Abstract
A találmány tárgyát szervetlen anyagú lemezek (10), eljárások legalábbegy jelet hordozó pigmentlemezkék előállítására, továbbápigmentlemezke, bevonatösszetétel - előnyösen nyomdafesték -, valaminthordozó és biztonsági dokumentum képezik. A találmány szerinti lemezek(10) egyik típusának lényege, hogy aprítható tulajdonságú és legalábbkét egymáson elrendezett, eltérő kémiai összetételű és/vagy fizikaitulajdonságú réteggel (11, 12) rendelkezik. A találmány szerintilemezek (10) egy újabb típusának lényege, hogy annak látószögtől függőszíneltolást mutató tulajdonsága van, legalább egy jelet (20) hordozónvan kiképezve, továbbá alacsony törésmutatójú anyag első felülettel(28) és második felülettel (29) rendelkező legalább egy rétegéből(23), valamint ennek az első felületén (28) és a második felületén(29) lévő legalább egy részlegesen visszaverő féligáteresztő rétegből(21) álló összeállítást tartalmaz, ahol a jelek (20) legalább egyikelegfeljebb 1,5 mm hullámhosszon üzemelő rövidhullámú lézerrelkiváltott legalább részleges ablációval van kialakítva. Apigmentlemezkék előállítására szolgáló eljárások egyik változatánállegalább két egymáson elrendezett rétegből (11, 12) álló többrétegűlemezt (10) biztosítanak, a rétegek (11, 12) külső felületeinek (13)és/vagy belső felületeinek (14) legalább egyikén legalább egy jelet(20) hoznak létre, és a többrétegű lemezt (10) kívánt méretűpigmentlemezkékre aprítják fel, ahol a pigmentlemezkék méretét 0,5 mmés 100mm, előnyösen 5 mm és 40 mm közé esőnek választják. Apigmentlemezkék előállítására szolgáló eljárások egy újabbváltozatánál rugalmas hálót (19) biztosítanak, a rugalmas hálón (19)részlegesen visszaverő féligáteresztő rétegnek (21), alacsonytörésmutatójú anyag rétegének, majd erre teljesen visszaverőfényátnemeresztő rétegnek (22) a felhordásával többrétegű szervetlenanyagú lemezt (10) hoznak létre, a rétegek (21, 22, 23) legalábbegyikén legalább egy jelet (20) alakítanak ki, a többrétegű lemezt(10) a rugalmas hálóról (19) leválasztják, végül a többrétegűszervetlen anyagú lemezt (10) kívánt méretű pigmentlemezkékre aprítjákfel, ahol a pigmentlemezkék méretét 0,5 mm és 100 mm közé esőnekválasztják. A pigmentlemezke a találmány szerinti szervetlen anyagúlemezek (10) aprításával van előállítva. A bevonat-összetétel,előnyösen nyomdafesték, lényege, hogy a pigmentlemezkék teljesmennyiségének legalább 1 tömeg%-át kitevő mennyiségben találmányszerinti pigmentlemezkéket, továbbá kötőanyagot és igény szerint egyébadalékanyagokat tartalmaz. A hordozó, valamint a biztonsági dokumentumezen utóbbi bevonatösszetétellel, előnyösen nyomdafestékkel, vanbevonva, illetve nyomtatva. Ó
