Claims (10)
1. Metoda kontrole sustava distribucije toplinske energije, sustav obuhvaća:
distribucijsku mrežu (110) za distribuciju topline i/ili hlađenja na bazi tekućine,
jedan ili više proizvodnih pogona (120) za proizvodnju topline i/ili hlađenja i za dostavu topline i/ili hlađenja distribucijskoj mreži (110), i
mnoštvo lokalnih kontrolnih jedinica (140), svaka lokalna kontrolna jedinica (140) je povezana s lokalnim distribucijskim sustavom (150) u zgradi (200), lokalni distribucijski sustav (150) je konfiguriran za distribuciju ugodnog grijanja i/ili ugodnog hlađenja u jednoj ili više zgrada (200), svaka lokalna kontrolna jedinica (140) je dalje konfigurirana za kontrolu ispusta topline povezanog lokalnog distribucijskog sustava (150) od distribucijske mreže (110),
pri čemu metoda obuhvaća:
utvrđivanje predviđenih podataka koji se odnose na očekivani ukupni ispust topline i/ili hlađenja kroz vrijeme iz distribucijske mreže (110) putem lokalnih distribucijskih sustava povezanih s distribucijskom mrežom (110), i prema očekivanim kapacitetima proizvodnje topline i/ili hlađenja u jednom ili više proizvodnih pogona (120);
utvrđivanje, kod kontrolnog servera (130), vremenski određenog kontrolnog signala, kontrolni signal se temelji na predviđenim podacima i povezan je s barem jednom lokalnom kontrolnom jedinicom od spomenutih kontrolnih jedinica, pri čemu vremenski određen kontrolni signal sadrži informacije koje se odnose na temperaturni pomak;
slanje kontrolnog signala od kontrolnog servera (130) svakoj od barem jedne lokalne kontrolne jedinice od spomenutih lokalnih kontrolnih jedinica,
primanje kontrolnog signala od svake od barem jedne lokalne kontrolne jedinice od spomenutih lokalnih kontrolnih jedinica (140), i
utvrđivanje, kod barem jedne od spomenutih lokalnih kontrolnih jedinica (140), odgovarajuće temperature upravljanja temeljene na temperaturi izvan odgovarajuće zgrade (200) i na temperaturnom pomaku vremenski određenog kontrolnog signala;
reguliranje kroz vrijeme, temeljeno na utvrđenoj temperaturi upravljanja, ispusta topline i/ili hlađenja lokalnog distribucijskog sustava (150) distribucijske mreže (110).
2. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu predviđeni podaci obuhvaćaju informacije koje se odnose na vremensku prognozu.
3. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu predviđeni podaci obuhvaćaju unaprijed snimljene vremenski određene podatke koji se odnose na ukupan ispust topline i/ili hlađenja lokalnih distribucijskih sustava distribucijske mreže (110).
4. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu predviđeni podaci dalje obuhvaćaju unaprijed snimljene vremenski određene podatke koji se odnose na ukupan ispust topline i/ili hlađenja jednog ili više lokalnih distribucijskih sustava distribucijske mreže (110).
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu čin utvrđivanja predviđenih podataka obuhvaća podatke koji se odnose na vrstu zgrade (200).
6. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se vremenski određeni kontrolni signal šalje periodički.
7. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, pri čemu vremenski određeni kontrolni signal ima vremensko trajanje duže od vremenskog perioda između slanja vremenski određenog kontrolnog signala, poželjno barem pet puta duže.
8. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je vremenski određeni kontrolni signal konfiguriran na način da potakne promjenu u dostavi grijanja ili hlađenja prije predviđenog porasta potražnje.
9. Kontrolni server konfiguriran za:
utvrđivanje predviđenih podataka koji se odnose na očekivani ukupni ispust topline i/ili hlađenja kroz vrijeme iz distribucijske mreže (110) putem lokalnih distribucijskih sustava povezanih s distribucijskom mrežom (110), i prema očekivanim kapacitetima proizvodnje topline i/ili hlađenja u proizvodnom pogonu (120) konfiguriranom za proizvodnju topline i/ili hlađenja i dostavu topline i/ili hlađenja distribucijskoj mreži (110); i
za svaku od mnoštva lokalnih kontrolnih jedinica, utvrđivanje vremenski određenog kontrolnog signala, kontrolni signal se temelji na predviđenim podacima i povezan je s odgovarajućom lokalnom kontrolnom jedinicom, pri čemu vremenski određen kontrolni signal sadrži informacije koje se odnose na temperaturni pomak;
slanje utvrđenog kontrolnog signala odgovarajućoj lokalnoj kontrolnoj jedinici.
10. Sustav distribucije toplinske energije, sustav obuhvaća:
kontrolni server (130) prema patentnom zahtjevu 9,
distribucijsku mrežu (110) za distribuciju topline i/ili hlađenja na bazi tekućine,
jedan ili više proizvodnih pogona (120) za proizvodnju topline i/ili hlađenja i za dostavu topline i/ili hlađenja distribucijskoj mreži (110), i
mnoštvo lokalnih kontrolnih jedinica (140), svaka lokalna kontrolna jedinica je povezana s lokalnim distribucijskim sustavom (150) u zgradi (200), lokalni distribucijski sustav (150) je konfiguriran za distribuciju ugodnog grijanja i/ili ugodnog hlađenja u jednoj ili više zgrada (200), svaka lokalna kontrolna jedinica (140) je dalje konfigurirana za kontrolu ispusta topline i/ili hladnoće povezanog lokalnog distribucijskog sustava (150) od distribucijske mreže (110),
pri čemu svaka lokalna kontrolna jedinica obuhvaća:
prijemnik (145), konfiguriran za primanje kontrolnog signala poslanog od kontrolnog servera (130), i
regulator konfiguriran za utvrđivanje temperature upravljanja temeljene na temperaturi izvan zgrade (200) povezane s lokalnom kontrolnom jedinicom i na temperaturnom pomaku primljenog kontrolnog signala, i za reguliranje ispusta topline i/ili hlađenja lokalnog distribucijskog sustava (150) distribucijske mreže (110) na temelju utvrđene temperature upravljanja.
