Abstract

Μια μηχανή συσκευασίας υλικών για την παρασκευή στιγμιαίου καφέ, η οποία αποτελείται από μία γραμμή παραγωγής, που απαρτίζεται από εν σειρά τοποθετημένες παραλληλόγραμμες πλάκες 1, κάθε μία από τις οποίες διαθέτει ένα ζεύγος κυκλικών οπών 2. Οι πλάκες 1 πραγματοποιούν ελλειψοειδή 5 κίνηση, μέσω δύο παράλληλων αλυσίδων 3 οι οποίες τίθενται σε κίνηση μέσω τεσσάρων γραναζιών 4. Πάνω από την γραμμή παραγωγής βρίσκονται εγκατεστημένα εν σειρά το σύστημα τροφοδοσίας 7 κυπέλλων 11, το διπλό σύστημα τροφοδοσίας 8 με φακελάκια καφέ 12 και ζάχαρης 13, το σύστημα τροφοδοσίας 9 καπακιών 14 και το σύστημα ασφαλίσεως 10 καπακιών 14. 10 Μεταξύ του συστήματος τροφοδοσίας 7 κυπέλλων 11 και του διπλού συστήματος τροφοδοσίας 8 καφέ 12 και ζάχαρης 13 αριστεράκαι δεξιά της γραμμής παραγωγής, υπάρχει σύστημα18 αποθήκευσης και τροφοδοσίας εκ των πλαγίων της γραμμής παραγωγής με καλαμάκια 15, τα οποία προ της εναπόθεσης τους στο κύπελλο, κόβονται στο επιθυμητό μέγεθος.
