Claims (14)
1. Enzimom katalizirani proces desorpcije za oslobađanje CO2plina iz otopine bogate ionima koja sadrži bikarbonatne ione, naznačen time, što uključuje:
pružanje karbonske anhidraze ili njenih varijanti ili analoga u otopini bogatoj ionima tako da u desorpcijskoj jedinici karbonska anhidraza ili njene varijante ili analozi mogu proticati sa otopinom bogatom ionima promovirajući konverziju bikarbonatnih iona u CO2plin i generirajući ionski osiromašenu otopinu;
kontroliranje početne koncentracije bikarbonatnih iona u otopini bogatoj ionima na nivou ispod praga denaturacije da bi se izbjegla ili umanjila denaturacija karbonske anhidraze u desorpcijskoj jedinici;
kontroliranje temperature otopine bogate ionima na nivou ispod praga temperature denaturacije enzima da bi se izbjegla denaturacija karbonske anhidraze u desorpcijskoj jedinici; i
oslobađanje CO2plina i ionski osiromašene otopine iz desorpcijske jedinice;
pri čemu otopina bogata ionima uključuje najmanje jedan spoj odabran između sljedećih: tercijarni amini, tercijarni alkanolamini, tercijarne amino-kiseline, karbonati, 2-amino-2-metil-1-propanol (AMP), 2-amino-2-hidroksimetil-1,3-propandiol (TRIS), i derivati piperidina ili piperazina koji su supstituirani najmanje jednom alkanol grupom; i
pri čemu je karbonska anhidraza osigurana u količini dovoljnoj da omogući smanjenje regeneracijske energije od 10% do 60% u usporedbi sa uporabom karbamat-formirajuće otopine.
2. Proces iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, naznačen time, što uključuje reguliranje koncentracije karbonske anhidraze u otopini bogatoj ionima dodavanjem količine karbonske anhidraze prije uvođenja otopine bogate ionima u desorpcijsku jedinicu.
3. Proces iz patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time, što se konverzija bikarbonatnih iona u CO2 plin odvija pod uvjetima koji promoviraju formiranje mjehurića CO2 u otopini bogatoj ionima.
4. Proces iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, što uključuje kontroliranje reologije otopine bogate ionima, za promociju formiranja i oslobađanja mjehurića CO2 iz otopine bogate ionima, pri čemu se reologija poželjno kontrolira upravljanjem početnom koncentracijom bikarbonatnih iona u otopini bogatoj ionima i početnom temperaturom otopine bogate ionima.
5. Proces iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, što je otopina bogata ionima u formi guste suspenzije koja sadrži raspršene precipitate, pri čemu proces uključuje promociju rastvaranja raspršenih precipitata tokom konverzije bikarbonatnih iona u CO2plin, čime se formiraju dodatni bikarbonatni ioni za enzimsku konverziju u CO2 plin.
6. Proces iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, što uključuje upravljanje koncentracijom karbonske anhidraze u desorpcijskoj jedinici u skladu sa koncentracijom bikarbonatnih iona i temperaturom otopine bogate ionima, sa ciljem povećanja stope desorpcije.
7. Proces iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, što je karbonska anhidraza dana slobodna u otopini, udružena sa česticama, imobilizirana na površini čvrstih ili poroznih čestica, imobilizirana unutar poroznih čestica, "zarobljena" česticama, u formi unakrsno povezanih enzimskih agregata (CLEA), u formi unakrsno povezanih enzimskih kristala (CLEC), ili podržana magnetnim česticama, ili kombinacija toga.
8. Proces iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, što je karbonska anhidraza dana udružena sa česticama, pri čemu čestice imaju veličinu i gustoću koje ih čine pogodnim za miješanje unutar otopine bogate ionima, formiranjem mjehurića CO2.
