[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of a drawer divider (hereinafter, simply referred to as a divider) according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
Here, FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a partition member, FIG. 2 is an external perspective view of a connecting member, FIG. 3 is an external perspective view of a mounting member, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing attachment of the connecting member and the mounting member to the partition member. FIG. 5 is an external perspective view showing a use mode of the partitioning tool.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 5, the partition member of the present embodiment includes a plurality of partition members 1 having an arbitrary length, a connecting member 2 for connecting these partition members slidably, and an end of the partition member 1. And a mounting member 3 for fixing the portion to the inner side wall of the drawer 10.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, the partition member 1 is formed by connecting a large number of hollow portions 6 partitioned by a core 5 of the same material between two liners 4 made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene. It is a plastic corrugated cardboard having a thickness of about 4 mm, and is a band-like body cut in advance to a predetermined width (in the direction in which the hollow portion 6 extends) according to the depth of the drawer.
[0016]
Originally, plastic cardboard is lightweight, excellent in processability, moisture resistance, water resistance, heat insulation, and has high mechanical strength. Therefore, plastic cardboard is generally used for containers of marine products, fresh fish, etc., and mechanical parts. It is used for boxes and building materials such as interior wall materials and floor materials.
The present invention focuses on the properties of the above-mentioned material and the structure of a corrugated cardboard in which a large number of hollow portions 6 partitioned by a core 5 are connected, cuts this into a desired length, and makes the hollow portions 6 vertical. In this way, it is used as a partition material.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2, the connecting member 2 is made of a synthetic resin, and as shown in FIG. It is composed of a slide section 8. The length of the U-shaped groove is set to be substantially the same as the width of the partition member 1. As shown in FIG. 4B, the upper and lower ends of the connected partition plate 1 are located between the upper and lower sliders 8a and 8b. Is fitted. Further, a triangular convex portion 9 fitted to the hollow portion 6 of the partition member 1 is provided on the upper slider 8a, and a ratchet mechanism is constituted by the convex portion 9 and the partition of the hollow portion 6 (end of the core 5). are doing. That is, the partition of the hollow portion 6 functions as a tooth profile of the ratchet mechanism, and the convex portion 9 of the upper slider 8a functions as its locking claw. The projection 9 may be provided on one or both of the upper and lower sliders 8a and 8b.
[0018]
With the above configuration, the connecting member 2 can be slidably attached to the partition member 1. Then, an end of another partition member 1 is fitted into the holding portion 7 of the connecting member 2 from the upper open side, so that the partition members are slidable in an orthogonal shape as shown in FIG. Will be linked to. In addition, the L shape of the slide portion 8 serves as a guide, so that the slide portion 8 can be prevented from falling off from the partition member 1.
[0019]
The mounting member 3 is also made of synthetic resin, and has a U-shaped groove-shaped holding portion 11 into which the end of the partition member 1 is fitted on the front surface as shown in FIG. An adsorbing sheet 13 (adhesive peelable sheet) is adhered to the back side of the flat portion 12 in contact with the inner side wall 10 by an adhesive means such as a double-sided tape.
[0020]
The adsorbing sheet 13 is a film having a thickness of about 0.5 mm, has excellent water resistance, and can be adsorbed on a printed plywood, a plastic decorative plywood, or the like. It can be used as a fixing means for fixing to the inner wall of the drawer 10. By using the suction sheet 13 as the fixing means, the drawer can be easily attached / detached without damaging the inner wall of the drawer or leaving a peeling mark unlike other fixing means such as screwing and bonding. In addition, since it can be repeatedly removed, the partition can be changed.
[0021]
FIG. 5 shows an example in which the inside of the drawer is partitioned using the components of the above-mentioned partitioning tool. According to this section example, the ends of the partition member 1 (a) corresponding to the horizontal width of the drawer 10 are fixed to the left and right inner walls by the mounting members 3 and 3, respectively, to form the section A. One end of 1 (b) is connected to an appropriate position of the partition member 1 (a) by a connecting member 2, and the other end is fixed to an inner wall on the front side by a mounting member 3 to form a section B.
