Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関用の吸気装置1であって、空気集合室2と該空気集合室から分岐し吸気管長手方向に沿って少なくとも2分割された吸気管部分5とからなる吸気管を含む。空気集合室は前記吸気管部分の1つに一体につながってベース部を構成する。第2の吸気管部分4は取付け可能な交換部品に形成されていて前記空気集合室2の壁殻体の一部を構成する。

Claims (8)
- 燃焼空気が導入される空気集合室(2)と該空気集合室から分岐し吸気管長手方向に沿って少なくとも2分割された吸気管部分(4、5)からなる吸気管を備えた吸気装置において、
前記空気集合室(2)は前記吸気管部分のうちの一つである吸気管部分 (5)と一体につながってベース部分を構成し、第2の吸気管部分(4)は
該ベース部に取付け可能な交換部品に形成されていて前記空気集合(2)の壁殻体の一部分を構成することを特徴とする吸気管装置。 - 前記壁殻体の一部分は前記空気集合室(2)の蓋殻体(7)をなすことを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸気管装置。
- 前記取付け可能な吸気管部分(4)の管端接続管部(8)は前記空気集合室(2)の内方に突き出ていることを特徴とする請求項1或は2に記載の吸気管装置。
- 前記管端接続管部(8)には半径方向に張り出したストッパ(9)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の吸気管装置。
- 前記管端接続管部(8)は前記空気集合室(2)の内壁に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の吸気管装置。
- 異なる前記取付け可能な吸気管部分(4)は前記突き出した管端接続管部(8)の長さが異なることを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の吸気管装置。
- 前記空気集合室(2)および吸気管部分(4、5)はプラスチック製であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の吸気管装置。
- 異なる前記取付け可能な吸気管部分(4)はそれにつながる空気集合室(2)の壁部分の形状が異なることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の吸気管装置。
