PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide outside the marrow for easily fastening needles into the marrow for fracture of a long tubular bone. SOLUTION: Guide sections 13 for side-fastening for inserting a plurality of drills and guide wires at the same time are provided to easily side-fasten. よる横止め部を挿入するための穴を骨にあけるためにド
リルや・ガイドワイヤを通すための横止めガイド部から
構成されたものであるが、この横止めガイド部のガイド
ホールは複数あって、ひとつの横止め部を挿入するため
の穴を骨にあけるためのドリルやガイドワイヤを同時に
複数挿入できる構造になっているもの。ガイドホールは
十分長くなくてもよい。スクリュー等による横止め部は
単数では必ずしもないためこの横止めガイド部も複数あ
ってもよい。この横止めガイド部が複数ある場合は横止
めガイド部が単数のガイドホールしかないものを含んで
いてもよい。
