Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an information sharing system, and more particularly, to an information sharing system for sharing information on product production and distribution between different enterprises via a communication line, the information being related to production and distribution of products (particularly, production of clothing products) having a multistage production and distribution system, the information sharing system being interposed between the enterprises.
Background
The clothing industry has historically formed pyramid-shaped subcontracting systems and multi-stage production and circulation systems. Fig. 17 is a flowchart showing the distribution of products in the clothing industry. As shown in fig. 17, there are respective productions and circulations of fiber raw material to yarn, knit, clothes, and the inside thereof is divided into various industries. Such systems have been in the time of industrial viability, but are now exposed to inefficiencies and are also considered to be a cause of high prices.
This industrial system is comparable to a river, and includes a spinning factory, a weaving factory, a dyeing processing factory, and a textile manufacturing factory in the upstream, a clothing factory, a sewing factory in the midstream, and a retail dealer in the downstream. Generally, a garment manufacturer starts a product plan 1 year before the season, determines a design, a material, a color, a variety, and the like, and first prepares a sample. The samples are displayed to retailers of old clients through exhibitions held approximately half a year before the season, and the production quantities are determined and ordered to sewing manufacturers while checking the status of orders received therein and the reflection of purchasers.
Clothing manufacturers order cloth from textile manufacturers. The textile manufacturing plant receiving the order establishes a production plan, and requests spinning, weaving, and dyeing processes to a spinning manufacturing plant, a weaving manufacturing plant, and a dyeing processing factory, respectively.
Thus, each industry of the clothing industry system is separated, and a sewing manufacturer, a spinning manufacturer, a weaving manufacturer and a dyeing processing manufacturer have to process according to the order of the orderer because each industry corresponds to each clothing manufacturer and textile manufacturer.
In the production of a product, the production is not always performed according to the original plan, but actually the production plan is sometimes changed, the delivery deadline is sometimes delayed, and an urgent order is sometimes made. Thus, if production is not planned initially, the manufacturer that is engaged in the production must be notified. For example, when the number of clothes to be produced is changed, the amount of the clothes, the number of the yarns, and the like are also changed, and thus not only the sewing manufacturer but also all manufacturers who perform the production such as a textile manufacturer, a spinning manufacturer, a weaving manufacturer, a dyeing manufacturer, and the like are notified.
However, in such a clothing industry system, if a plurality of enterprises intervene and an organization system is complicated, it is difficult to accurately and quickly transfer contents to be communicated (for example, change of a production plan) to a manufacturing plant. When the system is complex, the problem that the product planning and production sale can not be made immediately in response to the needs of the consumers and users is also existed.
QR (quick response) is a currently popular system innovation that achieves a common advantage in order to save the overall waste of the Supply Chain (Supply Chain: connection of the entire functionality from the planned production of the product in circulation to the consumer) from materials to retail sales. However, in the present situation, good QR cannot be realized, and various kinds of waste and information interruption in the supply chain are also problematic.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an information sharing system that allows enterprises engaged in product production (particularly, clothing product production) having a multistage production and distribution system to perform more organic activities and realize better QR.
In order to achieve the above object, an information sharing system (1) of the present invention is an information sharing system which is involved in a plurality of enterprises and related to production and distribution of products in a multi-stage production and distribution system, and which shares information related to production and distribution of products between different enterprises via a communication line, the information sharing system comprising: a database storing information relating to the production and distribution of products; storing information related to production circulation of a product inputted from an enterprise terminal in a first storage means of the database; when there is a viewing request for the database from an enterprise terminal, a first transmitting device transmits information stored in the database to the enterprise terminal in response to the viewing request.
According to the information sharing system (1), information on production and distribution of products inputted from an enterprise terminal via a communication line such as the internet is stored in the database. When a viewing request for the database is received from an enterprise terminal, the information stored in the database is transmitted to the enterprise terminal.
