【発明の効果】本発明に係る防水用ドレインの設置構造
によれば、下地躯体に設置されたドレイン本体のフラン
ジ上面にシート接続板を定形シーリング材及び/又は不
定形シーリング材を介在させて一体的に重ね合わせ、該
シート接続板上面を陸屋根を覆う防水シートで被覆する
と共に該シート接続板の上面を防水シートに熱溶着また
は溶剤溶着して一体化せしめ、シート接続板と対応する
部分の防水シート上にシート押さえ板を重ね合わせてド
レイン本体のフランジにネジで固着せしめるようにした
ので、ドレイン周辺における高い防水性能を長期にわた
って維持することが可能となる。しかも、ストレーナや
ドレイン本体の排水口が目詰まりして清掃が必要になっ
た場合や防水シートの改修(屋上防水の改修)を行なう
場合に、ストレーナ及びシート押さえ板を取り外して
も、シート押さえ板で押さえられていた部分の防水シー
トはシート接続板に熱溶着または溶剤溶着により一体化
しているをもって、経年変化によるもほとんど収縮する

全体を取り替えたり改修用ドレインを用いる必要がなく
