Abstract

La presente invenzione concerne un dispositivo per il dosaggio automatico del gelato artigianale ad elevata consistenza, comprendente un serbatoio in cui il gelato viene sottoposto all'azione di un pistone ad aria compressa che tende a spingerlo costantemente verso la bocca inferiore di efflusso del serbatoio stesso; essendo prevista, in corrispondenza di tale bocca di efflusso, la presenza di un meccanismo in grado di determinarne la temporanea apertura - per la fuoriuscita del gelato - e la successiva chiusura.