In this way, since information on product production and distribution registered from a certain enterprise terminal can be acquired from another enterprise terminal, information on product production can be shared between different enterprises via a communication line.
Therefore, since information can be shared among a plurality of enterprises from the time when a product is produced and distributed, to the time when the product reaches a customer, the processing processes can be connected to each other via the internet. Thus, the waste on the supply chain is saved, and the overall operation speed of the chain can be improved.
Since information sharing is realized among the respective enterprises, not only information after product planning, but also information on the planning itself, information effective in planning (so-called pre-planning information), and the like, it is possible to realize development of a product and the like by a plurality of enterprises in common.
The information sharing system (2) according to the present invention is characterized in that the information sharing system (1) is provided with a second transmitting device for automatically transmitting information on the product production and distribution to a predetermined enterprise terminal when the information on the product production and distribution input from the enterprise terminal is stored in the database.
If the information on the product distribution input from the enterprise terminal is, for example, manufacturing plan information, the manufacturing plan information may be directly delivered to the enterprise engaged in the planning, and if the information is changed, such as the production quantity and the production delivery deadline, the changed information may be directly delivered to the enterprise affected by the change.
According to the information sharing system (2), if the information on the product production and distribution inputted from the enterprise terminal is stored in the database, the information on the product production and distribution can be automatically transmitted to a predetermined enterprise terminal.
That is, since the information related to the product production and distribution inputted from the enterprise terminal is, for example, manufacturing plan information, the information is automatically transmitted to a predetermined enterprise terminal even when there is no viewing request, and the manufacturing plan information can be directly transmitted to an enterprise engaged in the planning.
The information sharing system (3) according to the present invention is characterized in that the information sharing system (1) or (2) is provided with an inquiry screen creating device for creating an inquiry screen of information to be transmitted to an enterprise terminal, and the first or second transmitting device transmits the inquiry screen created by the inquiry screen creating device.
In the information sharing system (4) according to the present invention, in the information sharing system (3), the inquiry screen creating means creates an inquiry screen in which the information specified in the information to be transmitted to the enterprise terminal is represented by an image having a strong visual effect, such as a curve, a table, a diagram, or an icon.
In the information sharing system (5) according to the present invention, the predetermined information is numerical information in the information sharing system (4).
According to one of the above-mentioned information sharing systems (3) to (5), since information to be transmitted to the enterprise terminal is transmitted as a query screen to the enterprise terminal, the enterprise can obtain request information for creating a screen.
According to the information sharing system (4) or (5), the inquiry screen of the information specified in the information to be transmitted to the enterprise terminal is represented by an image having a strong visual effect, which is created by a curve, a table, a diagram, an icon, or the like. Therefore, the company can obtain the predetermined information (for example, numerical information) for creating an image having a strong visual effect such as a curve.
For example, when numerical information such as progress information is represented by an image having a strong visual effect such as a curve, the user can visually confirm the current state, confirm and grasp the numerical information in the daily format, and shorten the time until the user takes an action. Even if the user does not have sufficient ability to read the numerical information, the information can be sufficiently utilized.
The information sharing system (6) according to the present invention is characterized in that one of the information sharing systems (1) to (5) is provided with a first reading device, and when an enterprise terminal requests to view information related to production and distribution of a specific product from 2 or more enterprises performing different processes among enterprises performing production and distribution of the specific product in the database, the information sharing system searches the database in response to the viewing request and reads the information, and the first transmitting device transmits the information read by the first reading device to the enterprise terminal.
According to the information sharing system (6), when an enterprise terminal requests to view information related to production and distribution of a specific product from 2 or more enterprises performing different processes among enterprises performing production and distribution of the specific product in the database, the database is searched in response to the viewing request, and the corresponding information is read out and transmitted to the enterprise terminal.
