Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気的エネルギーに応答して超音波周波数で振動するようにされた変換器 組立体、 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する取付け用装置であって、超音波周波数の半 波長の整数倍と実質的に等しい長さを有し、変換器組立体から超音波振動を受け この超音波振動を取付け用装置の第1の端部から第2の端部に伝送するようにさ れ、取付け用装置の第1の端部が腹の近くで変換器組立体に組み合わせられるて いる前記取付け用装置、 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する伝送用ロッドであって、超音波周波数の半 波長の整数倍と実質的に等しい長さを有し、取付け用装置から超音波振動を受け この超音波振動を伝送用ロッドの第1の端部から第2の端部に伝送するようにさ れ、伝送用ロッドの第1の端部が腹の近くでネジなしの界面により取付け用装置 の第2の端部に組み合わせられるている前記伝送用ロッド、及び 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有するエンドエフェクターであって、伝送用ロッ ドから超音波振動を受けこの超音波振動をエンドエフェクターの第1の端部から 第2の端部に伝送するようにされ、エンドエフェクターの第1の端部が伝送用ロ ッドの第2の端部にに組み合わせられ、そしてエンドエフェクターの第2の端部 が腹の近くに配置されている前記エンドエフェクター を具備した超音波外科装置。 2.取付け用装置の第2の端部がネジなしの凹所を有する上記1の装置。 3.伝送用ロッドの第1の端部がネジなしの突起を有する上記1の装 置。 4.振動の節の近くで取付け用装置に組み合わせられたハンドピース組立体を 更に備える上記1の装置。 5.振動の腹の近くで伝送用ロッドに組み合わせられたアダプターを更に備え る上記1の装置。 6.変換器組立体を励振するために発振器を更に備える上記1の装置。 7.電気的エネルギーに応答して超音波周波数で振動するようにされた変換器 組立体、及び 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する取付け用装置であって、変換器組立体から 超音波振動を受けこの超音波振動を取付け用装置の第1の端部から第2の端部に 伝送するようにされ、取付け用装置の第2の端部がネジなしの端部を有する前記 取付け用装置 を具備した超音波外科装置。 8.ネジなしの端部が中低の凹所を有する上記7の装置。 9.第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する伝送用ロッドであって、超音波振動を 第1の端部から第2の端部に伝送するようにされ、伝送用ロッドの第1の端部が これから伸びているネジなしの突起を有する前記伝送用ロッド、及び 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有するエンドエフェクターであって、伝送用ロッ ドから超音波振動を受けこの超音波振動をエンドエフェクターの第1の端部から 第2の端部に伝送するようにされ、エンドエフェクターの第1の端部が伝送用ロ ッドの第2の端部にに組み合わせられる前記エンドエフェクター を具備した外科器械。 10.伝送用ロッドが柔軟な部材を圧縮するようにされたフランジを有する上 記9の外科器械。 11.ハンドピース組立体、 ハンドピース組立体により担持された音響組立体であって、第1の端部と第2 の端部とを有し、音響組立体の第2の端部がネジなしの組合域を有する前記音響 組立体、 第1と第2の端部を有し、第2の端部がネジなしの組合域を有する伝送用構成 要素、及び 伝送用構成要素を担持しているアダプターであって、音響組立体のネジなしの 組合域をアダプターの伝送用構成要素の組合域に保持するようにハンドピース組 立体と組み合わせるような形状にされている前記アダプター を具備した外科装置。 12.伝送用構成要素が振動の腹の近くで音響組立体に取り付けられる上記1 1の装置。 13.第1の伝送用ロッドを励振するために発振器を更に備える上記11の装 置。 14.第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第1の伝送用構成要素であって、第 1の伝送用構成要素の第1の端部は超音波振動を受けるようにされ、第1の伝送 用構成要素の第2の端部がネジなしの組合域を有する前記第1の伝送用構成要素 、及び 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の伝送用構成要素であって、第2の伝 送用構成要素の第1の端部は第1の伝送用構成要素の第2の端部のネジなしの組 合域と接するように形成されたネジなしの組合域を有 し、第2の伝送用構成要素の組合域が連結用手段により第1の伝送用構成要素の 組合域と機能可能な配列に保持される前記第2の伝送用構成要素 を具備する超音波装置。 15.振動の節の近くで第1の伝送用構成要素に組み合わせられたハウジング を更に備える上記14の装置。 16.第1の伝送用構成要素が振動の節の近くで第2の伝送用構成要素と組み 合わせられる上記14の装置。 