Claims (12)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju ugljikovodika iz ugljikovog dioksida i vode koji obuhvaća korake:
(a) osiguravanje prve reakcijske posude (14) koja sadrži pozitivnu elektrodu (34) i tekući elektrolitički medij koji sadrži vodu i ionizirajući materijal;
(b) osiguravanje druge reakcijske posude (12) koja sadrži negativnu elektrodu (32) i tekući elektrolitički medij koji sadrži smjesu vode u ugljikovog dioksida;
(c) spajanje prve i druge reakcijske posude (12, 14) sa spojnim sredstvima definiranim s jednom ili više cijevi (16) koje sadrže tekući elektrolitički medij;
(d) primjenu istosmjerne električne struje na pozitivnu elektrodu (34) i negativnu elektrodu (32) da:
• tvori ugljikovodike, kao što je metan, na negativnoj elektrodi (32) u reakcijskoj posudi (12); i
• tvori kisik na pozitivnoj elektrodi (34) u reakcijskoj posudi (14);
pri čemu reakcijske posude (12) i (14) rade kod pritiska od iznad 5.2 bar (5.1 atm) i na različitim temperaturama, gdje prva reakcijska posuda (14) radi na temperaturi od 20 °C do 30 °C, i druga reakcijska posuda (12) radi na temperaturi od 50 °C do 200 °C.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da reakcijske posude (12) i (14) rade pod istim unutarnjim pritiskom.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da spojna sredstva sadrže membranu koja omogućava da elektroni prolaze kroz nju, te vjerojatno nešto iona, ali ne i atomi.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su spojna sredstva predviđena sa zaustavnim sredstvima, kao što je ventil ili ventili.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se elektrolitički medij u prvoj i drugoj reakcijskoj posudi (12, 14) drži u tekućem stanju upravljanjem posudama (12) i (14) i pod odgovarajućim uvjetima tlaka i temperature.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da prva i druga reakcijska posuda (12, 14) rade pod tlakom iznad 5.2 bar (5.1 atm) do 1013 bar (1000 atm), poželjno od 10.1 bar (10 atm) do 405 bar (400 atm), poželjnije od 10.1 bar (10 atm) do 203 bar (200 atm)
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je napon primijenjen na pozitivnu elektrodu (34) i negativnu elektrodu (32) od -0.5 V do -20 V, poželjno od -0.5 V do -10 V, poželjnije od -0.5 V do -6 V, poželjnije od -0.5 V do -3 V.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da istosmjerna struja koja je primijenjena na pozitivnu elektrodu (34) i negativnu elektrodu (32) od 50 do 500 mA, poželjno od 100 do 200 mA.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su ugljikov dioksid i voda u drugoj reakcijskoj posudi (12) pomiješani u volumnom omjeru od 1:1 do 1:2 ili u stehiometrijskim (ili većim) udjelima prema formuli:
CO2 + 2H2O → CH4 + 2O2.
10. Uređaj (10) za proizvodnju ugljikovodika iz ugljikovog dioksida i vode, te uređaj obuhvaća:
prvu reakcijsku posudu (14), prilagođenu za rad pri visokom tlaku iznad 5.1 atm, za držanje vode u tekućoj fazi;
drugu reakcijsku posudu (12), prilagođenu za rad pri visokom tlaku iznad 5.1 atm, za držanje smjese ugljikovog dioksida i vode u tekućoj fazi;
pozitivnu elektrodu (34) koja se nalazi unutar prve reakcijske posude (14);
negativnu elektrodu (32) koja se nalazi unutar druge reakcijske po (12); i
spojna sredstva, definirana s jednom ili više cijevi (16) koje sadrže tekući elektrolitički medij, koje povezuju elektrolitički medij u prvoj i drugoj reakcijskoj posudi (14) i (12),
naznačen time da su reakcijske posude (12, 14) sposobne raditi na različitim temperaturama, gdje prva reakcijska posuda (14) radi na temperaturi od 20 °C do 30 °C, a druga reakcijska posuda (12) radi na temperaturi od 50 °C do 200 °C.
11. Uređaj kako je zatraženo u zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da spojna sredstva sadrže membranu koja omogućava da elektroni prolaze kroz nju, te vjerojatno nešto iona, ali ne i atomi.
12. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time da su spojna sredstva predviđena sa zaustavnim sredstvima, kao što je ventil ili ventili.