For example, when the companies involved in the production of the clothing product X are the spinning manufacturer a, the weaving manufacturer B, the dyeing manufacturer C, the textile manufacturer D, and the sewing manufacturer E, the information on the production and distribution of the clothing product X of the 3 companies may be transmitted to the company terminal a when the company terminal a requests the company terminal a to read the information on the production and distribution of the clothing product X.
In this way, if information on the production and distribution of the clothing product X by the spinning manufacturer a, the weaving manufacturer B, and the dyeing manufacturer C is transmitted to the enterprise terminal a, the enterprise can grasp the progress of each production stage such as the yarn production, yarn processing, spinning, knitting, dyeing, and finishing before the completion of the cloth. Therefore, since the production and distribution status of each product can be grasped not partially but entirely, the overall operation speed of the supply chain can be further increased.
The information sharing system (7) according to the present invention is characterized in that one of the information sharing systems (1) to (6) is provided with a second reading device, and when an enterprise terminal requests to view information related to production and distribution of a specific product from 2 or more enterprises performing the same process among enterprises performing production and distribution of the specific product in the database, the information sharing system searches the database in response to the viewing request and reads the information, and the first transmitting device transmits the information read by the second reading device to a terminal.
According to the information sharing system (7), when an enterprise terminal requests to view information related to production and distribution of a specific product from 2 or more enterprises performing the same process among enterprises performing production and distribution of the specific product in the database, the information is read in response to the viewing request and transmitted to the enterprise terminal.
For example, when the companies involved in the production of the clothing product Y are the spinning factory a, the weaving factory B, the dyeing factory C, the textile factory D, the sewing factory E1, the sewing factory E2, and the sewing factory E3, the information on the production and distribution of the clothing product Y of these 3 companies is transmitted to the company terminal a when the company terminal a requests to read the information on the production and distribution of the clothing product Y of the sewing factory E1, the sewing factory E2, and the sewing factory E3.
Thus, if the information on the distribution of the production of the clothing product Y by the sewing factory E1, sewing factory E2, sewing factory E3 is transmitted to the terminal a of the company, the company can obtain various information of the sewing factory E1, sewing factory E2, sewing factory E3, and can easily compare with other companies in the same industry.
In the information sharing system (8) according to the present invention, in the information sharing system (6) or (7), when a restriction request for a specific type is included in a viewing request from an enterprise terminal, the first or second reading device reads information restricted by the specific type.
According to the information sharing system (8), when a browsing request from an enterprise terminal includes a restriction request for a specific type, the first or second reading device reads information restricted by the specific type. Therefore, since only the information limited to the specific category is transmitted from the first transmission device to the enterprise terminal, the enterprise can obtain only the information belonging to the requested category.
If the information read out from the first or second reading device is transmitted to the terminal of the company as an inquiry screen, the company can obtain a screen showing the information in a list, and can grasp the whole production and distribution state of each product and compare with other companies in the same industry more easily.
The information sharing system (9) of the present invention is characterized in that in one of the information sharing systems (1) to (8), a calculation means is provided for obtaining the production quantity in a specific production stage from the production quantity in the specific production stage based on relationship information indicating a relationship between a production unit corresponding to the specific production stage and a production unit corresponding to another production stage.
In the information sharing system (10) according to the present invention, when the information sharing system (9) transmits the production amount in the other production stage to the enterprise terminal, the calculation device calculates the production amount by the first or second transmission device, and the first or second transmission device transmits the production amount calculated by the calculation device.
In a multi-stage production and distribution system involving a plurality of enterprises, a large number of production units are generally set for each production stage. For example, in the production of clothing items, the production units of the final products (i.e., clothing items) are "pieces", while the production units of the cloth are "pieces (about 10 meters), meters", and the production units of the spun yarns are "tons, kilograms", and the production units of the respective production stages are different from each other.
