Description of the Related Art In recent years, with the aging society progressing, various computers have been used for rationalization of office work, and as a result, the number of people who complained of pain in the lower back, shoulders, knees, elbows, etc. has been increasing,
Patches such as compresses and plasters are widely used as the symptomatic treatment. Hereinafter, a conventional release sheet for patches used for patches will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a patch using a conventional release sheet for patches. In FIG. 11, 11 is a patch, 12
Is a support made of a white or flesh-colored nonwoven fabric, 13 is a plaster containing a drug or the like spread on substantially the entire surface of one side of the support 12, and 14 is an extremely thin paste adhered to the entire surface of the plaster 13. It is a conventional release sheet for patches made of a transparent synthetic resin film having flexibility. A method of using the patch using the conventional release sheet for patches configured as described above will be described below. First, the corners of the support 12 are searched many times with nails so that the plaster 13 and the release sheet 14 are easily peeled off, and then the release sheet 14 is peeled off with nails.
After peeling off the release sheet 14 while paying attention so that the support 12 is not kinked and the ship plasters are not entangled, the support 12 is used to be attached to the affected part with the support 12.

いた。However, the above-mentioned conventional release sheet for patches has the following problems. That is, (1) After the patch has spread the plaster on substantially the entire surface of one side of the support, the raw sheet obtained by sticking a release sheet on the upper surface of the plaster is cut into a square shape or the like. Since the outer peripheral cross-section of the support, the plaster, and the release sheet are flush with each other, there is no clue to start peeling when peeling the release sheet from the outer edge. However, there was a problem that the peeling operation was difficult and it was difficult to use. (2) Since the plaster contains a thickener in order to impart a thickening effect to the skin and the like, the plaster has extremely strong tackiness and is hardly peeled off with a conventional release sheet for patches. There was a problem that. (3) Almost all patches such as poultices and plasters are, for example, extremely thin and flexible release sheets on the surface of a white support and a white or white transparent paste applied on the support. , It is difficult to distinguish between the release sheet and the plaster, and the release position is unclear, so that the release sheet is difficult to pick up. (4) For this reason, even if a patient tries to affix to the affected area, the peeling sheet is difficult to peel off, and time is wasted unnecessarily to peel off the peeling sheet. There was a problem that it was very inconvenient. (5) Especially for elderly people, fingertips are not dexterous,
In addition, since the visual acuity and the like are also reduced, the thin transparent release sheet has the same color and adheres to the plaster, so it is difficult to peel off and peeling the release sheet from the plaster imposes a heavy burden. Had. (6) In addition, since both the release sheet and the support are flexible, the support is kinked and the plasters are entangled with each other and cannot be used. To solve these problems,
For example: a. The release sheet is provided with a cut portion or a cut portion, and the peeling is performed from the cut portion or the cut portion (actually disclosed as 5-
No. 42811), b. One using a release sheet having a larger area than the plaster, c. A proposal has been made in which two release sheets are superimposed at a substantially central portion of a plaster, and peeling is performed from an overlapped portion that does not contact the plaster. However,
The above-mentioned conventional release sheet for patches had the following problems. (7) When the release sheet of the above a is provided with a cut portion, the release sheet is turned up from the cut portion except during use, and the medicinal component contained in the plaster volatilizes from the turned up portion. Therefore, there is a problem that a medicinal effect cannot be obtained. (8) Further, in the case where the cut portion is provided in the release sheet, there is a problem that it is difficult to cut the release sheet neatly depending on the material of the release sheet and the interval between the cut portions. (9) When the release sheet of the above b is formed with a larger area than the plaster, a large area of the release sheet is required, so that the cost becomes high. After cutting the anti-sheet, it is necessary to further cut off the support and the plaster at the outer edge of the patch, which has a problem that the workability is poor and the productivity is inferior to that extent. (10) When the two release sheets of the above c are superimposed at the substantially central portion of the plaster, there is a problem that a large number of production steps are required, work efficiency is low, product yield is reduced, and productivity is low. Had. (11) Further, the release sheet used for the patch is usually formed without any irregularities or the like in many cases, and has a problem that the release sheet is easily slipped when peeled, and is difficult to peel. (12) Also, when manufacturing a patch, even if an attempt is made to stick a release sheet on a plaster, it cannot be stuck well, and if it is cut, it is caught in a cutting machine and easily slips off from the plaster. There was a problem that the yield was low. (13) Further, there is a problem that air bubbles are easily generated between the paste body and the paste body and the release sheet, and the yield is reduced.

