Abstract
A találmány tárgya extrudált asztalosipari jellegű termék, amelylegalább egy extrudált idomtestet tartalmaz, amely extrudálhatószerves anyagból van kialakítva, amely legalább egy erősítő szalaggalvan ellátva és megerősítve, amely szalag folytonos üvegszálakból ésszerves, hőre lágyuló anyagból áll. A találmány szerinti berendezéslényege abban van, hogy a szalag (13) olyan folytonos szálakból (11)van kialakítva, amely folytonos üvegszál és első hőre lágyuló szervesanyag szálak alapján van kialakítva, és a szálak (11) úgy vannakelrendezve, hogy egymással lényegében párhuzamosak legyenek. Atalálmány tárgya továbbá eljárás a találmány szerinti asztalosiparitermék előállítására. A találmány szerinti eljárás a következőlépésekből áll: - folytonos szálakat (11) hozunk létre folytonosüvegszálakból és első hőre lágyuló műanyagból úgy, hogy a szálakpárhuzamosan helyezkedjenek el, és legalább egy összeállt ésmegerősített szalagot (13) hoznak létre ezek melegítésével, és azüvegszálakat az első hőre lágyuló műanyaggal impregnálják, és -legalább egy szálat (11) olyan formázó szerszámba (200) vezetnek be,amely az idomtest (10) keresztmetszetének megfelelő méretűre vankialakítva, és legalább egy második olvadt extrudálható szervesanyagot vezetnek be a szalaggal (13) egyidejűleg a formázó szerszámba(200) úgy, hogy a második olvadt extrudálható szerves anyag szalaggal(13) vagy szalagokkal (13) érintkezzen, és így létrehoznak egy olyanidomtestet (10), amely olyan legalább egy második extrudálható szervesanyagot tartalmaz, amely legalább egy szalaggal (13) van megerősítve.A találmány továbbá berendezés a találmány szerinti eljárásmegvalósítására. The subject of the invention is also a method for the production of the carpentry product according to the invention. The method according to the invention consists of the following steps: - continuous fibers (11) are created from continuous glass fibers and first thermoplastic so that the fibers are parallel, and at least one assembled and reinforced strip (13) is created by heating them, and the glass fibers are placed in the first thermoplastic they are impregnated with plastic and - at least one fiber (11) is introduced into a molding tool (200) which is designed to the size corresponding to the cross-section of the fitting body (10), and at least a second molten extrudable organic material is introduced into the molding tool simultaneously with the strip (13) 200) so that the second molten extrudable organic material is in contact with a band (13) or bands (13) and thus creates a body (10) containing at least one second extrudable organic material which is reinforced with at least one band (13). The invention is also a device for implementing the method according to the invention. The device according to the invention consists of the following elements: - it contains an element which consists of continuous fibers arranged parallel to each other, which continuous fibers are assembled on the basis of continuous glass fibers and first thermoplastic plastic fibers, - it also contains elements, preferably a heating element, with which at least one, assembled and a reinforced strip can be created, in which the glass fibers are impregnated with the first thermoplastic material in the strip (13) and - it contains a molding tool (2) whose cross-section is sized according to the shape body (10) to be produced, and - it also contains an element, preferably an extruder, which simultaneously introducing at least one strip (13) and at least one second meltable and extrudable organic material into the molding die (200), which extrudable material contacts the strip or strips (13) to form a shaped body containing at least one second extrudable organic material which it is confirmed by at least one smell.