Therefore, originally, when determining the production quantity of the final product, each manufacturing plant must convert the production quantity of each production stage. However, according to the information sharing system (9) or (10), since the calculating means is disposed to obtain the production quantity (for example, the amount of cloth) in a certain production stage from the production quantity (for example, the production quantity of clothing) in the other production stage based on the relationship information (for example, the length of cloth used on 1 clothing) indicating the relationship between the production unit corresponding to the certain production stage and the production unit corresponding to the other production stage, the accurate production quantity in the other production stage can be obtained immediately without performing the above-described complicated calculation.
For example, the length of cloth used on 1 article of clothing is 2.1 meters, and when the article of clothing is produced in 200 pieces, the number of produced cloth is 420 meters.
According to the information sharing system (10), since the first or second transmitting device transmits the production amount calculated by the calculating device, the enterprise can obtain the production amount of each production stage which is calculated correctly.
The previously calculated production quantity of the other production stage is stored in a database or the like, and when the production quantity of the specific production stage (for example, the production quantity of the final product) and the relationship information are changed, information indicating an error (that is, the production quantity before the change) may be transmitted to the enterprise terminal.
However, according to the information sharing system (10), since the calculation device calculates the production amount every time when transmitting the information to the enterprise terminal, even if the production amount in the specific production stage and the relationship information are changed, the accurate information can be transmitted to the enterprise terminal.
The information sharing system (11) according to the present invention is characterized in that one of the information sharing systems (1) to (10) is provided with a first determination means for determining whether or not an enterprise is a production/distribution enterprise engaged in production/distribution of a specific product when viewing of information related to production/distribution of the product is requested from an enterprise terminal, and the first transmission means does not transmit the information related to production/distribution of the product to an enterprise not engaged in production/distribution of the product, based on a determination result of the first determination means.
According to the information sharing system (11), even if a request is made from an enterprise terminal to read information related to production and distribution of a specific product, since the information related to production and distribution of the product is not transmitted to an enterprise that is not involved in production and distribution of the product (i.e., an enterprise that is not connected to a manufacturing line or a distribution line), it is expected that security will be improved.
The information sharing system (12) according to the present invention is characterized in that, in one of the information sharing systems (1) to (11), the information related to the production and distribution of the product is any one of concept information, production plan information, and sales plan information.
The concept information is useful information for performing product development, product planning, and the like, and for the clothing product industry, for example, design information, material information, sewing technology information, processing technology information, material quality test information, and the like are included, and these information can be shared among the enterprises to perform more meaningful product development and product planning.
The manufacturing plan information includes manufacturing line information, production quantity information, received order and issued order information, stock information (stock, material stock, product stock) and the like, and the sales plan information includes sales side information, sales start time information, sales promotion information of a season shop and the like, which are shared among enterprises to optimize the entire supply chain.
According to the information sharing system (12) described above, since the information relating to the production and distribution of the product is any of concept information, production plan information, and sales plan information, it is possible to implement sharing among the respective enterprises, and a system for optimizing the entire supply chain can be implemented.
The information sharing system (13) according to the present invention is characterized in that, in one of the information sharing systems (1) to (11), the information related to the production and distribution of the product is business management information.
In the information sharing system (14) according to the present invention, the service management information is one of process progress information and quality information in the information sharing system (13).
When business management information (for example, process progress information and quality information of each production stage) is shared among enterprises, logistics between processes is smooth, and the yield of products is improved.
According to the information sharing system (13) or (14), since the information related to the production and distribution of the product is the business management information, the business management information can be shared among the enterprises, and thus, the logistics between the processes can be smooth, and the yield of the product can be improved.
The information sharing system (15) according to the present invention is characterized in that the information sharing system (13) or (14) is provided with second judging means for judging whether or not the business is a business that is engaged in the business when business management information related to the production and distribution of a specific product is inputted from a business terminal, and the first storage means does not store the business management information from a business that is not engaged in the business in the database based on a judgment result from the second judging means.
According to the information sharing system (15), even if business management information related to production and distribution of a specific product is input from an enterprise terminal, the business management information for an enterprise not engaged in the business cannot be stored in the database. That is, since information can be prevented from being changed, it is expected to improve security.
