Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)1つ以上のレジン (b)1つ以上のポリマー (c)1つ以上のカップリング剤、及び (d)1つ以上の潤滑剤 を含有する非水性サイジング組成物。 2.サイジング適用の均一化の視覚的評価のために有効量の蛍光増白剤を含む請 求項1に記載の組成物。 3.蛍光増白剤が紫外線蛍光染料である請求項2記載のサイジング組成物。 4.蛍光増白剤が着色剤である請求項2記載のサイジング組成物。 5.レジンが、エポキシ、ポリエステル、ポリスチレン、ポリウレタン、尿素、 及びポリアミド-6を含むグループから選ばれる請求項2記載のサイジング組成 物。 6.(a)1つ以上の低分子量のエポキシレジン (b)1つ以上の中分子量のエポキシレジン (c)1つ以上のポリオキシプロピレン-ポリオキシエチレンブロックのコ ポリマー (d)潤滑剤、及び (e)1つ以上のガンマ-メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランカ ップリング剤 を含有する非水性サイジング組成物。 7.サイジング適用の均一化の視覚的評価のために有効量の蛍光増白剤を含む請 求項6に記載の組成物。 8.蛍光増白剤が紫外線蛍光染料である請求項7記載のサイジング組成物。 9.1つ以上のレジンを、表面の少なくとも1部が請求項1記載の非水性サイジ ング組成物の残留物で覆われるガラスファイバーと組み合わせることを含む強化 プラスチック複合材料の製造方法。 10.1つ以上のレジンを、表面の少なくとも1部が請求項1記載の非水性サイ ジング組成物の残流物で覆われるカーボンファイバーと組み合わせることを含む 強化プラスチック複合材料の製造方法。 11.プラスチック複合材料が、エポキシポリマー、ポリエステル、ウレタン、 非ウレタン及びポリスチレンからなる群から選ばれる請求項10記載の方法。 12.表面の少なくとも1部が請求項1記載の非水性組成物の残留物で覆われた ガラス又はカーボンファイバー。 13.表面の少なくとも1部が請求項7記載の非水性組成物の残留物で覆われた ガラス又はカーボンファイバー。 14.(a)請求項1記載の非水性サイジング組成物へ蛍光増白剤の添加をする こと、 (b)得られた混合物をガラスファイバーに適用すること、及び (c)蛍光増白剤を視覚化するためにコーティングされたガラスファイバ ーへ紫外線を照射すること、 を含む形成工程の測定方法。
