Abstract

Questo rivestimento è caratterizzato da ciò che presenta una percentuale di vuoti superiore a 15% e che almeno tre elementi principali entrano nella sua composizione, e cioè dei granulati, una resina idrosolubile ed un agente di reticolazione di questa, pure idrosolubile, in proporzioni tali che il prodotto di tale reticolazione formi una fase unica che serva da legante fra detti granulati e da rivestimento di questi, quando detti tre elementi vengono posti a contatto a temperatura ambiente. Il procedimento per la sua realizzazione consiste semplicemente nello spargere su un supporto precedentemente impermeabilizzato i granulati, la resina e quindi l'agente di reticolazione. L'invenzione permette così un'economia di spessore; essa dispensa dal costipamento e consente, per buone resistenze, un'economia di materiale.
