Claims (5)
1. Senzorski uređaj, koji ima kućište senzora u obliku vrča (1) i senzor s kablom,
gdje kućište senzora u obliku vrča (1) ima područje umetanja (3), u koje se umeće senzor s kablom,
područje za usmjeravanje (4), koje usmjerava senzor, koje ima unutarnji obris poprečog presjeka (16) prilagođen obrisu poprečog presjeka senzora,
područje smještavanja (5), u koje se smještava senzor blizu krajnje površine kućišta senzora (1), te
gdje u kućištu senzora (1) je osiguran stvrdljivi materijal, a senzor u kućištu senzora (1) se umeće u stvrdljivi materijal u području svojeg smještavanja (5),
naznačen time što
a) ispred ili kod područja za usmjeravanje (4) senzora je osiguran suzujući poprečni presjek (14), koji navodi senzor u područje smještavanja (5),
b) područje za usmjeravanje (4) ima poprečni presjek u obliku ovala (16),
c) u području umetanja (3) se nalaze četiri šipke za navođenje (11), koje navode senzor pod istom međusobnom kutnom udaljenošću,
d) stvrdljivi materijal se stvrdnjava s uklopljenim senzorom.
2. Senzorski uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1,
naznačen time što
na području umetanja (3) kućišta senzora (1) je osigurano sredstvo za smanjivanje naprezanja kabela i senzora, osobito načinjeno u obliku O prstena (21), koji ima otvor prilagođen kablu (22).
3. Senzorski uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2,
naznačen time što
stvrdljivi materijal je tekući plastični materijal ili smola.
4. Senzorski uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3,
naznačen time što
kućište senzora (1) se proizvodi iz plastičnog materijala, osobito Lexan-a.
5. Senzorski uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4,
naznačen time što
kućište senzora u obliku vrča (1) ima zatvoreni kraj (7), u čijoj blizini je osigurano područje detekcije senzora, osobito izvedeno kao Reedov kontakt.
