Description
Technical Field
The present specification discloses novel compositions for dust control.
Background
When dust is deposited in the body, the immunity of the human body is lowered, and various diseases such as heart diseases or respiratory diseases may be induced. Even resulting in bronchoconstriction, increased prevalence of asthma or pulmonary disease, and early mortality upon prolonged inhalation.
The skin, the outermost part of the human body in direct contact with dust, acts as a barrier between the organisms and the environment, and its barrier function is reduced when it is often exposed directly to pollution. In particular, since the fine dust is 20 times smaller than pores, the fine dust easily enters the skin. It is known that air pollutants such as fine dust actually have a serious influence on skin health. Early aging, lack of moisture, increase of fine lines and wrinkles in a short period of time, and in a long period of time, the skin loses its function of protecting the body from environmental factors due to unrecoverable skin damage, thereby causing serious diseases such as skin cancer.
Therefore, research into cosmetics for preventing dust, which is a harmful substance harmful to the skin and sometimes fatal to the human body, from adhering to the skin is required.
Disclosure of Invention
In one aspect, the present invention is directed to preventing dust from adhering to the skin.
On the other hand, the present invention aims to easily remove dust adhering to the skin.
In another aspect, the present invention aims to minimize skin intrusion of fine dust.
On the other hand, the present invention aims to prevent or minimize the contamination of the skin by the fine dusts.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a composition for dust control, comprising a negatively charged substance having a ZETA potential value of-2 mV or less in an aqueous solution having a pH of 7 as an active ingredient, wherein the negatively charged substance is a polymer or an inorganic substance.
In one aspect, the composition for preventing dust of the present invention can minimize adhesion of dust, particularly fine dust, to the skin. Detailed Description
The dust prevention in the present specification means to prevent or minimize the adhesion of dust to the skin, or to prevent or minimize the invasion of dust temporarily adhered to the skin by removing it from the skin. That is, when the composition for preventing dust of the present specification is applied to the skin, it is possible to minimize the adhesion of dust to the skin, and even if dust adheres to the skin, it can be easily removed by physical force such as wind.
In the specification, dust is a general term for fine particles mixed in the air, and generally means a suspended substance having a particle diameter of 0.1 μm to 10 mm. In particular, the fine dust is called when the particle size is 10 μm or less, and the ultrafine dust is called when the particle size is 0.1 μm or less. The particle size may mean the average particle diameter of the fine dust. Dust is a substance containing substances from nature such as sand, soil and pollen, or substances from industrial processes such as carbon, carbon combustion products, metal salts and heavy metals. The dust may be present in the form of smoke (fume), fog (mist), smoke, steam or fog. Generally, the value of the ZETA potential of dust, particularly fine dust, is negative.

Example 1 ZETA potential analysis of dust and yellow sand Standard substance and dust substitute substance screening
In order to screen the dust-substitute substances used for the confirmation of the dustproof effect of the present invention, the ZETA potentials of the post-complement group of the fine dust and the yellow sand, the dust-substitute substances were analyzed. The ZETA potential was measured by a Zetasizer nanometer particle size analyzer (Zetasizer Nano Instrument) (Malvern Co.). After filling a sample in a colloidal state or an emulsion state with a syringe so that air bubbles are not generated in the Zeta cell, the Zeta cell (Zeta cell) was closed with a cap, and then the Zeta cell was inserted into the Zeta sizer, and the Zeta potential was measured.
The results are shown in table 1 below.
[ Table 1]
In parentheses, the origin of each substance is shown.
Since the fine dust is generally composed of 22% of organic carbon compounds, 8% of carbon elements, 22% of nitrates, 15% of sulfates, 15% of soil crust components and 18% of others (national academy of sciences), carbon black which occupies about 30% of the constituents of the fine dust (organic carbon compounds and carbon elements) and has a similar ZETA potential to the fine dust is screened as a substitute for the fine substance in the present invention.

The substances used in the experiments were PMAA-sodium Salt (PMAA-NaSalt) (MW 75100), PMAA-sodium Salt (PMAA-Na Salt) (MW 18500), PMAA-sodium Salt (PMAA-Na Salt) (MW 7750), PMAA-sodium Salt (PMAA-Na Salt) (MW 1270), PMAA-sodium solution (PMAA-Na solution,434507ALDRICH), and Poisson sprayPoisson hill spray 90 (Phospholipon)) And Poisson spray 75 (Phospholipon)) Starting from sigma aldrich. In addition, MPC-TiO2And PMAA-TiO2By reacting a coupling agent with TiO having-OH functional groups2After the surface reaction, the MPC polymer and PMAA polymer are coated at 0.1 to 10 wt% (more specifically, 3 wt%), and then filtered and pulverized.
Each of these compositions was uniformly applied to each artificial leather, dried for 10 minutes, and then added to a convection box containing 3.125g of carbon black (which is a level 500000 times the level of the fine dust alarm level of the korean weather hall), and after the air in the convection box was sufficiently convected by a convection circulation device, the carbon black remaining on the artificial leather was confirmed by the naked eye. As a result, the least carbon black was detected on the leather coated with the cosmetic composition containing PMAA-sodium salt (mw ═ 75100) having the highest absolute value of negative charge of ZETA potential, and PMAA-sodium salt (mw ═ 75100), PMAA-sodium salt (mw ═ 18500), PMAA-sodium salt (mw ═ 7750), PMAA-sodium salt solution, and phosplipon 100 (Phospholipon) were known) Has a dustproof effect (figure 1).
Example 2-2 Artificial Hair test
The post-supplement substances described in table 2 were added to the formulations described in table 6 to prepare fogging (blank: control, sample 1: containing PMAA-sodium salt (mw ═ 75100), sample 2: containing PMAA-sodium salt (mw ═ 18500), sample 3: containing phospholipon100, and sample 4: titanium dioxide surface-treated with MPC (MPC-TiO)2) Sample 5: PMAA-sodium, sample 6: titanium dioxide surface treated with PMAA (PMAA-TiO)2)). The same hair samples were sprayed with the mists, and the mass of the hair was measured after carbon black treatment in a convection box under the same conditions as in example 2-1. The larger the absolute value of the ZETA potential negative charge is, the smaller the amplitude of the increase in the mass of the hair is, and the larger the absolute value of the ZETA potential negative charge is, the more excellent the dustproof effect is (fig. 2).