17.第1の伝送用構成要素が変換器を備える上記14の装置。 18.第2の伝送用構成要素がエンドエフェクターを備える上記14の装置。 19.第1の部分と第2の部分とを有する非振動構造であって、非振動構造の 第1の部分が第1の超音波構成要素と組み合わせられ、非振動構造の第2の部分 が第2の超音波構成要素と組み合わせられた前記非振動構造、及び 第1の部分と第2の部分とに組み合わせられた連結用機構であって、第1の構 成要素を第2の構成要素と接触して保持するように予備荷重力を発生している前 記連結用機構 を具備した超音波装置。 20.シース、 シースにより担持された第1の伝送用部材であって、第1の端部と第2の端部 とを有し、第1の伝送用部材の第2の端部がネジなしの組合面を有している前記 第1の伝送用部材、 シースにより担持された第2の伝送用部材であって、第1の端部と第 2の端部とを有し、第2の伝送用部材の第1の端部がネジなしの組合面を有して いる前記第2の伝送用部材、及び 第2の伝送用部材の第1の端部と接触している第1の伝送用部材の第2の端部 、前記シースにより第2の伝送用部材に関して予定の角度に位置決めされるよう に形成された第1の伝送用部材 を具備した可撓性の振動案内路。 21.シースが張力ワイヤーを備える上記20の振動案内路。 22.第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第3の伝送用構成要素であって、第 3の伝送用構成要素の第1の端部がネジなしの組合面を有している前記第3の伝 送用構成要素、 ネジなしの組合面を有する第2の伝送用構成要素の第2の端部、及び 第2の伝送用部材の第2の端部と接触している第3の伝送用部材の第1の端部 を更に具備し、 第2の伝送用部材は第3の伝送用部材に関して予定された位置において位置決 めされるように形成される 上記20の振動案内路。 23.第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第1の伝送用部材、 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の伝送用部材、及び 第1の伝送用部材の第2の端部を第2の伝送用部材の第1の端部と接触させて 保持するように予備荷重力を発生させるための非振動構造 を具備した超音波装置。 24.第2の伝送用部材が、保持部材及び保持部材に隣接して配置された柔軟 な部材 を有する上記23の装置。 25.保持部材が第2の伝送用部材の周囲のまわりに配置された一体のリング を備える上記24の装置。 26.第1の伝送用部材が取付け用装置を備える上記23の装置。 27.第2の伝送用部材が振動案内路を備える上記23の装置。 28.第1の伝送用ロッドを第2の伝送用ロッドに連結する方法であって、 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第1の伝送用部材を担持している第1の非 振動構造を設け、 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の伝送用部材を担持している第2の非 振動構造を設け、 第1の伝送用部材と第2の伝送用部材との間にネジ連結を使うことなく第1の 伝送用部材の第2の端部を第2の伝送用部材の第1の端部との接触状態に保持す るように第1の非振動構造を第2の非振動構造に取り付ける ことを含んだ前記方法。 29.第1の非振動構造がハンドピース組立体のハウジングを備える接触28 の方法。 30.第2の非振動構造が外科器械のハウジングを備える接触28の方法。 31.第1の伝送用部材がその第2の端部にネジなしの凹所を有する上記28 の方法。 32.第2の伝送用ロッドがその第1の端部にネジなしのスタッドを有する上 記28の方法。 33.第1の伝送用ロッドを第2の伝送用ロッドに連結する装置であって、 第1の端部と第2の端部とを持った第1の伝送用部材を有する第1の非振動構 造、 第1の端部と第2の端部とを持った第2の伝送用部材を有する第2の非振動構 造、 第1の伝送用部材と第2の伝送用部材との間にネジ連結を使うことなく第1の 伝送用部材の第2の端部を第2の伝送用部材の第1の端部との接触状態に保持す るように第2の非振動構造に取り付けられた第1の非振動構造 を具備した前記装置。 34.第1の非振動構造と第2の非振動構造との間に予備荷重フリーを与える ための手段を更に備えた上記33の装置。 35.超音波で駆動される一つの部材を他の部材に組み合わせるためのネジな しのシステムであって、 互いに解除可能に組み合うようにされた第1の支持構造と第2の支持構造、 第1の構造により担持された第1の部材であって、第1のネジなしの連結端部 を有しかつ超音波で駆動されたときに軸方向で振動するようにされた前記第1の 部材、 第2の構造により担持された第2の部材であって、第2のネジなしの連結端部 を有しかつ支持構造が組み合わせられたとき連結用の端部が予定された接触域に おいて互いに当たり、これにより第1の部材の振動が第2の部材に伝送される前 記第2の部材 を具備した前記システム。 36.連結用端部の一方が実質的に凹の連結面を有し、他方の連結用端部が実 質的に凸の連結面を有する上記35のようなシステム。 37.予定された接触域が環状の接触域である上記35のようなシステム。