The information sharing system (16) according to the present invention is characterized in that, in one of the information sharing systems (1) to (15), the information related to the production and distribution of the product is information related to the production and distribution of clothing products.
According to the information sharing system (16), since the information on the production and distribution of the product is information on the production and distribution of the clothing product, it is possible to realize a system that provides a highly transparent and open operating environment as a meaningful operating form for the clothing industry.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of an information sharing system of the present invention is explained below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a block diagram schematically showing main components of the information sharing system according to embodiment (1).
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a service center, and the service center 1 includes a database management device 2, an information registration device 3, an information inquiry device 4, and an authentication device 5, and is connected to a computer network 11 (hereinafter simply referred to as a network). The enterprise terminal 12 is connected to the network 11 and is connected to the service center 1 via the network 11.
The database management device 2 constructs a registration information database 2a, an enterprise information database 2b, and a production route information database 2c, wherein the registration information database 2a is a database for storing information input from the enterprise terminal 12, the enterprise information database 2b is a database for storing information related to enterprises such as user ID codes, passwords, enterprise names, and locations of the enterprises, and the production route information database 2c is a database for storing information related to production routes of respective products. The information related to the production flow line input from the enterprise terminal 12 is stored not in the login information database 2a but in the production flow line information database 2 c.
Fig. 2 shows an example of a production flow line (i.e., an enterprise that is involved in production of each product) of products X1 to X3, and fig. 3(a) to (c) show an example of the configuration of each database managed by the database management apparatus 2. As shown in FIG. 2, products X1 to X3 are produced by processes A to F, where businesses are performed in the order of processes A to F to produce products X1 to X3. Fig. 2 shows a1 company, a B1 company, a C1 company, a D1 company, an E1 company, and a F1 company which are used in the respective steps a to F in the production of a product X1.
As shown in fig. 3(a), the registration information database 2a stores a product ID code, a product name, a production schedule number, a cost, a material ID code, a product order date, a product delivery desired date, and the like, and also stores a material ID code, a material name, a cost, and the like.
As shown in fig. 3(b), the business information database 2b stores thereon a business ID code, a business name, a process code, a location, a telephone number, a facsimile number, a representative name, a principal name, a password, a postal address, and the like.
As shown in fig. 3(c), the production route information database 2c stores a product ID code, a process code (1), an enterprise ID code (1), a process code (2), an enterprise ID code (2), and the like. The business ID code (n) indicates a business that is engaged in the process corresponding to the process code (n).
An access device 12a (e.g., WWW browser or the like) provided in the enterprise terminal 12 accesses the information registration device 3 and the information inquiry device 4 of the service center 1, the information registration device 3 collects information input from the enterprise terminal 12 and stores the information in the registration information database 2a, and the information inquiry device 4 transmits information corresponding to an inquiry request from the enterprise terminal 12 to the enterprise terminal 12. The authentication device 5 authenticates whether or not the company accessed to the service center 1 is a regular company by a user ID code, a password, or the like.
Next, processing operations of the enterprise terminal 12 and the service center 1 in the information sharing system according to the embodiment (1) will be described with reference to flowcharts shown in fig. 4 to 6. First, when the service center 1 is connected from the enterprise terminal 12 via the network 11 (step S1), the service center 1 transmits an entry screen to the enterprise terminal 12 (step S2). The entry screen is a screen for entering a user ID code and a password for entering a business into the system.
Upon receiving the entry screen (step S3), the enterprise terminal 12 displays the received entry screen (step S4). When the user ID code and the password are input from the enterprise through the entrance screen (step S5), the input user ID code and password are transmitted to the service center 1 (step S6).
When the service center 1 receives the user ID code and the password (step S7), it searches the business information database 2b based on the received user ID code and password and determines whether the business is a regular member business (step S8). When it is determined that the company is a regular member company, a mode selection screen is transmitted to enable selection of one of the modes of registration and inquiry (step S9). On the other hand, when the company is determined not to be an authorized member company, a comment that the user ID code or password is incorrect is transmitted to the company terminal 12.
