Claims (14)

1. Postupak ponovne prerade otpadnih plinova koji sadrže CO2 u postupku redukcije u više koraka, gdje se otpadni plin koji sadrži CO2 provodi protustrujno kretanju krute mase od rasutog materijala koji se ne može pretvoriti u plin i toplinski razgradljive organske mase, koja ne sadrži isključivo ugljen, kroz više zona (4, 3, 2, 1) sve do u zonu za izjednačavanje tlaka, te tako prevodi u pirolitičke plinove, naznačen time što se, u smjeru protoka kretanja krute mase, a) u koraku generiranja plinovitog goriva (1) na 250-700 °C organsku masu toplinski razgrađuje u redukcijskim uvjetima u ugljikovodike kratkog lanca, vodik i ugljični monoksid, uz dobivanje koksa i ostatka, b) u međukoraku (2), uz porast temperature, koks oksidira, gdje se dobiveni ugljični monoksid ispušta suprotno kretanju krute mase u korak generiranja plinovitog goriva (1), c) u koraku generiranja ugljičnog monoksida (3) na 800-1600 °C ostatke preostalog koksa u potpunosti pomoću ugljičnog dioksida prevodi u ugljični monoksid, gdje se tlak i temperaturu podešava u skladu s Boudouardovom ravnotežom, d) u koraku hlađenja (4) krute ostatke i grube komade rasutog materijala koji se ne može pretvoriti u plin se ohlade ispod 100 °C u protustruji CO2, te izbacuje iz postupka, e) nakon uklanjanja u najmanju ruku nerasplinjivi rasuti materijal izbačen iz postupka vraća u krug.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se u međukoraku (2) uspostavlja temperatura od 600-1000 °C, a tlak se snižava, tako da se piroliza organske mase i reakcija s Boudouardovom ravnotežom provodi zajedno pod niskim tlakom i na niskoj temperaturu u ovom koraku.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što se pirolitički plin izvlači sisaljkom (20), čime se postiže sniženi tlak u međukoraku.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se, u zoni za izjednačavanje tlaka (32) iznad koraka generiranja plinovitog goriva (1), smjesa grubog i fino razdijeljenog rasutog materijala upotrebljava kao spremnik tlaka.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se temperatura i tlak kontroliraju pomoću sastava krutih masa i/ili brzinom njihovog protoka.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se temperatura i tlak kontroliraju omjerom između dodane toplinski razgradljive organske mase i CO2 i izborno dodanog plina koji sadrži kisik.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se izvor ugljika dodatno umiješa u tijek krute mase.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se u koraku hlađenja (4), u međukoraku (2) ili u koraku s ugljičnim monoksidom (3) dodaje voda i/ili vodena para.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se postupak redukcije u više koraka provodi u peći za kalciniranje s oknom (10), gdje se rasuti materijal sipa odozgo, niz okno peći, tako da se pirolitičke plinove i pirolitički koks koji sadrže komponente koje sadrže ugljik toplinski cijepa uz pomno isključivanje kisika kako bi se dobile molekule kratkih lanaca s duljinom lanca <C4, gdje se nastale pirolitičke plinove ispušta iz peći za kalciniranje s oknom, a upotrijebljeni rasuti materijal po mogućnosti sadrži bazične produkte kalciniranja, njihove preteče ili inertne rasute materijale, po mogućnosti u obliku živog vapna (CaO).
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se, radi vraćanja u krug, rasuti materijal s rasponom veličina čestica od 0,5-15 cm izbacuje iz postupka nakon uklanjanja iz koraka hlađenja.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što se vraćeni fini prah, koji sadrži pirolitičke ostatke vezane na fino razdijeljeni rasuti materijal, uklanja iz pirolitičkih plinova filtriranjem plina (22).
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se pirolitičke plinove upotrebljava kao sintezni plin (26) za kemijske procese i/ili za toplinsko recikliranje, pirolitičke plinove razdvaja djelomičnim ukapljivanjem i/ili adsorcijom uz promjenjivi tlak u njihove plinovite komponente ugljični monoksid, ugljični dioksid, vodik i ugljikovodike, gdje se ugljični monoksid upotrebljava kao plin za sintezu (26) za recikliranje materijala u kemijskim procesima, odvojeni vodik se upotrebljava za grijanje i/ili recikliranje materijala i/ili ugljikovodike (28) se upotrebljava za grijanje i/ili recikliranje materijala i/ili kao motorna goriva, ili pirolitičke plinove uglavnom prevodi u vodik i ugljični dioksid reakcijom plina za sintezu (30), katalitčkom reakcijom ispod 500 °C s vodenom parom, gdje se navedeni vodik i ugljični dioksid razdvaja postupcima fizičkog razdvajanja, gdje se vodik upotrebljava za grijanje i/ili recikliranje materijala, a dobiveni CO2 se djelomično recirkulira kako bi se dobila protustruju.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se otpadni plin koji sadrži CO2 kojeg treba ponovno preraditi generira u postupku izgaranja, gdje se upotrebljavaju fosilna goriva, a pirolitički plinovi koji nastaju prilikom ponovne prerade se pak upotrebljavaju u postupku izgaranja, ili se otpadni plin koji sadrži CO2 generira u postupku kalciniranja (5, 6, 7, 8), gdje se karbonate prevodi u okside uklanjanjem CO2, gdje se pirolitički plinovi (20) koji nastaju prilikom ponovne prerade upotrebljavaju kako bi se osiguralo dio toplinske energije potrebne za postupak kalciniranja.
14. Uređaj za provođenje postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sastoji od peći s okomitim oknom (10), gdje je ulazno okno (32) za protok materijala postavljeno na gornjem kraju, a uređaj za izbacivanje (14) krutih ostataka i pepela je postavljen na donjem kraju, gdje ulazno okno (32) ima okomiti spust, koji je kao spremnik za izjednačavanje tlaka ispunjen smjesom rasutog materijala koji se ne može pretvoriti u plin i toplinski razgradljive organske mase, gdje je, u gornjem dijelu (1) peći s oknom (10), postavljena sisaljka (20) i separator (22) za plin i fino razdijeljene čestice i, u središnjem dijelu (3), dovodi plinovitog goriva (34) za kontroliranje temperature peći otvoreno u okno (10), te gdje su, na donjem kraju (14) peći s oknom (10), postavljeni dovodi plina (12, 13) za CO2 i plin koji sadrži kisik, opremljeni regulatorima protoka kako bi se uspostavilo Boudouardovu ravnotežu u peći s oknom (10), gdje je postavljen i dodatni uređaj (16), koji, iza uređaja za izbacivanje (14), razdvaja rasuti materijal koji se ne može pretvoriti u plin od krutih ostataka i vraća ga u ulazno okno (32).