Further, one end of another partition member 1 (c) is connected to an appropriate position of the partition member 1 (b) by a connecting member 2, and the other end is fixed to an inner wall on the right side by a mounting member 3, so that the section C is formed. Is formed.
[0022]
Further, an area surrounded by these partition members 1 (a), 1 (b), and 1 (c) is further divided by a partition member 1 (d), and sections D and E are formed. . If the positions of the connecting members 2 and 2 of the partition member 1 (d) are slid by the ratchet mechanism, the space between the section D and the section E can be arbitrarily adjusted.
[0023]
Next, another embodiment of the drawer divider will be described with reference to FIGS.
Here, FIG. 6 is an external perspective view of the connecting member, FIG. 7 is an external perspective view of the mounting member, and FIG. 8 is an external perspective view showing a use mode of the partitioning tool.
[0024]
Also in this embodiment, the partition member 1 used is the same plastic corrugated cardboard material as in the first embodiment, and the shape and structure of the connecting member 2 and the mounting member 3 are different from those in the first embodiment. ing.
[0025]
The connecting member 2 shown in FIG. 6 also includes a front-side holding portion 7 formed of a U-shaped groove and a slide portion 8 orthogonal to the holding portion. The length of the U-shaped groove is set to be substantially the same as the width of the partition member 1. The slide portion 8 has a frame shape different from that of FIG. 2, and has a structure in which one end portion cut obliquely (45 °) is integrated with the rear surface portion of the holding portion 7.
[0026]
The upper and lower ends of the connected partition plate 1 are fitted between the upper and lower sliders 8a and 8b of the frame, and the lower slider 8b is provided with a convex portion 9 that fits into the hollow portion 6 of the partition member 1. The convex portion 9 and the partition of the hollow portion 6 (the end of the center core 5) constitute a ratchet mechanism. In addition, although this convex part 9 was provided in the lower slider 8b, it may be provided in the upper slider 8a or both.
[0027]
With the above configuration, the connecting member 2 can be slidably attached to the partition member 1. Then, the end of another partition member 1 is fitted into the holding portion 7 of the connecting member 2 from the upper open side, so that the partition members are slidably connected in an orthogonal shape.
[0028]
This slidable configuration is the same as that of FIG. 2, but as described above, this connecting member 2 has an L-shape in plan view in which the end of the slide portion 8 is cut obliquely (45 °). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, when the cut portions of the slide portion 8 are used together, a cross-shaped partition can be obtained, and when used separately, a step-shaped partition can be obtained. In addition, since the slide portion 8 has a frame shape, if one end is fitted into the partition member 1, the both side plates serve as a guide so that the slide member 8 does not fall off carelessly.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 7, the mounting member 3 has a U-shaped groove-like holding portion 11 into which the end of the partition member 1 is fitted on the front surface, and the shape of the side surface 11a is different from the rectangular shape in FIG. The lower end 11b is cut obliquely upward in consideration of the roundness of the corner of the drawer, and is formed wider toward the upper side. Note that, as shown in FIG. 3, the suction sheet 13 is adhered to the back side of the flat portion 12 which comes into contact with the inner wall of the drawer 10 when assembling the partitioning tool.
[0030]
As described above, when the shape of the lower end portion 11b of the mounting member 3 is formed obliquely upward, not only the right-angled drawer shown in FIG. 5 but also the drawer having a rounded corner can be used. It can be mounted in a suitable position.
Further, by forming the side surface 11a of the mounting member 3 slightly wider toward the upper portion, even when the drawer 10 is of a type in which the bottom portion and the side wall form an obtuse angle, the holding margin of the partition member 1 is substantially constant between the upper and lower portions. Accordingly, the partitioning material 1 can be securely held and fixed.