用剥離シートを提供することを目的とする。SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems. The release sheet can be easily cut only by pulling or rubbing the release sheet to the left and right, so that even elderly people can easily clean their hands without wrinkles. It is an object of the present invention to provide a release sheet for a patch that can be stuck neatly without being wrinkled and that is suitable for mass production at low cost.

This has the following effects. (1) Since the release sheet is provided with a cut portion having a predetermined length of the connecting portion, only the release sheet can be easily separated at the cut portion. (2) At the time of division, the part where the release sheet is divided by elasticity is turned up, so that the release sheet can be peeled off by picking up each piece of the peeled-up release sheet. (3) When each piece of the release sheet is picked, the exposed portion of the plaster can be attached only to the affected part without soiling the hands. (4) Since the peeling sheet is turned up and a part of the plaster is exposed, the exposed part of the plaster is applied to the affected area, and then each piece of the peeled up peeling sheet is pinched and pulled to the left and right. However, it can be stuck to the affected area neatly without trouble, without soiling the hands, and without wrinkling of the patch. (5) Only by pulling the release sheet and the support and the like to the left and right, it is possible to easily separate only the release sheet at the cut portion by utilizing the difference in elongation between the release sheet and the support and the like.

P), plastic film such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene, polyester, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, etc .; Foil,
Colorless or colored paper such as laminated paper obtained by laminating polyethylene or the like on kraft paper is used. The cut portion formed in the release sheet refers to a cut portion formed with a predetermined portion of the release sheet, for example, a connection portion at a predetermined interval in a dotted manner at a substantially central portion or a peripheral portion of the release sheet. is there. Further, in order to clarify the tearing method on the left and right portions of the release sheet, a display portion such as a figure such as an arrow, a character, or a symbol may be provided, or coloring may be performed. Examples of the support used for the patch using the release sheet include stretchable or non-stretchable materials such as woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, and nonwoven paper. When using a stretchable material for the support, using the difference in the elongation percentage between the support and the release sheet,
By simply pulling the release sheet together with the support, the release sheet can be easily divided and the release sheet can be peeled off from the plaster. The stretchable support preferably has a stretch rate of 10 to 100% in the vertical direction and / or the horizontal direction.
In the case where a non-stretchable support is used, the release sheet can be separated by using the viscoelastic sliding of the release sheet and the plaster, and the release sheet can be peeled off from the plaster as it is.

得ることができる。It is desirable that the thickener is capable of stably retaining water at 30% to 80% and has water retention. Specific examples thereof include plant systems such as guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, alginic acid, sodium alginate, agar, arabic gum, tragacanth gum, karaya gum, pectin, starch, microbial systems such as xanthan gum, acacia gum, gelatin, collagen, Natural polymers such as animal-based, cellulose-based such as methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose; semi-synthetic polymers such as starch-based such as soluble starch, carboxymethylstarch, and dialdehyde starch; polyvinyl alcohol; polyvinylpyrrolidone; Vinyls such as polyvinyl methacrylate, acrylics such as polyacrylic acid and sodium polyacrylate, other polyethylene oxides,
A water-soluble polymer such as a synthetic polymer such as a methyl vinyl ether / maleic anhydride copolymer is preferably used. Particularly, sodium polyacrylate is preferred. This is because the gel strength is high and the water retention is excellent. Further, sodium polyacrylate having an average degree of polymerization of 20,000 to 70,000 is preferable. As the average degree of polymerization becomes smaller than 20,000, the thickening effect becomes poor and a sufficient gel strength cannot be obtained, and as the average degree of polymerization becomes larger than 70,000, the thickening effect becomes too strong and the workability tends to decrease. Appears, none of which is desirable. In addition, by using two or more of the above water-soluble polymers, for example, a polymer complex is formed with a strong ionic polymer of sodium polyacrylate, and an elastic gel having higher gel strength can be obtained.

