- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 部分的にフッ素化されたポリマーの製造方法であって、炭素に結合してい る水素を含有する最初のポリマーを、式:H2C=CHCR1R2R6Y (式中、 R1及びR2は、それぞれ独立にフッ素又は1〜20個の炭素原子 を含有するペルフルオロアルキルであり、 R6は、1〜20個の炭素原子を含有しそして場合によっては1個以上のエ ーテル基を含有するフッ素化されたアルキレン、又は、1〜20個の炭素原子を 含有しそして場合によっては1個以上のエーテル基を含有するアルキレンであり 、そして Yは、水素又は官能基である) を有する化合物及びフリーラジカル源と液相で接触させることを含んで成り、 但し、該接触を、該フリーラジカル源がフリーラジカルを発生する温度で行う 方法。 2.式:−CH2−CH2CR1R2R6Y (式中、 R1及びR2は、それぞれ独立にフッ素又は1〜20個の炭素原子を含有する ペルフルオロアルキルであり、 R6は、1〜20個の炭素原子を含有しそして場合によっては1個以上のエ ーテル基を含有するフッ素化されたアルキレン、又は、1〜20個の炭素原子を 含有しそして場合によっては1個以上のエーテル基を含有するアルキレンであり 、そして Yは、水素又は官能基である) を有する分岐を含んで成るポリマーであって、 但し、該ポリマーの主鎖が炭素に結合している水素を含有するポリマー。 3. R6が、ペルフルオロアルキレン又はエーテル置換ペルフルオロアルキレ ンである請求項1又は2に記載の方法又はポリマー。 4. R6が、−(CF2)d−(式中、dは2〜20である)又は−CF2OC F2CF2−である請求項1又は2に記載された方法又はポリマー。 5. Yが、フッ素、フッ化スルホニル、スルホン酸又は水素である請求項1又 は2に記載の方法又はポリマー。 6. Yが−SO2Fである請求項1又は2に記載の方法又はポリマー。 7. R6が−(CF2)d−(式中、dは2〜20である)又は−CF2OCF2 CF2−であり、Yが−SO2F、SO3M又はSO3H(式中、Mはアルカリ金属 である)である請求項2に記載のポリマー。 8. Yが−SO2Fである請求項3に記載の方法又はポリマー。
