Abstract
A találmány tárgya integrált hidrogénező konverziós eljárás. Lényege,hogy (a) első finomítóáram (85) és hidrogéndús gázfázisú elsőanyagáram (170) egyesítésével első nyersanyagot (105) hoznak létre;(b) az első nyersanyagot (105) forrponttartomány-konverzióteredményező feltételek között tartott első reakciótérbe (115) vezetik,és ott normál körülmények között folyadékfázisú és gázfázisúösszetevőket tartalmazó első reakciótérből (115) kilépő terméket (120)állítanak elő; (c) a normál körülmények között gázfázisú összetevőklegalább egy részét jelentős mértékű hűtés alkalmazása nélkül másodikfinomítóárammal (5) való elegyítéshez továbbvezetik, és így másodiknyersanyagot (15) hoznak létre; (d) a második nyersanyagot (15) amásodik finomítóáramban (5) jelen lévő aromás vegyületek legalább egyrészének konverzióját eredményező feltételek között tartott másodikreakciótérbe (20) vezetik, és ott második reakciótérből (20) kilépőterméket (25) állítanak elő; (e) a második reakciótér (20) kilépőtermékét (25) legalább egy második hidrogéndús gázáramra (150),valamint második folyadékáramra (35) választják szét; és (f) a másodikhidrogéndús gázáram (150) legalább egy részét az első reakciótérhez(115) visszavezetik. ÓThe subject of the invention is an integrated hydrogenation conversion process. The essence is that (a) a first refinery stream (85) and a hydrogen-rich gas-phase first material stream (170) are combined to create a first raw material (105); (b) the first raw material (105) is led to a first reaction space (115) held under boiling point conversion producing conditions, and there, under normal conditions, a product (120) leaving the first reaction space (115) containing liquid-phase and gas-phase components is produced; (c) at least a portion of the normally gas-phase components are passed on for mixing with a second refining stream (5) without applying a significant amount of cooling, thus creating a second raw material (15); (d) the second raw material (15) is led into the second reaction space (20) kept under conditions resulting in the conversion of at least a part of the aromatic compounds present in the second refining stream (5), and there an exit product (25) is produced from the second reaction space (20); (e) the exit product (25) of the second reaction space (20) is separated into at least a second hydrogen-rich gas stream (150) as well as a second liquid stream (35); and (f) at least a portion of the second hydrogen-rich gas stream (150) is returned to the first reaction space (115).
