Abstract

Αποκαλύπτονται νέοι αναστολείς αρωματάσης δια χρήσιν εις θεραπευτικά παρασκευάσματα προς θεραπευτικήν αγωγήν οιστρογονοεξαρτωμένων νόσων. Αι ενώσεις καθορίζονται ως παράγωγα 7α-υποκατεστημένης ανδροστανοδιόνης και ανδροστενοδιόνης, τα οποια επιδεικνύουν ισχυράν ανασταλτικήν δράσιν έναντι αρωματάσης. Η εφεύρεσις περιλαμβάνει σύνθεσιν και φαρμακευτικάς συνθέσεις των ρηθεισών ενώσεων. ω
