Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.乾式穿孔のためのツイストドリルであって、中央のウエブ(8)及びドリル 軸線(7)上に位置するドリル尖端(17)を備えており、ドリル軸線(7)が 切りくずみぞ(13)並びに主切刃(6)の対称軸線を成しており、即ち当該ツ イストドリルは切刃の、逃げ面(16)が切りくずみぞ(13)の領域に位置す る部分を備えている形式のものにおいて、 切刃の、逃げ面がドリルウエブ(8)の領域に位置する部分、特にチゼル刃(9 )を非対称に形成してあることを特徴とする、乾式孔あけのためのツイストドリ ル。 2.切刃の、逃げ面がウエブ直径の領域に位置してドリル軸線(7)からほぼ半 径方向(10)に延びる部分、特に部分チゼル刃(11,12)が互いに異なる 長さ(A,B)を有している請求項1記載のドリル。 3.切刃の、逃げ面がウエブ直径の領域に位置してドリル軸線(7)からほぼ半 径方向に延びる部分、特に部分チゼル刃(11,12)が主切刃(6)とチゼル 刃(9)との間の移行部に互いに異なる半径(R1,R2)を有している請求項 1又は2記載のドリル。 4.切刃の、逃げ面がウエブ直径の領域に位置してドリル軸線(7)からほぼ半 径方向に延びる部分、特に部分チゼル刃(11,12)が所属の主切刃(6)に 対して互いに異なる角度(W1,W2)を成している請求項1から3のいずれか 1項記載のドリル。 5.切刃の、逃げ面がウエブ直径の領域に位置する部分、特に部分チゼル刃(1 1,12)の長さの差(A−B)が少なくとも5%である請求項2記載のドリル 。 6.半径の差(R2−R1)が少なくとも10%である請求項3記載のドリル。 7.角度の差(W2−W1)が少なくとも1°である請求項4記載のドリル。 8.2つのドリル切刃(6)を有している請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の ドリル。 9.3つのドリル切刃(6)を有している請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の ドリル。
