Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε ένα σύστημα κλειστού κυκλώματος θαλασσινού νερού. Αφορά μία τεχνολογική εφαρμογή όπου επιτυγχάνεται η απομάκρυνση βαρέων μετάλλων από οστρακοειδή με βιολογικές και χημικές μεθόδους. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αποτελείται από συνδυασμό φίλτρων και συγκεκριμένα : 1. Φίλτρο βιορόφησηςόπου το νερό έρχεται σε επαφή με αιωρούμενα στερεά (κυρίως νεκρή βιομάζα) ακολουθούμενο από ένα βήμα επίπλευσης για το διαχωρισμό των στερεών από το διάλυμα. 2. Φίλτρο με αιωρούμενα σωματίδια, με τη χρήση καθηλωμένων μικροοργανισμών σε κατάλληλα σφαιρίδια. 3. Βιοαντιδραστήρα μεμβράνης (microfiltration membrance bioreactor) με σύστημα μικροδιήθησης. 4. Φίλτρο Φυκών. 5. Μηχανικό Φίλτρο. 6. Λαμπτήρες υπεριώδους ακτινοβολίας (UV). 7. Αντλίες νερού. Το ανταγωνιστικό και καινοτομικό πλεονέκτημα της παρούσης εφεύρεσης έγκειται στο γεγονός ότι μέσω της τεχνολογικής εφαρμογής ανακυκλοφορίας του νερού και της επεξεργασίας του με τη χρήση πολλαπλών μεθόδων, επιτυγχάνεται η απομάκρυνση των βαρέων μετάλλων από τα οστρακοειδή χωρίς πρόσθετα τροφής. Επιπλέον, το προτεινόμενο σύστημα μπορεί να εγκατασταθεί οπουδήποτε και δύναται να προσαρτάται σε άλλου τύπου υφιστάμενα κλειστά ή ανοιχτά κυκλώματα νερούπου χρησιμοποιούνται για την εξυγίανση (από υψηλόμικροβιακό φορτίο) ή την πάχυνση οστρακοειδών.
