portions 146 disposed at two opposing positions of the surrounding side wall 142 of the first storage portion 14a move in the liquid-tightly enclosed box-shaped concave portion by an elastic force of the spring 148. It is mounted to slide in the direction. Then, if the first lid 15 is put on the first storage portion 14a and pressed, the locked claw 152 formed on the first lid 15 is resiliently caught by the locking claw 147, and The body 15 can be securely and easily closed. When the first lid 15 is opened, the outer wall surface of the elastic locking portion 146 is pressed inward with a fingertip, and the finger hook 153 protruding from the first lid 15 is pushed up. The lid 15 can be opened reliably and easily. Accordingly, the leakage of the disinfectant D in the first storage section 14a can be prevented regardless of whether the urinal 1 is used or not.
[0025]
The disinfectant D such as a benzethonium chloride solution of about 0.025% is always filled in the first storage section 14a regardless of whether the urinal 1 is used or not. Since the disinfecting liquid D is slightly viscous, the liquid does not leak from the first storage portion 14a with the first lid 15 having the above-described configuration.
[0026]
When the second lid 16 is covered by the second storage portion 14b of the container 14, the bulge locking portion 149 formed on the outer periphery of the upper edge of the second storage portion 14b via the hinge 161. The locked portion 163 formed on the inner peripheral edge portion of the second lid 16 is covered by resiliently engaging or covered, or the second lid 16 is accommodated without attaching the hinge 161 (not shown). It may be formed separately from the container 14, and this may be screwed into the second storage portion 14b and covered. When formed separately, it is preferable to connect the second lid 16 and the container 14 with a string (string) made of synthetic resin in order to prevent the second lid 16 from being lost. In addition, it is convenient to open and close the lids by forming finger hooks 153 and 162 on the first lid 15 and the former second lid 16 at positions facing the hinges 151 and 161.
[0027]
When using the urinator 1 of the present invention, the first lid 15 that covers the first storage section 14a is opened, and as shown in FIG. The main member 11 and the first member 121 of the connector 12 connected to each other by the joint portion 111 are led out from the cutout outlet 144 formed in the soft elastic portion 143 of the surrounding side wall 142 as shown in FIG. The one lid 15 is closed, and the second lid 16 covering the second storage portion 14b is opened, and as shown in FIG. 7, the urine discharge tube 13 folded and stored in the second storage portion 14b is pulled out. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the main lumen 11 derived from the first storage portion 14a is inserted from the urethra to the bladder, and the main lumen 11 and the urination tube 13 are inserted through the urine inlet 112 at the distal end of the main lumen 11. , The urine U can be discharged in the direction of the arrow.
[0028]
Then, when the urinal 1 is not used after the urine U is discharged, the first lid 15 is opened, and the main lumen 11 and the connector 12 are wound in the first storage portion 14a and covered with the first lid 15. Then, the urine discharge tube 13 is folded and stored in the second storage portion 14b and covered with the second lid 16.
[0029]
As in the modification of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the covering member 18 is rotatably provided on the outer periphery of the surrounding side wall 142, and the opening 19 formed in the covering member 18 is rotated in the direction of the arrow so as to be soft. According to the elastic portion 143, the soft elastic portion 143 can be configured to be exposed. That is, when the urinator 1 is used, the opening portion 19 is rotated to expose the soft elastic portion 143, and after use, the covering member 18 is rotated again to shift the position of the opening portion 19 so that the soft elastic portion 143 is moved. It can be coated again. Since the soft elastic portion 143 itself has soft elasticity, there is very little possibility that the disinfecting solution leaks from the cutout port 144. However, covering the portion with the covering member 18 can prevent leakage more reliably. Further, a winding structure (not shown) for winding the main lumen 11 into the first storage portion 14a by an external operation may be provided.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a first storage portion in which a main lumen and a disinfectant for disinfecting the main lumen can be hermetically stored is formed on an upper surface side of a partition plate to which a connector is fixed, and urination is performed on a lower surface side of the partition plate. Since the second storage portion capable of storing the tube is formed, when the urinator is not used, the main lumen and the urine discharge tube can be compactly stored in each of the storage portions, so that no space is required for placing the urinator. It can be in a form convenient for carrying. That is, since the main lumen has an appropriate bending property and kink resistance, it can be wound around the first storage section and can be stored compactly, and the urination tube is also made of a flexible elastic material. It can be folded and stored compactly in the storage section.
[0031]
In addition, a first member having an elliptical cross section connected to the main lumen is led out to the outside from a cut-out opening formed in a soft elastic portion of the surrounding side wall of the first storage part, and a first lid body is provided in the first storage part. If the lid is covered, an effect of preventing the disinfecting liquid from leaking out of the first storage section to the outside can be obtained even while the urinator is in use.