Aluminum metasilicate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc. may be added. Further, propylene carbonate, crotamiton, l-menthol, mentha oil, limonene, diisopropyl adipate and the like as a dissolution aid or absorption enhancer, and methyl salicylate, glycol salicylate, l-menthol, thymol, mint oil, Nonanilic acid wanilylamide, capsicum extract and the like may be added. Further, if necessary, a stabilizer, an antioxidant, an emulsifier, and the like may be added. Other, if necessary,
You may add a crosslinking agent, a polymerization agent, etc. The paste can be strengthened and can have water retention. The crosslinking agent and the polymerizing agent are appropriately selected depending on the type of the thickener and the like. For example, when polyacrylic acid or polyacrylate is applied as a thickener, a compound having at least two epoxy groups in a molecule, a hydrochloride such as Ca, Mg, or Al, a sulfate, a phosphate, Inorganic acid salts such as carbonate, organic acid salts such as citrate, tartrate, gluconate, stearate, oxides such as zinc oxide and silicic acid, hydroxides such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide And the like are preferably used. When polyvinyl alcohol is used as the thickener, adipic acid, thioglycolic acid,
Epoxy compounds (epichlorohydrin), aldehydes, N-methylol compounds, Al, Ti, Zr, Sn,
Complexes such as compounds such as V, Cu, B, and Cr are preferably used. When polyvinylpyrrolidone is used as the thickener, a methyl vinyl ether / maleic anhydride copolymer, a polyacid compound or an alkali metal salt thereof (polyacrylic acid, tannic acid and derivatives thereof) and the like are preferably used. When polyethylene oxide is used as the thickener, perchioside, polysulfone azide and the like are preferably used. When a methyl vinyl ether / maleic anhydride copolymer is used as a thickener, a polyfunctional hydroxy compound, polyamine, iodine,
Gelatin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, iron, mercury, lead salts and the like are preferably used. When gelatin is used as the thickener, aldehydes such as formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde and dialdehyde starch, diepoxides such as glyoxal and butadiene oxide, diketones such as divinyl ketone, and diisocyanates are preferably used. When sodium polyacrylate is used as a thickener, lithium hydroxide, zinc hydroxide,
It is preferable to add a polyvalent metal salt such as aluminum hydroxide and sodium borate. Particularly, zinc salts and aluminum salts are preferred. The crosslinking reaction is accelerated. The concentration of the polyvalent metal salt added as a crosslinking agent is preferably 0.5 to 1.5 equivalents per equivalent of the thickener (or water-soluble polymer). As the concentration of the polyvalent metal salt becomes smaller than 0.5 equivalent, the reaction becomes too slow and the gel strength tends to decrease, and as the concentration of the polyvalent metal salt becomes larger than 1.5 equivalent, the reaction becomes too fast. There is a tendency that the gelation becomes non-uniform and the workability tends to decrease, and neither is preferable.

Deprived, this calorific value gives a refreshing feeling, and the stratum corneum is hydrated by water molecules evaporating from the inside,
The absorption of the drug is promoted, the drug is not drenched at or near room temperature, the pain is not painful when peeled off, the stain is not left, and the like. For this reason, the plaster comprises 5-20% by weight of a thickener, preferably 10-15% by weight, 5-40% by weight of a wetting agent, 20% by weight or less of a filler, and 10% by weight of water. 80% by weight, dissolution aid 0-8% by weight, drug 5% by weight or less, preferably 0.1% by weight.
It is preferably from 5% by weight to 5% by weight. When the patch is applied to a plaster or the like, the base material preferably has an acrylic copolymer, an ABA block copolymer, an alicyclic petroleum resin, or a softener. Used for Further, thermoplastic elastomers such as AB block copolymers and other polybutene rubbers, butyl rubbers, silicone rubbers, natural rubbers, styrene-butadiene copolymers, NBR polyisobutylenes, polyalkyl acrylates, synthetic isoprenes, and terpene resins , Petroleum resins, tackifiers such as rosin, hydrogenated rosin, rosin and hydrogenated rosin ester, liquid paraffin, olive oil, soybean oil, tallow, tongue and other animal and vegetable oils, polybutene, liquid polyisobutylene, lower isoprene, An adhesive / holding power regulator such as wax, a filler such as titanium oxide, zinc oxide, aluminum metasilicate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, and the like are compounded. ABA type block copolymer or A-
As the B-type block copolymer, a block copolymer of a monovinyl-substituted aromatic compound A and a conjugated diolefin copolymer B is suitably used. Specifically, Kaliflex TR-1101 and Kariflex TR manufactured by Shell Chemical Co., Ltd.
-1107, Califlex TR-1111, etc., SOLPLEN 418 and SOLPLEN 3 manufactured by Philippe Petroleum
11 and the like, and its compounding amount is 10 to 40 parts by weight, preferably 15 to 30 parts by weight in the plaster composition. A-
By adding 15 to 30 parts by weight of the B-type block copolymer, the compatibility, anchoring power, and adhesive strength of the active ingredient of the ABA-type block copolymer are improved, and the cohesion by the oily component is improved. It is not preferable because these effects tend to be reduced as the ratio deviates from this range.

