With particular reference to the numerical symbols of the aforementioned figures, the set of profiles and accessories for making high-thermal insulation doors and windows covered with wood on the inside, according to the present invention, comprises, as illustrated for example in Figure 2, profiles of fixed frame composed of an external metal section 1 and an internal metal section 2, which are connected together by elements 3, 4, made of thermally insulating material.
