毛などの一因であるとも言われている皮脂を頭皮より除去し育毛成分の働きを助ける作用を有するからである。即ち、本発明の皮膚外用剤は皮脂のふき取り効果を有することが好ましい。この様な皮脂除去成分としては、Ｈ．Ｌ．Ｂ．が１０〜１８の非イオン界面活性剤が好ましく例示でき、この様な非イオン界面活性剤としてはポリオキシエチレン椰子油由来脂肪酸グリセリルが特に好ましく例示できる。この様なポリオキシエチレン椰子油由来脂肪酸グリセリルとしては、ポリオキシエチレン（７）椰子油脂肪酸グリセリル（交洋ファインケミカル株式会社製、ハイバーオイルＨＥ）とポリオキシエチレン（１０）カプリル酸／カプリン酸グリセリル（ヘンケルジャパン株式会社製、セチオールＨＥ８１０）が好ましい市販品として例示できる。これらの皮脂除去成分の好ましい含有量は、皮膚外用組成物全量に対して０．０５〜５重量％である。これ以外に可溶化剤或いは乳化剤としてポリオキシエチレン硬化ひまし油を０．０５〜１重量％加えることも好適である。更に清涼感を付与する成分として、ｌ−メントール等のテルペン類やトウガラシチンキ等の刺激剤を０．０１〜０．１重量％含有することも使用実感を認識できる点で有利である。安全性を確保しながら清涼感を提供するのに、エタノールを皮膚外用組成物全量に対して１０〜４０重量％含有することが好ましい。本発明の皮膚外用組成物は、可溶化剤形であっても、乳化剤形であっても不都合はない。これらの皮膚外用組成物は常法に従い製造することができる。[0007]
