Abstract
χεδιασμός παραγωγής, με μία μήτρα (καλούπι) και σε ένα χρόνο παραγωγής, ομόκεντρων συμπληρωματικών αντικειμένων οποιασδήποτε μορφής, διαμέτρου ή φόρμας, με τη μέθοδο της χύτευσης (πλαστικού ή αλουμινίου), όπου το ένα αντικείμενο να εμπεριέχεται τουάλλου με τελικό στόχο, μετά την περιστροφή του ενός αντικειμένου έναντι του άλλου, την προσαρμογή και μεταξύ τους στερέωση.
Η εφαρμογή της παραπάνω μεθοδολογίας προσφέρεται για την παραγωγή της πρόσοψης στρόγγυλου επαγγελματικού χωνευτού φωτιστικού. Η πρόσοψη αποτελείται από τον συνδυασμό δύο στρογγυλών στεφάνων όπου η μια προσαρμόζεται και στερεώνεται πάνω στην άλλη, μετά την μεταξύ τους περιστροφή κατά 37,5 μοίρες. Ο συνδυασμός των δύο στεφάνων έχει γίνει έτσι ώστε να επιτυγχάνεται ο τελικόςστόχος και να βελτιώνεται η αισθητική του αντικειμένου.
Τα πλεονεκτήματα αυτής της εφεύρεσης είναι η μείωση της πάγιας επένδυσης λόγω του ειδικού σχεδιασμού της μήτρας και των κοστολογίων παραγωγής λόγω του μειωμένου χρόνου παραγωγής, της μικρότερης πρέσσας που χρειάζεται για την χύτευση και της ταυτόχρονης επεξεργασίας και των δύο αντικειμένων. ΰ