When the enterprise terminal 12 receives the mode selection screen (step S10), the received mode selection screen is displayed (step S11). When the login mode is selected from the enterprise through the mode selection screen (step S21), login mode selection information is transmitted to the service center 1 (step S22).
When the service center 1 receives the login mode selection information (step S23), it transmits a login mode screen (step S24). When the enterprise terminal 12 receives the login mode screen (step S25), the received login mode screen is displayed (step S26). When login information is input from the enterprise through the login mode screen (step S27), the input login information is transmitted to the service center 1 (step S28).
When the service center 1 receives the registration information (step S29), it searches the production route database 2c and determines whether or not the received registration information can be stored in the registration information database 2a (step S30). For example, registration of business management information such as process progress information on the process D of the product X1 (the process performed by the company D1) (storage in the registration information database 2 a) is performed only by the company D1. This is to prevent alteration of information and the like.
When it is determined that the login information received by the service center 1 can be stored in the login information database 2a, a confirmation screen is transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 (step S31). On the other hand, when it is determined that the received registration information cannot be stored in the registration information database 2a, a "registration impossible" comment is transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12.
When the service center 1 receives the confirmation screen (step S32), the received confirmation screen is displayed (step S33). When the confirmation is selected from the business through the confirmation screen (step S34), confirmation information is transmitted to the service center 1 (step S35).
When the service center 1 receives the confirmation information (step S36), the login information received in step S29 is stored in the login information database 2a (step S37), and the storage completion screen is transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 (step S38). When the enterprise terminal 12 receives the storage end screen (step S39), the storage end screen is displayed (step S40).
However, when the information input and stored in the registered information database 2a is, for example, manufacturing plan information, the manufacturing plan information may be directly transmitted to a company that is engaged in the planning, or when the information is changed such as the production quantity and the production delivery deadline, the changed information may be directly transmitted to a company that is affected by the change.
Therefore, when the new information is stored in the registered information database 2a in step S37, the information may be automatically transmitted from the service center 1 to the terminal of the company using EDI (electronic data interchange) or the like for the company that can directly transmit the information.
When the query mode is selected from the enterprise through the mode selection screen displayed in step S11 (step S41), query mode selection information is transmitted to the service center 1 (step S42).
When the service center 1 receives the inquiry mode selection information (step S43), it transmits an inquiry mode screen (step S44). When the enterprise terminal 12 receives the inquiry mode screen (step S45), the received inquiry mode screen is displayed (step S46). When the query request information is inputted from the enterprise through the query mode screen (step S47), the inputted query request information is transmitted to the service center 1 (step S48).
When the service center 1 receives the inquiry request information (step S49), it searches the enterprise information database 2b, the production route information database 2c, and the like, and determines whether or not information corresponding to the received inquiry request information can be transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 (step S50). For example, the inquiry of the business management information such as the process progress information related to the production and distribution of the product X1 is performed only for the company a1, the company B1, the company C1, the company D1, the company E1, and the company F1 which are involved in the processes a to F of the product X1. This is because of safety issues.
When it is determined that the information corresponding to the inquiry request information received by the service center 1 can be transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12, the registered information database 2a is searched based on the inquiry request information (step S51). Thereafter, an inquiry screen of the information is created, and it is determined whether or not the production quantity is included in the information to be transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 and whether or not the production quantity is the production quantity itself (usually, the production quantity of the product) stored in the registration information database 2 a.
In a multi-stage production and distribution system involving a plurality of enterprises, production units corresponding to the respective production stages are generally set, and for example, in the production of clothing products, the production unit of the final product (i.e., clothing product) is "piece", the production unit of cloth is "piece (about 10 m), m", and the production unit of spun yarn is "ton, kg", the production units of the respective production stages are different from each other.
