2. Description of the Related Art As an evaporating device, an evaporating container in which an opening of a case accommodating an evaporating agent is sealed with a gas-permeable film is detachable, and the evaporating agent evaporates by heating the evaporating container from outside the case. There is a device that allows the vapor to pass through the film and dissipate it into the external space. As the internal pressure of the case is reduced by the evaporation of the evaporating agent, the film expands and deforms in a concave shape so as to follow the evaporating agent remaining inside the case.

When the case forming the evaporation container has a corner on the inner surface, when the evaporation of the evaporating agent proceeds and the evaporating agent remains only at the corner, the film is pressed at the internal pressure of the case. Even if the pressure is reduced, the film cannot follow the inside of the corner, and the vapor concentration in the case partitioned by this film becomes thin.As a result, it is difficult for the vapor to escape to the outside of the film, and it is difficult to use up the evaporant effectively. is there.

When there is a corner on the outer surface of the case, the corner is hardly deformed due to its rigidity, but only the flat part connected to the corner is dented and deformed by reducing the internal pressure of the case. For this reason, when the evaporation device is provided with a heating unit, the heating conditions applied to the evaporant from the outer surface of the case by the heating unit change (reduction of the heat transfer area, etc.), and there is a difficulty in maintaining stable evaporation. .

In the transpiration apparatus 10, the housing 11
The evaporating container 20 is exchangeably stored in the container storing portion 11A, and is used by heating the evaporating container 20 from the outside of the case 21 by the heating portion 13 so that the vapor of the evaporating agent 1 that evaporates is transmitted through the film 22. Dissipate into external space. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, as the internal pressure of the case 21 is reduced by the evaporation of the evaporant 1, the film 22 expands and deforms in a concave shape so as to follow the evaporant 1 remaining inside the case 21.

In the evaporating apparatus 10, the case 21 of the evaporating vessel 20 has an inner surface formed of a dome-shaped curved surface in a cross section and is hardly deformed, and the film 22 follows the inside of the case 21 together with the evaporation of the evaporating agent 1. Because of the elongation and deformation, the contact area between the film 22 and the evaporant 1 becomes substantially constant without much change even when the evaporant 1 is used for, for example, about one month. Therefore, the case 21 is
Case 2 with the container stored in the container storage section 11A
When the initial filling height of the evaporant 1 into the evaporator 1 is, for example, 80 to 90% of the maximum inner height H0 of the case 21 (weight of the evaporant 1 is 5 g), the evaporant 1 is used for about one month, for example. Due to this reduction, the residual head H of the evaporant 1 is maintained at about 60% of the maximum internal height H0 of the case 21, and the amount of heat that the heating unit 13 gives to the evaporant 1 from the outside of the case 21 is maintained substantially constant. In addition, the amount of evaporating agent 1 can be kept constant over time.
