Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an agricultural multi-film in which a hole can be easily opened at a predetermined location.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when cultivating crops such as tobacco and vegetables, the purpose of preventing the overgrowth of weeds is to cover the cultivation soil with a film made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, which is usually colored black. In addition, a multi-film in which a hole is provided in advance at a place where a seed or a seedling of a crop is to be planted (a perforated multi-film) has been put to practical use. However, such a perforated multi-film has a mistake at the ordering stage, and when the perforated position does not match the actual seedling planting location, it is difficult to convert the perforated multi-film and a return complaint may be made.
[0003]
On the other hand, as a multi-film that opens a hole in use, a short line perforation is provided in advance at the seedling planting site (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-77754) or a cross-shaped perforation is provided. (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-9770) has been proposed. However, such a multi-film has a problem that occurs in the above-described perforated multi-film, that is, when the perforated position does not match the actual seed-planting position, the seedling is planted. Not only is it necessary to re-perforate the area, but even if the perforated part is broken, unlike the normal perforated multi-film, the film in the hole part is not completely removed, so when seeding seedlings In addition, film residues can interfere with the operation.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems in the conventional perforated multi-film and to provide a multi-film capable of easily opening a hole at a desired position.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention is an unopened film used as a perforated agricultural multi-film in which a large number of crop planting holes are provided in a synthetic resin film. A plurality of cuts are provided intermittently, and the length of one cut is 0.5 to 50 mm, and the interval between two adjacent cuts is 0.1 to 5 mm. Further, the synthetic resin film is an agricultural multi-film made of a biodegradable resin.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The synthetic resin film used for the agricultural multi-film of the present invention may be a conventional black polyethylene film. However, when a film made of a biodegradable resin such as an aliphatic polyester resin or a polylactic acid resin is used, perforations and the like can be obtained. Even if the film in the hole portion that has been cut out by breaking the cut portion is not removed and left on the soil as it is, there is an advantage that the main body film is decomposed together after the use period elapses.
[0007]
The shape of the hole of the ordinary perforated multi-film is mainly a circle, an oval, a square, and the like. In the present invention, in addition to these shapes, an oval, a triangle, a star, and the like may be used.
[0008]
The size of the hole opened in the agricultural multi-film of the present invention is, in the case of a circle, the diameter is usually 10 to 150 mm, preferably 20 to 100 mm, and such an opening is provided at a fixed distance from both edges of the film. Are arranged in the central band where is placed, and a large number are arranged at substantially equal intervals in the longitudinal direction and the width direction.
[0009]
When the agricultural multi-film of the present invention is used, only the crop planting portion is opened by breaking a cut portion such as a perforation, but a part of the cut portion may be previously opened.
[0010]
The cuts provided intermittently in the form of perforations around the holes opened in the agricultural multi-film of the present invention have a length of one cut of 0.5 to 50 mm, preferably 1 to 30 mm, and two adjacent cuts. The interval between cuts is 0.1 to 5 mm, preferably 0.3 to 3 mm. If the length of one cut is shorter than the above range and the interval between two adjacent cuts is longer than the above range, it becomes difficult to break the perforation and remove the film in the hole. Conversely, if the length of one cut is longer than the above range and the interval between two adjacent cuts is shorter than the above range, the perforations are easily broken when the multi-film is mechanically spread on the soil, In addition, the unopened perforations are easily broken by weeds, and the weed control effect of the multi-film is reduced.
[0011]
It is preferable that the cuts penetrate the synthetic resin film, but even if cuts that do not completely penetrate are mixed, as long as the above-mentioned properties of the agricultural multi-film of the present invention are satisfied, Included in agricultural multi-films.
[0012]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples as long as the gist is not exceeded.
Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2
10 parts by weight of a black pigment ("PEX99918BLACK" manufactured by Tokyo Ink Co., Ltd.) master (concentration: 40%) per 100 parts by weight of linear low density polyethylene ("UBE polyethylene L FS152" manufactured by Ube Industries, Ltd., MI 0.9, density 0.924) Then, a film having a thickness of 20 μm and a width of 135 cm was obtained by inflation molding at a processing temperature of 190 ° C. using an extruder (cylinder diameter 65 mmφ) and a die (opening diameter 400 mmφ). In the center band at a distance of 30 cm from both edges of the obtained film, openings having perforations formed along a circle with a diameter of 75 mm were formed at intervals of 150 mm in the width direction of the opening. A number of rows were arranged at intervals of 300 mm in the longitudinal direction.
The length of one cut and the interval between two adjacent cuts are 3.0 mm and 0.2 mm (Example 1), 9.7 mm and 2.0 mm (Example 2), 2.0 mm and 8.2 mm ( Comparative Example 1) and four types of sample films having a thickness of 58.8 mm and 0.05 mm (Comparative Example 2) were prepared, and the following tests were performed.
[0013]
1. Suitability for mechanical stretching Each sample film was mechanically spread on a ridge for crop cultivation by a mulcher, and whether or not the perforations at the opening were broken after the spreading was visually checked.
[0014]
2. After opening each sample film on the ridge, it was tested whether the perforation at the opening was broken by hand and the film at the opening could be easily removed.
[0015]
3. Weedproofness One month after each sample film was spread on a ridge, the occurrence of weeds was observed.
[0016]
In each of the sample films of Examples 1 and 2, there is almost no perforation break in the opening due to mechanical stretching, and the film in the opening can be easily removed by manually breaking the perforation in the opening, Although the generation of weeds was hardly observed, the sample film of Comparative Example 1 was excellent in mechanical suitability and herbicidal properties as in the case of the sample film of Example, but the perforation at the opening was It is difficult to remove the film at the opening by manually breaking the opening, and the sample film of Comparative Example 2 was easy to open, as good as the sample film of the Example. 30% or more of the perforation break occurred in the part, and considerable weeds were found not only in the opening where the perforation was broken due to mechanical stretching but also in the opening where the perforation was not broken during mechanical stretching. It was.
[0017]
Examples 3 and 4 and Comparative Examples 3 and 4
As a resin mixed with a black pigment, a black pigment (Dainichi Seika Kogyo "PT-RM951181") master (concentration: 30) per 100 parts by weight of a biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin ("Bionore # 1001" manufactured by Showa Polymer Co., Ltd.) %) A sample film was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a mixture of 12 parts was used and the processing temperature was 160 ° C.
The length of one cut and the interval between two adjacent cuts are respectively 2.0 mm and 0.3 mm (Example 3), 7.1 mm and 1.0 mm (Example 4), and 5.0 mm and 6.2 mm ( Comparative Example 3) and four types of sample films of 77.5 mm and 1.0 mm (Comparative Example 4) were prepared, and the same test as in Example 1 was performed.
[0018]
Like the sample films of Examples 1 and 2, the sample films of Examples 3 and 4 hardly break at the perforation of the opening due to mechanical stretching, and can be easily broken by hand at the perforation of the opening. The film at the opening could be pulled out, and the generation of weeds was hardly observed, but the sample film of Comparative Example 3 was as good as the sample film of the Example in terms of herbicidal properties. However, perforation breakage of the opening due to mechanical stretching occurs 10 to 20%, and it is difficult to break the perforation of the opening by hand to remove the film of the opening, and the sample film of Comparative Example 4 is: The easy opening property was as good as the sample film of the example, but not less than 30% of the perforation break of the opening due to mechanical stretching, and not only the opening where the perforation was broken due to mechanical stretching, Machine exhibition In the sometimes opening perforation was not broken, the occurrence of considerable weed was observed.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
The agricultural multi-film of the present invention, after being spread on the ridges, can easily open a hole in a desired crop planting location, and without breaking from the cut in the opening even if spread by a machine, In addition, it can be used as a perforated multi-film that does not cause weeds by breaking from the cuts in the opening after the film is stretched. Can be left as it is.
