Abstract
Ovaj izum omogućava postupak proizvodnje zamrznutog prehrambenog proizvoda koji podrazumijeva korak postupka kada se prehrambeni intermedijer dovodi u kontakt s emulzifikatorskim sustavom, a rečeni emulzifikatorski sustav sastoji se u osnovi od supstanci formule I u kojima Rpredstavlja ugljikovodičnu skupinu; i opcionalno mono-digliceride i/ili nezasićene laktilirane mono-digliceride.
