Abstract

A találmány olyan ammónium-glifozát por előállítási eljárásáravonatkozik, amely alkalmas arra, hogy a további feldolgozás soránextrúzióval ammónium-glifozátot és felületaktív anyagot tartalmazógranulátumkészítményt hoz létre. Az eljárás során a) összekeverik (i)a szilárd, szemcsés glifozátsavat, (ii) a glifozátsav tömegébenkifejezett körülbelül 0,5 - körülbelül 3 tömegrész vizet, (iii) aglifozátsav mólarányában ammóniában kifejezett körülbelül 0,8 -körülbelül 1,25 mól mennyiségű ammónium kationt szolgáltató bázist,hogy egy vizes reakcióelegyet kapjanak; b) a glifozátsavatreagáltatják a bázissal ebben a vizes reakcióelegyben, hogy azammóniumglifozát koncentrált vizes oldatát tartalmazó reakcióterméketkapjanak c) ezt a reakcióterméket beszárítják, például egydobszárítóval, hogy szemcsés szilárd anyagot kapjanak; és d) aszemcsés szilárd anyagot turbulens, nagy sebességű gázáramban, példáulegy gázsugaras malomban, felgyorsítják, hogy részecskerészecskesúrlódás révén körülbelül 5mm-től körülbelül 20mm-ig terjedő átlagosátmérőjű részecskékből álló ammóniumglifozát port kapnak.
