Abstract
The invention refers to a system of closed circuit of sea water. It concerns a technological application where the removal of heavy metals from shells is achieved by biological and chemical methods. The present invention consists of a combination of filters and more specifically: 1. Biosorption filter, where water comes into contact with suspended solids (mostly dead biomass), followed by a flotation step for the separation of solids from the solution. 2. Filter with suspended particles, by the use of subsided microorganisms in suitable beads. 3. Microfiltration membrane bioreactor. 4. Algae Filter. 5. Mechanical Filter. 6. Ultraviolet radiation lamps (UV). 7. Water pumps. The competitive and innovative advantage of this inventionis in the fact that through the technological application of water recirculation and water treatment by the use of multiple methods, the removal of heavy metals from the shells is achieved, with additives of food. Furthermore, the proposed system can be installed anywhere and can be attached to other type existing closed or open water circuits that are used for the sanitation (from high microbial load) or for the fattening of shells.
