Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un cuscino ad aria per sistemi di ritegno per passeggeri in autoveicoli, il quale, in caso di incidente, si gonfia automaticamente per mezzo di un generatore d'aria. Per consentire, successivamente, un afflosciamento del cuscino ad aria, una zona reniforme e rispettivamente falcata dell'involucro del cuscino ad aria, disposta a grande distanza a approssimativamente in modo centrato rispetto ad una zona mediana del cuscino ad aria rivolta verso il passeggero, è realizzata con tessuto permeabile al gas. Grazie alla forma e alla disposizione citata di questa zona, la portata necessaria del cuscino ad aria rimane garantita.