せることができる。The release sheet for a patch according to the second aspect of the present invention has a configuration in which the release sheet has an embossed portion in the first aspect. Accordingly, the following operation is obtained in addition to the operation obtained in the first aspect. (1) Since the embossed portion is formed on the surface of the release sheet, the embossed portion increases the frictional resistance with a finger or a plaster when dividing the release sheet or manufacturing a patch. The release sheet can be easily picked by hand, or when the release sheet is pasted on the plaster spread on the support to create an original sheet, or this original sheet is cut. At times, the release sheet can be brought into close contact with the plaster, and the release sheet can be prevented from being displaced from the plaster. (2) Since the release sheet is provided with an embossed portion formed on the surface of the release sheet, the release sheet of this patch can be used without the necessity of starting peeling such as searching for a corner of the support with a nail. By simply pulling the sheet together with the support and bending the sheet at the cut, the release sheet alone can be easily cut at the cut. (3) Since the embossed portion is formed on the release sheet, the release sheet can be easily and smoothly released without slipping during the release operation. (4) Since the embossed portion is formed on the release sheet, when manufacturing the patch, when the release sheet is laminated on the plaster spread on one surface of the support, the release sheet is placed on the plaster. Lamination can be performed without slippage. (5) When the raw sheet is cut because the frictional resistance of the embossed portion is large, the raw sheet is prevented from being entangled in the cut edge cutting tool, and the release sheet does not slip, thereby improving the productivity. . (6) Even when air bubbles are generated between the plaster body and the plaster body and the release sheet, the air bubbles can be easily discharged by the embossed portion, so that the product yield can be drastically improved. .

Thereby, claim 1
In addition to the effects obtained in or 2, the following effects are obtained. (1) Since the connecting portion and the cut portion are formed at a predetermined interval, the medicinal component does not volatilize and the medicinal effect is not reduced, and the reliability and convenience are excellent. (2) Since the connecting portion and the cut portion are formed at a predetermined interval, the separation sheet can be easily separated, the raw sheet can be easily cut at the time of manufacturing, and convenience and workability are improved.

a: b = 1: 5 to 25, preferably a: b = 1: 8 to 2
0, more preferably a: b = 1: 8-15. As the length of the cut becomes smaller than eight times the length of the connecting part, it becomes easier to break even when not in use, the medicinal component volatilizes and the medicinal effect decreases, and the release sheet becomes too thin and difficult to pick, It is not preferable because reliability and convenience tend to decrease. As the length of the cut portion becomes larger than 15 times the length of the connecting portion, the separation of the release sheet becomes difficult, and it becomes difficult to cut the raw sheet at the time of manufacturing, and the convenience and workability tend to decrease. It is undesirable because it appears.

As the tensile strength of the release sheet having a cut portion becomes smaller than 30 g / cm, the release sheet is cut off in the course of production during production, making it impossible to continuously adhere the release sheet to the plaster, Also, when the agent is put into a packaging bag, the release sheet is easily cut off, and the yield tends to decrease, which is not preferable. As the tensile strength becomes greater than 60 g / cm, it becomes difficult to easily separate the release sheet when used, and the convenience tends to decrease, which is not preferable. The escape of the medicinal component and the moisture from the cut portion is prevented by applying the tension of the release sheet and overlapping the cut portions. If the difference between the extensibility ratio of the release sheet and the support is 0.3% or more, the separation is easily performed.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, (1) Since the cutout portion formed with the connecting portion having a predetermined length is provided on the release sheet, only the release sheet can be easily divided at the cutout portion. (5) By simply pulling the release sheet and the support and the like to the left and right, it is possible to easily separate only the release sheet at the cut portion by utilizing the difference in elongation between the release sheet and the support and the like.

In addition to the effects of the invention of (1), the embossed portion is formed on the surface of the release sheet, so that when the release sheet is divided or when a patch is manufactured, the embossed portion is formed with a finger or a plaster. The friction resistance with the body can be increased, making it easy to pick the release sheet by hand, or when creating a raw sheet by applying the release sheet on the plaster spread on the support When the raw sheet is cut or the like, the release sheet can be brought into close contact with the plaster, and the release sheet can be prevented from being displaced from the plaster. (5) When the raw sheet is cut because the frictional resistance of the embossed portion is large, the raw sheet is prevented from being entangled in the cut edge cutting tool, and the release sheet does not slip, thereby improving the productivity. . (6) Even when air bubbles are generated between the plaster body and the plaster body and the release sheet, the air bubbles can be easily discharged by the embossed portion, so that the product yield can be drastically improved. .
