A találmány tárgya többrétegű dombornyomású papírtapéta (10) egy papírdombornyomású réteggel (11) és egy hordozóréteggel (12), amely adombornyomású réteggel (11) össze van ragasztva és ahol a hordozóréteg(12) alsó oldala sima felületként van kiképezve, ahol a hordozóréteg(12) egy nyújtható anyagból áll, a dombornyomású réteg (11) pedigönmagában ismert módon legalább egy erősített papíralapanyagból,előnyösen két réteggel (13, 14) van kialakítva és az alsó oldalánkidomborodó domborulatszakaszok (17) egy ragasztóanyaggal (18) vannakellátva, ahol a hordozóréteg (12) a ragasztási helyek között nyújthatószakaszokkal rendelkezik.
