Claims (15)
1. Postrojenje za toplinsko destiliranje, uz upotrebu mehaničkog komprimiranja vodene pare, namijenjeno odsoljavanju vode, koje se sastoji od:
– hermetički zatvorene komore (01), koja ima ulaz za prihvat sirove vode, izlaz za ispuštanje destilata, izlaz za ispuštanje koncentrata i izlaz za ispuštanje plinova koji se ne kondenziraju;
– otparivača/kondenzatora (11), koji sadrži zonu otparavanja (02) i zonu kondenziranja (05) unutar navedene hermetički zatvorene komore (01);
– kompresora (04), povezanog s motorom, gdje kompresor može povećati tlak vodene pare dobivene u zoni otparavanja (02) i transportirati je u zonu kondenziranja (05);
– hermetički zatvorene komore (01), koja je pod djelomičnim vakuumom, gdje je tlak unutar navedene komore manji od atmosferskog tlaka;
naznačeno time što
– kompresor (04) i njegov motor se nalaze unutar navedene hermetički zatvorene komore, gdje navedeni motor ima stator i rotor, gdje se navedeni stator i navedeni rotor u potpunosti nalaze unutar hermetički zatvorene komore.
2. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačeno time što je kompresor (04) kompresor koji može postići brzinu vrtnje veću od 7500 o/min.
3. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačeno time što je kompresor (04) kompresor koji može postići brzinu vrtnje veću od 25000 o/min.
4. Postrojenje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što je kompresor (04) tipa s aksijalnim protokom, gdje se motor kompresora ili sklop koji se sastoji od kompresora (04) i motora kompresora nalazi u struji vodene pare, koja istječe iz zona otparavanja (02) u zone kondenziranja (05).
5. Postrojenje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što je tlak unutar hermetički zatvorene komore (01) manji od 0,75 bar(a).
6. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačeno time što je tlak unutar hermetički zatvorene komore (01) manji od 0,25 bar(a).
7. Postrojenje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što kompresor (04) ima lopatice koje mogu postići obodnu brzinu veću od 50 m/s.
8. Postrojenje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što sadrži cijev (13), gdje navedena cijev (13) sadrži prvi dio i drugi dio, gdje je površina poprečnog presjeka drugog dijela veća od površine poprečnog presjeka prvog dijela, gdje je kompresor (04) koji se nalazi unutar navedenog prvog dijela i navedenog drugog dijela povezan sa zonama kondenziranja (05) otparivača/kondenzatora.
9. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačeno time što mu je navedeni kompresor kompresor s aksijalnim protokom.
10. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili 9, naznačeno time što navedena cijev (13) sadrži toplinski vodljiv materijal.
11. Postrojenje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što sadrži najmanje jedan integrirani modul za destiliranje (14), gdje navedeni integrirani modul za destiliranje (14) sadrži otparivač/kondenzator, kompresor (04) i cijev (13), gdje navedena cijev (13) sadrži prvi dio i drugi dio, gdje je površina poprečnog presjeka drugog dijela veća od površine poprečnog presjeka prvog dijela, gdje je kompresor (04) koji se nalazi unutar navedenog prvog dijela i navedenog drugog dijela povezan sa zonom kondenziranja (05) otparivača/kondenzatora (11) ili navedeni drugi dio sadrži kolektor (29) ili je povezan s kolektorom (29) otparivača/kondenzatora (11) za prihvat vodene pare u zonu kondenziranja.
12. Postrojenje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što sadrži crpku za dopremu sirove vode (15), crpku za izvlačenje destilata (16), crpku za izvlačenje koncentrata (17), te vakuumsku crpku za izvlačenje plinova koji se ne kondenziraju (19), gdje se najmanje jedna od navedenih crpki i njezin motor u potpunosti nalaze unutar hermetički zatvorene komore (01).
13. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačeno time što sadrži crpku za recirkuliranje koncentrata (18), koja transportira koncentrat u zonu otparavanja (02) otparivača/kondenzatora, gdje se navedena crpka za recirkuliranje i njezin motor u potpunosti nalaze unutar hermetički zatvorene komore (01).
14. Postrojenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 i 13, naznačeno time što se navedene crpke za izvlačenje destilata i koncentrata i crpka za recirkuliranje (16, 17, 18), te njihovi motori u potpunosti nalaze unutar hermetički zatvorene komore (01).
15. Postrojenje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što otparivač/kondenzator ima kolektor (29) za prihvat vodene pare u zonu kondenziranja, gdje navedeni kolektor (29) ima ukupni poprečni presjek (29) i poprečni presjek prihvatnog odjeljka kojeg čini zbroj poprečnih presjeka ulaza u zone kondenziranja (05), gdje je omjer između poprečnog presjeka prihvatnog odjeljka u zone kondenziranja (05) i ukupnog poprečnog presjeka (29) kolektora veći od 70%.