Therefore, when the information to be transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 includes the production amount, it is desirable to convert the production amount in each production stage. For example, the cloth used in 1 clothing article is 2.1 meters, and when the clothing article is produced in 200 pieces, the cloth is produced in 420 meters.
Therefore, when it is determined in step S52 that the production quantity is included in the information to be transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 and that the production quantity is not the production quantity itself stored in the registration information database 2a, the production quantity suitable for transmission from the production quantity stored in the registration information database 2a to the enterprise terminal 12 is obtained (step S53).
For the production quantity, relational information (for example, information that the length of the cloth used for 1 clothing article is 2.1 m) indicating the relationship between the production unit corresponding to a certain production stage and the production unit corresponding to another production stage in a not-shown database is stored, and the production quantity corresponding to each production stage can be obtained from the production quantity stored in the registration information database 2a based on the relational information.
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S52 that there is no production quantity in the information to be transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 and that the production quantity is the production quantity itself stored in the registration information database 2a even if it is, an inquiry screen for the corresponding information is directly created (step S54), and the created inquiry screen is transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 (step S55). When the enterprise terminal 12 receives the inquiry screen (step S56), the received inquiry screen is displayed (step S57).
Next, specific examples 1 and 2 will be described with respect to the inquiry screen created in step S54.
1) When an inquiry about information on the production and distribution of product X1 is requested from 2 or more companies (6 in total, such as a1 company) who are engaged in the production and distribution of product X1, an inquiry screen capable of displaying the information in a list is created as shown in fig. 7. Fig. 7(a) connects information of all 6 companies, and fig. 7(B) connects information of 2 companies (a1 company and B1 company).
In this way, when information on the distribution of the product X1 in a list of these companies a1, B1, C1, D1, E1 and F1 is displayed, progress information and the like in each production stage from the completion (including sales) of the product X1 can be easily grasped not in part but as a whole.
2) When an inquiry about information on the production and distribution of product X3 is requested from 2 or more companies (10 in total, such as a2 company) who are engaged in the same process (for example, process C) among the companies engaged in the production and distribution of product X3, an inquiry screen capable of displaying the information in a list is created as shown in fig. 8. Fig. 8(a) connects information of all 4 companies which are working in the process C, and fig. 8(b) connects information of 2 companies (C1 company and C2 company) which are working in the process C.
In this way, when information on the distribution of the product X3 is displayed in a list form by the companies C1, C2, C3 and C4, the information can be easily compared with other companies in the same industry.
In either case 1 or 2, a query may be made by defining a specific category (for example, basic design information, cost estimation information, order information, logistics progress inventory information, etc.) in response to a request from an enterprise. For example, when information on the production circulation of the product X3 is queried, only cost estimation information is queried.
When creating the inquiry screen, the inquiry screen is created in which a part or all of the information to be transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12 is represented by an image having a strong visual effect such as a curve, a table, a diagram, or an icon. Fig. 9 and 10 show sewing progress information and processing progress information of an article of clothing as curves, respectively, and fig. 11 and 12 show examples of inquiry screens showing the sewing progress information and the processing progress information as tables, respectively.
Fig. 13 is an example of an inquiry screen illustrating design trimming information and cloth information of an article of clothing, and when any one of these icons is clicked, for example, with a mouse or the like serving as a pointing device, the corresponding information can be transmitted from the service center 1 to the enterprise terminal 12.
According to the information sharing system of the above-described embodiment (1), the information on the production and distribution of the product input from the enterprise terminal 12 via the network 11 such as the internet is stored in the registration information database 2 a. When there is a query request from the enterprise terminal 12 to the login information database 2a, the information stored in the login information database 2a is transmitted to the enterprise terminal 12.
In this way, since information on product production and distribution registered from a certain enterprise terminal 12 can be obtained from another different enterprise terminal 12, information sharing on product production can be expected between different enterprises via the network 11.
