Abstract
The invention relates to a system destined for the exploitation of fresh water derived from submarine springs and especially from carstic springs. Said system is characterised by divergent conduits of preferentially parabolic 7 cross section and by the collection of fresh water into a zone created by a tight wall 1 anchored on the sea bottom 4 to isolate the springs 2. The moving pump mouths 5 are arranged on the lower part of the foregoing wall to allow salt water to escape. Pumps placed on a floating arrangement 9 encountered on the fresh water surface receive fresh water. The floating arrangement is furnished with a water supply control system composed of one or several flow meters installed at the exit of the divergent conduits 7 to transmit to the control panel the velocity of the outgoing current.
