Abstract

A találmány sav, valamint cellulózt és/vagy hemicellulózt tartalmazóanyagok savas hidrolizálásakor kapott cukrok elkülönítésére alkalmaseljárásokra vonatkozik. A találmány tárgyát képezik továbbá olyaneljárások is, amelyekkel el lehet különíteni nehézfémeket olyan,savat/cukrokat tartalmazó oldatoktól, amelyek cellulózt és/vagyhemicellulózt tartalmazó anyagokat magában foglaló szilárd városihulladák (MSW) vagy szennyvíziszap kezelésekor keletkeznek. Atalálmány tárgyát képező eljárás szerint a folyadékokat anioncserélővagy kizárásos kromatografáláshoz alkalmas anyagból álló ágyat magábanfoglaló elválasztóberendezésbe adagolják, amelyben a savat akromatográfiás anyagon adszorbeáltatják, és így egy cukoroldatokattartalmazó első frakcióból álló sorozatot, majd egy további,savoldatokat tartalmazó frakciókból álló sorozatot állítanak elő; és acukoroldatokat mésszel kezelve semlegesítenek minden maradék savat éskicsapják mindazokat a nehézfémeket, amelyek jelen lehetnek azegyesített cukoroldatokban.