Therefore, information can be shared among a plurality of enterprises involved in the processes from the planned production and distribution of products to the consumer, and the processes can be actually linked by a network. Therefore, the waste of the whole supply chain can be saved, and the operation speed of the whole supply chain can be improved.
In addition to the information after the product planning, it is also expected that information related to the planning itself, information effective in the planning, and the like (so-called pre-planning information) are shared among the enterprises, so that common plant development and the like between a plurality of enterprises can be realized.
Examples of the information related to the production and distribution of the product in the information sharing system according to the above-described embodiment (1) include concept information, product manufacturing information, production plan information, sales plan information, business management information (for example, process progress information and quality information), and the like.
The present invention relates to an information sharing system which is involved in a plurality of enterprises and is related to production and distribution of products having a multistage production and distribution system, and which shares information related to production and distribution of products between different enterprises via a communication line.
Fig. 14 is a block diagram schematically showing main components of the information sharing system according to embodiment (1) of the present invention. In the figure, 21 denotes a service center, and a VBN system (virtual brand network system: planning-manufacturing-sales management system) 22 and a PCI system (product control system: fiber manufacturing management information system) 23 are constructed in the service center 21 and connected to the internet 30. The enterprise terminals 31a, 32a, and 33a are connected to the internet 30, and are connected to the service center 21 via the internet 30.
The enterprise terminals 31a, 32a, and 33a are classified into a manufacturing plant group 31, a retail store group 32, and a brand planning/MD group 33, according to their respective businesses. The manufacturing group 31 includes textile (knit) manufacturers, spinning manufacturers, weaving manufacturers, dyeing processing manufacturers, sewing manufacturers, 2-time processing manufacturers, and the like, and the retail store group 32 includes department stores, wholesale stores, exclusive stores, and the like. The brand planning/MD group is described in detail later, but the so-called brand planning/MD is a new business (where the original manufacturer can accomplish the task) that has developed by using the present invention in the clothing industry.
Fig. 15 shows a functional information correlation diagram of the PCI system. As shown in FIG. 15, the business management information (process progress information, quality information, etc.) of the processes performed by each of the manufacturing plants 41 to 46 inputted from each of the manufacturing plants 41 to 46 is registered in the service center 21, and each of the manufacturing plants 41 to 46 can freely view the information to be referred to.
Fig. 16 shows a function information correlation diagram in the VBN system. As shown in fig. 16, as concept planning management, information (for example, design information, material information, sewing technology information, and the like) effective for product development, product planning, and the like, which is input from the brand planning/MD 47, the textile manufacturing factory 41, and the sewing manufacturing factory 45, is registered in the service center 21. In this way, brand planning/MD 47 may enable better product development and product planning by unifying available information such as product development and product planning.
As the manufacturing plan management, the manufacturing plan information and order information are input from the brand planning/MD 47 and registered in the service center 21, so that an enterprise engaged in the production and distribution of the product can freely view these information.
If the brand plan/MD 47 is set as the level 1 role (player), the textile manufacturer 41 and the sewing manufacturer 45 are set as the level 2 role, and the other manufacturers (the spinning manufacturer 42, the weaving manufacturer 43, the dyeing manufacturer 44, and the 2-time processing manufacturer 46) are set as the level 3 roles. Therefore, when inputting the manufacturing plan information and the order information from the brand plan/MD 47, the information can be directly transmitted to the 2-level character textile manufacturing factory 41 and the sewing manufacturing factory 45 which are involved in the production and distribution of the product.
As the sales plan management, the product information inputted from the brand planning/MD 47 and the retail store 48 is registered in the service center 21, and the information can be freely viewed from each other.
As described above, if unified management of information can be realized in the clothing industry having a multistage production and distribution system through a plurality of enterprises, there are many advantages such as improvement in quality, conformity with QR, reduction in cost, and reduction in various wastes.