Also, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, convex lines 14 and 15 are provided at appropriate places above the connecting member 2 and the mounting member 3 so as to make them easy to see up and down when setting these members. is there. Since it is convex, it can be checked up and down by touch.
[0031]
FIG. 8 shows an example in which the inside of the drawer is partitioned by using the constituent members of the partitioning tool described above.
The drawer 10 used here is a drawer made of plastic to which the suction sheet 13 is easily sucked, and has a rounded corner and an obtuse angle between the bottom and the side wall.
[0032]
According to this section example, the ends of the partition member 1 (a) corresponding to the horizontal width of the drawer 10 are fixed to the left and right inner walls by the mounting members 3 and 3, respectively, to form the section A. One end of 1 (b) is connected to a proper position of the partition member 1 (a) by a connecting member 2, and the other end is fixed to an inner wall on the rear side by a mounting member 3 to form a section B.
Since the shape of the lower end portion 11b of the attachment member 3 is formed obliquely upward, the partition plate can be easily attached to such a drawer 10 having a rounded corner without play. In this case, the lower corner of the partition member 1 (b) fixed to the mounting portion 3 side is cut in advance in accordance with the roundness (angle) of the corner.
[0033]
Further, another area surrounded by the partition members 1 (a) and 1 (b) is further divided into three sections C (1), 1 (d) and 1 (e) by the sections C, D and E. , Section F. In this drawing, the partition member 1 (d) forming the section C and the section D and the partition member 1 (e) forming the section E and the section F are fitted with the sliding portions 8 of the connecting members 2 and 2 exactly. The partition member has a cross-shaped partition structure, but if the positions of the connecting members 2 and 2 at both ends of the partition member 1 (e) are slid by a ratchet mechanism, a step-like shape as shown in a dashed-dotted circle in FIG. It becomes a partition structure, and the space of the area E and the area F can be adjusted arbitrarily.
[0034]
As described above, in the partitioning tool of the present invention, the band-shaped partitioning material 1 is cut into an appropriate size according to the shape, size, type, quantity, etc. of the small articles to be stored in the drawer 10, and the connecting member 2 and the mounting member are cut. By using 3, the inside of the drawer can be partitioned into a desired size and number. Processing (cutting) is easy because the material of the partition member 1 is plastic. In addition, when assembling the partitioning tool, no adhesive or processing in the drawer is required at all, so that assembly and disassembly can be performed very easily.
It is needless to say that the connecting member 2 and the mounting member 3 of the first embodiment and the second embodiment can be mixed.
[0035]
In addition, as described above, since the components of the partitioning tool have excellent water resistance, when the dirt is attached, the components can be removed and cleaned with water, and the high rigidity of the corrugated cardboard structure has It can be used repeatedly over a long period of time.
Further, in the present embodiment, plastic corrugated cardboard was used as the partitioning material 1. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the point is that it is a plate shape in which a number of concave portions are continuously provided at predetermined intervals in a thickness portion. What is necessary is just to be able to use a concave part as a tooth profile of a ratchet mechanism. The material is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use a synthetic resin such as urethane.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the partitioning tool of the present invention, the inside of the drawer can be arbitrarily partitioned according to the shape and dimensions of the stored articles, so that the degree of freedom of article storage is greatly expanded and small items can be efficiently removed. It can be arranged and stored. Particularly, by forming the shape of the lower end portion of the mounting member obliquely upward, the partition member can be attached not only to a drawer with a right angle corner but also to an obtuse or rounded drawer without play. .
[0037]
Further, since no adhesive or processing in the drawer is required at the time of assembling, assembling and disassembling can be performed very easily.
[0038]
In addition, since the constituent members of the divider are excellent in water resistance, when dirt adheres, they can be cleaned cleanly with water, and can be repeatedly used for a long time due to the high rigidity of the cardboard structure. it can.
